If you like baklava, you will love the Baklava Factory. Very fresh baklava, lots of choices - all are delicious. A must-visit every time I'm in LA. Nice people at the counter and you can have a coffee and treat right there if you can't wait to try some baklava. I wish it was in SF because it's a long drive down here!

All so delicious!! So very helpful and very patient. Super friendly and great prices. They can make you gift boxes or sale individually. We wanted to try anything that was recommended. We loved it all and shared with our family. Now we know where to go for Baklava!! Recommend I was too exited, that forgot to take pics of menu! Next time!

First time to try this shop of Baklava. Everything looks so good and fresh! I made a sampler tray of all sorts of Baklava. The Server was very helpful and nice! Come support this local shop in Glendale. They also have 2 other locations.

Very sweet place, literally. My fave and go to is the chocolate baklava, it's perfectly sweet and nutty. Highly recommend if you like baklava. Service is always friendly.

Baklava Factory is like Heaven or Paradise if you're a big Baklava fan like me. Many different types and flavors where you can buy pre-packed or pick and choose your own and buy by the pound. I'm more of a fan to the traditional Baklava of pistachios, honey, and layers of flaky filo pastry. For you adventurous types, they have chocolate, walnuts, rose hip, etc.... Tight spaces in the parking lot while the factory, more like a bakery, will get busy near Easter and Christmas.

My family and I are big fans of Baklava and this bakery was conveniently across the street from where we were getting gas ! So many different types of Baklava to choose from ! They price you by weight, so we were able to get 7 huge pieces all for $9.00. They have espresso and array of unique types of cookies / treats as well. Really neat spot !

I hate that you can get delivery…read more....... 5 Stars alone for the honey cake. Damm it's delightful. The vanilla cone was also crazy good. Ugh l, now I want to go back. Good things in too far away to put in an additional order. I wouldn't order tbe other things in the box again but they weren't bad- just not as flavorful as my favorites. Can't wait to try them again.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you took the time to reply, but I believe your…read moreresponse misses the main issue. Good business etiquette is simple: when a business makes a mistake, it should acknowledge it, correct it immediately, sincerely apologize to the customer, and ensure the customer leaves satisfied. That builds trust and demonstrates accountability. Instead, much of your response focuses on explaining that the price tag may have been moved accidentally by staff or customers. Those are explanations, not accountability. This was one of the last two pieces left in the display, and the incorrect price tag should have been noticed well before my purchase. As I also stated in my response to the Agricultural Commissioner of Weights & Measures Inspector, I am almost certain that after I shared my experience and reviews on social media, the pricing discrepancies would have been already corrected. If that is the case, I genuinely hope those changes help make sure future customers are charged accurately and fairly. Regarding the Kyiv cake, my concern is relatively minimal compared to the pricing issue. It simply did not taste as good as it used to. It lacked the freshness and flavor we had previously enjoyed, and it tasted somewhat stale. This is the least of my concern. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. Businesses earn customer loyalty by owning their mistakes, not by offering explanations for why they may have happened. A sincere apology, immediate correction and a commitment to making things right would have been a much more appropriate response.

Stopped by because I've been on an Armenian pastry trend at this time. I ended up grabbing some nazook, medium lahmajun, and also decided to give the beef khachapuri kabob a try as I haven't seen that offered at other spots I've tried. Service was quick and on point and the lahmajun did take about 10-15 minutes as they make them fresh. They have a pretty expansive patio where you can enjoy your goodies and hang out. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as it is mostly street parking, but I managed to snag a spot a few blocks away. As for the food, the nazook is amazing and better than a few other bakeries I've tried in Glendale. The lahmajun was also amazing and very flavorful with a good amount of meat. And lastly, the beef khachapuri kabob was amazing! It had that nice smoky charcoal flavor in the meat and worked well with the surrounding pastry. Definitely will be back again and bringing friends to this Glendale gem!

I have to say I really enjoyed my first visit to Art's!…read more I stopped by on a weekday morning and it was pretty quiet but the nice lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful! I mentioned it was my first time and ordered a cheese byorek, custard Napoleon and americano, but when she brought my food out on a plate there were a couple extra nazook pastries I didn't ask for. When I mentioned it she said "it's okay it's your first time". So kind of her! the pastries and coffee I paid for came to about $15, the pastries were pretty big so I felt like it was a good deal. The cheese byorek was so flaky and puffy with a really tasty cheese filling throughout. It was still crispy too! Although I liked the flavors of the napoleon, sadly it wasn't crispy at all and pretty soggy. I'm not sure how long this sat in the display but the texture was my only disappointment about it. Coffee was good, simple, and the barista was very nice too. As for the nazook - they were amazing! Me and my mom make nazook at home all the time, but with nuts and a few differences. This did not have any filling per se but it was so fluffy and chewy and crispy on the outside and all buttery goodness! I will definitely be back to Art's

Always a pleasant experience at these bakeries. This Glendale bakery café was clean, bright, and beautifully organized with a large variety of pastries, cakes, and drinks on display. I tried the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake, Berries cake, Curry Croquette, and their signature iced Korean lattes. The pastries were soft and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the cakes looked just as good as they tasted. The curry croquette wasn't a favorite of mine. It was my first time trying and the spices didn't amaze my palette. I will have to try their garlic bread next time if I feel like getting something savory. Their sweets are always a hit for me! Overall, the staff was friendly and greeted customers warmly as they come in. Small parking lot at this location but still worth the wait. Good visit!

The stores are clean, the service is perfectly fine, and there's a wide selection of baked goods. That said, I find the pastries overpriced for what you get. Most of the items I've tried have been average at best, especially considering the premium prices. The pastel de nata was disappointing--I've had much better versions at local dim sum restaurants. The black coffee was also a letdown. It was so bitter that I needed to add milk to make it drinkable, and I'm someone who normally enjoys black coffee. Overall, it's a convenient option if you're nearby and there aren't any better bakeries around, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

I enjoyed their Chipotle chicken sandwich that came on very fluffy but sturdy bread and the chicken was prepared ever so well, with the avocado being a nice note to the new song my tastebuds have learned to sing. I don't often comment on how clean a space is, nor do I often praise work ethic in my reviews, but the women serving us today looked to be some of the hardest working folks I've ever met. They clearly take pride in their food and service and that's always worth pointing out.
