They're great for gatherings. Service is great. The workers are very kind and helpful in explaining the menu. Expect a bit of a wait during rush hour but it goes by quickly. They also have jellies which I want to try later. Their Chè is solid. Not necessarily the best ever but good. Went early in the morning for their soft opening and there was no line! All the workers were super kind and helpful - shoutout to Lam! I like that you were able to adjust ice and sweetness for the dessert drinks. Got the dac biet and avocado smash, delicious. Also tried the flan cheesecake, bánh da lợn sau riêng and bánh bò nướng which they can warm up for you. 10/10 all around. I'm so glad they opened in 626 now! I'm sooo glad they're local and now in SGV!! I love their che! I got the Pandan Grass Jelly and it was everything I wanted. It's in a plaza so you should be able to find parking pretty easily. There's also street parking. Since this place just opened, there was a long line and we probably waited about 15-20 minutes. Getting our order took a while but the team does move pretty fast. Keep in mind that if you online order, that they might not call your number so make sure to ask the staff. There's seating inside, but it was really loud and overwhelming with the crowd. read more

No need to go to OC anymore! Finally stopped by Bake and Che to beat the summer heat. Thankfully I came at a time where the line wasn't long. Workers here are quite fast. Service is good here, seems like they value hospitality here. I like that you can adjust the sweetness levels here. I got the dac biet at less sweet. They have an option to keep the ice separate or put it in your dessert. I chose the latter, and thankfully they don't add a lot of ice here. The che was as delicious as I remember. Plenty of toppings and it was very light. I'm happy to see that more Viet specialty shops are expanding on this side of sgv. Definitely returning. read more

No so good soft opening experience.... Came here during soft opening at night time and was only told virtually everything had sold out. Store was dirty with trash piled and overflowing the trashcan. Did not have any bakery items as everything was sold out, only got a Che with no ice and was told that ice has ran out. I will whiskey Tango Foxtrot this experience and gave them another try later since I know they can do better based on the Westminster store experience, but this time was a disappointment. read more

CHE 3 MAU, CHE THAI, HOUSE SPECIAL: They're alright, pretty mediocre and basic. Nothing really wow or special about it. BANH DA LON DURIAN & BANH BO THOT NOT: These are very underwhelming, what am I suppose to taste here? Banh da lon durian does have a hint of durian, but the flavor isnt prominent. BANH BO THOT NOT has no distinguish taste. The bake stuff sell out pretty quickly. If you come in the evening or later chances are you wouldn't be able to purchase any. My family members had to come 2 days in a row to try and purchase the bake stuff. Very discouraging. I would just go somewhere else next time . There is only one cash register, so taking order is slow! Now that explain why there is a long line. So happy I don't have to drive to OC to get this anymore. My favorites would be their premium soy pudding, coconut smash, and panda grass jelly. My boyfriend really likes their house special. The premium soy pudding is very unique and I don't think I found a place that sells this. I really like the milk that they used and the coconut jelly adds a nice texture. Creamy and refreshing! The coconut smash has young coconut, shredded coconut, jellies and peanuts. The peanuts added a nice crunch. This one is a bit too sweet for me so I would recommend adjusting the sweetness. Their house special has a lot of ingredients so I would say it is worth the price. Includes red & white beans, mung beans, panda jelly, taro, tapioca, jackfruit, durian, & peanuts! This was a bit too sweet and heavy for me because of all the beans and fruits that are included in the drink but I wouldn't mind getting this if I am sharing this with someone else. I've been to this location twice and both times there were a lot of people inside but the wait wasn't too bad. I waited no more than 15 mins to get my order. I submitted the order at 2pm for two house specials, only to be given a pickup time of 3:10pm, over an hour later! Inside was extremely crowded, with multiple people asking about their orders like they'd been skipped over. Also, because I ordered ice on the side, I feel like the drinks were only filled 3/4. Went to Bake & Che Wednesday for the BOGO Che Thai and was denied because they apparently had a limit on how many people can get the BOGO. They basically said that if we wanted Che Thai, we could order it but we would not be receiving a free one alongside it. Nowhere on the AD does it say that they have a cut off, it says "while supplies last". So if you have the ingredients, then doesn't the BOGO still work? I think if you want to limit the amount of BOGO you give out, then you NEED TO STATE THAT ON THE AD. You're wasting people's time. read more

i went to bake and che around 9 am on a monday morning. the parking lot right next store that is shared with other businesses was fairly empty, so it was easy to move around. the wait time was not long either. the service was efficient, receptive, and friendly. there is a restroom in the back near the employee doors. the windows and sunlight helps to make the space more open and new. i ordered two of the C1 che dac biet. i also got a box of the 8 cakes best seller. read more
