I had already received two quotes to replace the ductwork in my home when Ranier came out. From the beginning, the level of customer service was above and beyond -- he even offered to grab me a coffee on his way to my house! He gave me an incredibly thorough and honest assessment, took tons of photos, and showed me exactly what was going on in my attic. He also told me that my insulation level was great, which I really appreciated because both of the other companies had tried to sell me additional insulation. On top of that, Super Service's quote was about $2,000 LESS than my lowest estimate. Between the price, Ranier's honesty, and the great customer service I'd already received just scheduling the appointment, I was sold. The installation team was fantastic as well. The job ended up taking two days, and on the second day, with my permission, they stayed until 10 PM to make sure everything was completely finished rather than leaving it for another day. They did have to cut a hole in one of my walls during the installation, and Super Service arranged for another company to come repair it. I fully expected them to patch the wall and leave me to figure out the painting afterward. Nope! They repaired it, matched both the paint color AND texture perfectly, and even left me the extra paint. You genuinely cannot tell there was ever a hole there. The add on for my closet to get an access panel took what felt like multiple hours. He did improvise and made it one single door instead of using two separate 12x12's. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. He fixed the AC, to include incorrect components that were previously installed by other repair companies called by my home warranty company which had resulted in annual repairs to this unit because these parts were failing due to the collective flaw of wrong parts.
