I've always been a fan of fish tacos and horchata. It's been awhile since I had fish tacos specifically from Baja Cali. They have improved but the only thing I truly dislike is their onions. They packaged it seperately and I really do not like how it is marinated superrr salty and with loads of black pepper. I believe this is the original location. It has a small drive-thru. Street parking only but I've always been able to find convenient parking. Fish tacos used to be $2 many moons ago. As of 6/2/26, the price of fish tacos (on Tuesdays) are now $2.79 (40% increase) or 4 for $9.99 (25% increase) . Fish tacos are pretty good. They no longer have an open salsa bar. Instead, they come in little packets like Taco Bell now. The mild (green) and medium (red) salsas were ok. I did not try their spicy salsa because it did NOT look the same as the photo on display. I've never seen yellow salsa before... definitely not fresh (possibly overdue) Everything else was good. Clean restaurant. Good and fast service. The packets of salsa really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back again unless they have fresh salsa bar again. read more

All locations have delicious offerings, but the fried fish taco is not always crispy. I don't know if the steam from the box softens it or it just isn't fried to as crispy as I remember - but other than that, they are fresh and tasty with not too many sauces and fillings. The salsa verde is very good hear as well and you can request grilled and seasoned banana peppers, which is a great touch. The meat burritos and tacos are also very tasty. The cucumber lime and chia agua fresca is also one of my favorites. It is a bit on the sweet side so I often add a bit of extra ice. read more
