Placed my order and got it within 5 minutes. Tried one al pastor taco, one shrimp taco and 2 carne asada and was mind blown with how AMAZING these tacos were! The al pastor was delicious but was my least favorite of the three. The shrimp taco was my second favorite, I loved the kick of spice it had and the pile of warm meaty cheese on the bottom. Lastly, the carne asada taco was to die for! Such amazing flavors. My only regret was not getting more than 4 tacos. read more

Wow wow wow. The tacos here were fantastic. It's a simple menu but you can tell they really put their heart into the food. The lady in the front was so sweet and helped us with any questions we had. I decided to go with the shrimp tacos because i dont eat red meat and it was AMAZING! I did 2 specialty shrimp and 1 regular. The specialty tacos are a little bigger. So so so good! We got 2 shrimp tacos, 2 tacos al pastor & 2 carne asada tacos; which are the real deal!! The shrimp tacos are $3 each & the al pastor & carne asada tacos are $2 but TRUST when I say it's totally worth it. The sauces & salsa cups are amazing but the red salsa is fire. Everything from the customer service to the final food product is excellent. They even give military & first responder discounts of 20%, with ID of course. This was a bonus for us If you're into road trips & live near el mirage this is the taco spot for you. Amazing, we had the shrimp tacos for Good Friday. We will definitely be back for more. I only had 2 tacos and I was good. We ordered Baja Tacos for the first time, and we used DoorDash to order and deliver. DoorDash had a mix up with my order/delivery and the owner Jamie at Baja Tacos called me directly to fix the situation. Long story short, Jamie went out of his way and delivered our food himself. He brought extra sauce and ice cold bottles of Sodas. Food was excellent, very very good and the Service was outstanding!!!! Never had service like this anywhere. LOVE this place. Found it because another local restaurant was closed. We ordered shrimp tacos, la tortilla's, and regular street tacos. The shrimp tacos are amazing, they are deep fried and just a touch greasy which does not ruin the flavor, possibly helps. The La Tortilla is just a little bite of heaven. It's a tortilla loaded with cheese, meat and traditional toppings. ITS SO GOOD. The street tacos were good but the other two were so good I will stick with those. Last their salsas are amazing. This place used to be amazing when they first started and had the drive to be one of the best places to eat in town but now seems like they just don't care about anything, from service all the way down to quality of the food. Call to place an order and I don't get "thanks for calling Baja tacos" or anything, they answered the phone with "yeah text me your order"...ummm ok? And then I get there to pickup my order and the woman there was totally unprofessional, didn't ask if I needed anything else, pretty much threw the tablet my way and said "fill this out and pay with it" and then snatched it back and started using profound language with kids around and everything. Couple months back I would have recommended this place hands down, but now...no. Your company is only as strong as your weakest link. I suggest hiring people who take pride in their job and try to make the company look and be as good as possible. read more
