Also tried the La tortilla asada...Amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff and they keep a very clean eating area. I highly recommend you try them, you won't regret it. Definitely will be frequenting Baja Tacos from here on out.

Out and about on a taco prowl and decided to stop and check out Baja Tacos. It was raining pretty good when we went and I was impressed they were still out working hard. The parking lot they're in is quite large so no worry about parking. There are tables under a canopy if you'd like to sit and grab some food instead of taking it home or eating in your car. We were greeted right away. It smelled so wonderful and I was excited and so hungry. We decided on three asada taco, shrimp taco (one of my favorites) and queso Birria with of course consommé. We also picked up a Coke to drink. We took a seat and waited. I was shocked at how fast everything was ready. It was pretty cold out so we opted to sit in our vehicle. Everything was delicious! The consommé full of flavor and meat tender. The asada just as great and both the green and red salsa were hot and tasty. By far my favorite was the shrimp taco. I liked the way they did their tortillas . Topping were fresh and plenty of shrimp. Prices were fair and I can't wait to come back and order twice and much ha ha ha.

Been on the hunt for some legit street tacos ! Asked around on our neighborhood chat and many suggested Baja, so we decided to check them out!! Amazing idea to have a simple food truck set up, clean tables and chairs in empty parking lot! Friendly quick service. And Oh My Yumminess!!! Sooo legit, tasty, fresh, juicy tender meats !! We are absolutely hooked !! Our teens are pretty picky eaters but they both gave Baja , we will be def REGULARS. Thank you guys

Been to Baja Tacos many times and it just doesn't disappoint. The birria was full of flavor and a good crunch on the taco. The pollo, asada, and shrimp were all seasoned wonderfully. The pastor was sweet with a little heat. The green and red salsas were both excellent with the red being spicier and the green a little more sweet. Very friendly staff and plenty of seating. Consistent and delicious!

Had been thinking of these awesome tacos since last time! Was even better the second time around! Not pictured was the amazing red & green salsa. Had the quickest wait and then there were yummy tacos in my hand. Can't wait till it's a bit cooler and I can just eat them there. I'm sorry I zoomed by all this time and never paid you any visits but that's all gonna change! If you haven't stopped by, definitely make it a point to do so earlier than I did.

Awesome tortillas for the tacos, the meats are juicy and the service is top notch, don't mis out on this delicious food truck Andy helped us decide from all great choices of food they have and the sauce he brought out for the cabeza tacos was fire!

It smells so good! While waiting for my meal, I am enjoying the smells. They have a Taco Tuesday 15 percent off deal. Senior and teacher and government discount. Fast and courteous service. They speak Spanish and English! It is crowded. One person was on break. Be patient with your order. The tables are wrapped in red vinyl. So easy to clean! They have crunchy tacos and soft tacos as well. I got the al pastor quesadilla. I cannot wait until I take the first bite. Yummmm!

I never look forward to writing a poor review (and sometimes I just don't do a review if I can't say something nice). Two stars is generous in my opinion, and based primarily on the value and quality of the food. Second star only because the register girl was sweet and friendly, and the decor is pleasant. For some perspective on my experience with Mexican food in general, we live in San Diego and have visited most of taco shops and Mexican restaurants within 30 minutes of our home. We have Mexican food at least twice a week, and love it! I was the only customer, and my two items took a (very) long time to prepare. When I got home the shrimp taco was meager at best. Tiny little shrimp and one small tortilla (surely not worth $3.49). The Carne Asada burrito (for $8.99!) was dry and mostly tortilla. Very little meat and it was tough. I threw the rest of it away. The (outdoor) set up is nice with clean and tidy tables and chairs and a nice canopy over head if you want to sit and eat. Being from San Diego I'm coming to the realization that Mexican food in Phoenix just can't compare, but this is hardly a place worth eating again! I sincerely hope that those of you reading this review that try Baja taco have a much better experience and leave a comparable review accordingly. Sorry for my negative review, but the food and prices are just "no bueno" in my honest opinion. Maybe mine was just one of those unlucky experiences. read more

My first visit was a drive by. I stopped to confirm that grub hub does apply a fee that doordash doesn't. I paid with my card and got 2 la tortilla asada, and 2 shrimp tacos. I took them to go, and ate them at home. They were amazing! My second trip 10/18/20, I was down the road about fifteen minutes, and used the Doordash app. I arrived at the perfect time, and my food was being bagged. I decided to stay and sit. I love food trucks! And I've passed by this place a ton of times. Stinks that they don't have more reviews because there's always a lot of cars parked around. Anywho...I stopped by and ooooommmmmgeeeeee! My taco spot up the street has some competition. My deciding factor will be the fish taco but they won't start selling those until end of September. Went to Baja Tacos for the first time today after living less than a mile down the street for over a year. Holy shit not disappointed at all! This place was a pleasant surprise! I usually don't go for the outdoor tacos especially here in Arizona because of the hot weather but this was on my way home from grocery shopping! I just moved from Cali and was told that I would not find tacos that compared to Los Angeles and they were so wrong!!! These tacos can definitely compete with tacos out there!! And let me mention the great customer service Audrey was so awesome! I love when good food is served with excellent customer service!!! Just go and try it. Unless you don't like tacos then stay home. Are you searching for Authentic street tacos? Would you like to pay less than two dollars for a great taco ? Simple and straight forward tacos. The handmade corn tortillas and flavorful hot sauces really top these off. The best tacos that I have found here in AZ so far!! read more

They serve good food, but will overcharge you on the smallest things. They charge WAY too much for their tiny amount of sauce. If you suspect there is a mistake in your order, STAY THERE. If you move even 5 feet and enter your car, you have officially "left the premises" and they will not even listen to you. They will then gouge you for even more money to correct your order. They are very rude and uncaring. They don't treat return customers well at all and clearly don't care about customer service and hope that you walk away before you notice a mistake so that they can charge you again. read more

Always heard about this spot so we finally had time to try it. Got 2 carne asada tacos and 2 pastor tacos for me and my bf and it came to $20 with tip! Much cheaper than other taco spots. Food came out quickly, topped with cilantro and onion and came with one lime per taco. The red/orange salsa is so delicious! Just the right amount of spice that lingers the right amount of time. I went to visit this place, not expecting much since it was a food truck ESPECIALLY in El mirage. But wow what a surprise! I haven't tried their carne asada or al pastor tacos but the shrimp tacos are the best I've ever had in my life. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars because I've never tasted anything like that even in Mexico. I definitely recommend this place for their shrimp tacos. They look so plain but they were so delicious!. The lady running the register and serving the orders was very courteous and friendly. She took care of us, it was like eating at a relative's house. Meat was well done and my favorite salsa was the green one. It's mild, not spicy at all but it has this zest to it. I don't know what she puts in it but it had me wanting more. There are multiple street taco stands around this area. Baja tacos are the best! The sauce you get with the food is amazing. Authentic and customer service is not only friendly but relaxing. The main guy, Jaime, is super fun to talk to and is super friendly. Fun people, authentic tasty tacos, and open 6 days of the week ( excluding Mondays) this is "THE" place for authentic Tacos.
