We also got the pumpkin soup, which was, as promised, not sweet but instead savory with a slight kick of ginger. Delicious. They had a large selection of grab and go items, which all looked good. The inside is small and fills up fast and there isn't much seating inside or out. They have other things like matcha and other items as well. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the vast array of Middle Eastern treats on display. The shop itself has a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to explore every nook and cranny. I was particularly excited to try their Baklava, and I was pleased to find that it was reasonably priced at around $12 per pound. However, my eyes widened when I saw the price tag on the viral Dubai Chocolate - a whopping $16! I'll be honest, I was a bit hesitant to splurge, but my curiosity got the better of me. Just left this place. I walked in and waited about 5 minutes while the lady was helping a couple. They both were not wearing a mask nor did the employee ask them to. The customer was putting her whole hand over the glass that is there for a reason and pointing at the deserts. You know that you can see through glass? Just in case you forgot. No need to contaminate the food. The husband was demanding certain pieces like he owners the place. I waited patiently and not even a hello or welcome. The place looked like it was about to go out of business. I was there to buy a platter for a celebrity and they lost our business. I'll go to Sarkis pastry from now on. Baklava heaven! The baklava here is absolutely heavenly! I found myself quite indecisive about what to choose. After consulting Yelp for highly-rated items, I also decided to try the chocolate baklava and the bird's nest kataifi round, which proved to be even more delicious than their appearance suggested. The employee was exceptionally kind and patient. Whenever I paused to admire an item, she would thoughtfully explain its ingredients. I truly wish this establishment was closer to my residence. As I am not particularly skilled in cooking, I am often asked to purchase dessert for potlucks. I believe a platter of mixed baklava from here would surely impress everyone. read more

Plethora of delicious freshly baked and made baklavas. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained. Very clean presentation. The parking is horrible! I had to park across the street yet the place and the plaza wasn't even full, so I don't even know where the occupants of these cars were going to. There are lots of other baklava places in this city and are just as good tasting. What's special about Baklava Factory is the selection. Their prices are no better. If you're not looking for something unique then stop by but most restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood have a fair selection to choose from. read more
