Cute little spot in Baldwin park. Initially heard of this place in an insta reel, talking about it being a friends cafe. Inside was cute but not as "friends" feel as expected. It was actually really crowded when we visited. There is outdoor seating, but it was packed. Indoors the tables were really close together, so it is challenging to navigate to a spot if you're a little bigger. Food was tasty, I got the chandler breakfast, the French toast was pretty sweet because the syrup was already applied on and they gave extra on the side. Dogs were allowed inside which was different. Bathrooms aren't bad and there is a changing table for babies. read more

I absolutely loved this coffee shop! It is so stinkin cute here. I'm not even a diehard Friends fan (I know, I know...please don't strip my Elite status haha :)) and I adored coming here. I came in on a Wednesday to get some work done and it was the perfect spot for just that. I was even able to conduct a Zoom meeting! The baristas were all super friendly. I ordered the Baldwinccino and it was pretty good, it wasn't sweet enough for me but that's personal preference. I'd love to try something else, though! They do have WIFI, but the password is super long so just make note of it when entering on multiple devices. There was a pretty steady flow of patrons here for a weekday so I imagine weekends get slammed. I did not try any food but saw others order some and their dishes looked appetizing. I will say that despite not being super slammed, some tables went a little long without being cleaned, especially on the patio. It didn't bother me but would potentially turn other customers away especially if they didn't see a spot to sit, plus the dirty dishes drew a swarm of flies over. Everything else was great, though! I walked here so can't speak for the parking, but in this area it is mainly street parking. Baldwin Park is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Orlando, and this place fits perfectly! Come with me to Baldwin Perk in Orlando! This Friends themed cafe is super cute and located in Baldwin Park. They have a limited time drink called the Four Leaf Frappe this month for St. Patrick's Day! Go stop by before March 31st if you want to try this Irish Cream flavored drink. It was perfectly sweet and creamy! We also got their Strawberry Milkshake and it was delicious too! For brunch, we decided to get Joey's Breakfast which included avocado toast with smoked salmon, eggs, cream cheese, and arugula. The toasts were massive and the combination of everything was soo good. I loved the presentation of the dish as well. This cafe is the perfect place to catch up with friends or get some work done. This is my favorite coffee shop of all time! Starting with the theming. I am huge fan of Friends and being here is like taking a step onto the show. The atmosphere is so fun and relaxed. The decor is reminiscent of Central Perk. It's simply adorable! The pastries... OMG, the Pastries. They have an in-house baker that makes the pastries, and they are all so delicious. I've had the baklava, and it is one of the best I've ever had. I've also had the hazelnut croissant and the chocolate croissant. Both are incredible. They have brunch options and dishes inspired by each character from Friends which are delicious and unique. The coffees are excellent! The Tutto latte tastes divine and reminds me of autumn in a mug. The mocha frappe is delicious as well! I'm a sucker for all things mocha, and it is my go-to on a hot day. This is a hidden gem, and it is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family. My order... the smashed avocado with a caffe latte. It's located in the heart of Baldwin park and if you have never been or rarely go do not use the apple map to get you there. It told me to go left when I should've turned right when I was 2 min away. I called to get better directions and possibly landmarks. The person was really no help even though I gave her specific landmarks. ( incase anyone else gets lost, you want to go in towards the shops not the lake , also it's next to the new gym F45 I believe) Regardless I pushed on and found my way to the shop. They had some tables outside and the inside was small to customers were packed. No where really to sit and kinda felt like you were in the way while waiting. Parking was hard to find and you better know how to parallel. I found a spot right in front so I got lucky. The coffee came out without having to wait too long and the sandwich right after. I took it to go As I was driving to my destination I took a sip of the coffee and it was delicious Perfect to the T. When I parked and opened up the container with my sandwich and took a bite , I can say that to my surprise it tasted great it wasn't too salty or too bland. This place is soooo cute!!! If you're a FRIENDS fan and love central perk, you HAVE to check this place out. They have tons of coffee options and the cutest little latte art (mine didn't come out correctly but that's okay hahaha), they have brunch all day! They have character themed brunch plates and specialty crepes that were so delicious! I went with Phoebes crepe which had strawberry, bananas and Nutella. I also had the bacon, egg and cheese panini which was super yummy. The only downside is that there is limited space AND they are usually super busy so expect to be waiting about from an hour to an hour and a half. The employees are all super sweet and ready to assist you if you have any issues. You can either order at the register and take food to go or sit at a table and order with a QR code that's taped to the corner. read more

I finally tried the food and was a little disappointed. I got the breakfast croissant with egg, cheese, spinach, onion, and mushroom. The sandwich was good with fresh ingredients but was super bland so I had to add salt and pepper. It had some sort of dried herb sprinkled, I think maybe italian or oregano, and it didn't really go well with an egg sandwich. My boyfriend ordered the fruit waffle and he didn't love it. I tried it and thought it was a little too dense/heavy. Was super disappointed in the overall food experience because I really like the decor/feel of this place and love sitting in the cafe and working. I'm conflicted because I really wanted to love this place, but I was let down. There are definitely some great aspects about this place, but overall I did not enjoy it that much. Pros: -Obviously what everyone has already mentioned is the decor and friends theme. I really appreciate the effort they have put into it and if you love friends, you have to check it out for this alone. -My coffee was great. The presentation for the blended one wasn't great, but it was delicious and the hot coffee was really cute. -Very large menu with options for everyone. Cons: -The biggest con for me was that is was uncomfortably warm inside. I don't think they even had the AC running, just fans. I couldn't get comfortable and enjoy my meal because of how hot it was. Looking around, I could tell I was not the only one feeling this way. I wasn't even drinking hot coffee, I had the blended one and I asked for some ice water and still was hot afterwards. -The sign they have for the wifi password is incorrect, which is a minor nuisance because the barista said she will type the password herself and I had several devices since I was planning to work there. -The food took SO long to come out. On top of that, my boyfriends food came out 20 mins before mine, so we didn't even get to eat at the same time. I liked the Joey's breakfast and I love the olives and grapes that were included. It was a little bland, but overall good and just needed a little salt and pepper which was available on the table. The panini though was super salty and the bacon on it was horrible. For t Like I said I appreciate the effort they are putting on the friends themed food and decor, but the overall experience was not great. Best Crepe Sandwiches so far in this side of Orlando! The Ross (Chicken with spinach & mushrooms) was the bomb! Delicious!! I should have ordered a Baldwinccino instead of the Matcha Latte. Only because I've had it before and it's always amazing. Matcha is hit or miss in most places, because if it's legit ceremonial Matcha it's gonna have that nutty texture. But sometimes the not so real one the mermaid coffee shop serves comes a little smother and sweeter. It's just a taste preference that made me crave something else instead, not that it was bad or poorly made because it wasn't. It was actually on point and and very good. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing and today was Frank Sinatra day on the coffee house radio. It couldn't be any more perfect! Food and service were equally good. Atmosphere is very chill and overall I enjoyed the place. Only thing I found disgusting was one young man fluffing his hair with his hands and then picking up utensils and plates with food to a table and another one pulling off cap and scratching his head and going back to business. Went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. First time having dining here. Food was good. Atmosphere was quaint and a bit tight. However, service was shockingly poor. Order was placed at 12:06p for a party of 4. I received my flatbread order after approximately a 15 min wait. Another person in our party received her crepe after 20 min. The third in our party received her crepe after 25 or so minutes (same crepe as the 2nd person in our party) . The 4th member did not receive his meal until 58 minutes after it was ordered! We had to stop the server twice to find out the status of his order. Now most places would have a server or manager come to the table, explain the delay and even ask if they could do something to make up for the absurd delay. Not here. Really no apology. Frankly, I think they originally overlooked the order. Then they claimed breakfast orders were not coming in, then the reason was an issue with the waffle maker. Which problem was it? Nevertheless, I hope this is not typical of their service. Not sure if I would go back. Just wanted to share this experience. Disappointed with the way they truly did not address this absurd delay. Torn because I want to love this place! As a huge Friends fan that's what lured me in. The entire restaurant is not Friends themed but there are two corners that are decorated and a cute homage to the show, which I love. My coffee was excellent, I really enjoyed it. The service left something to be desired. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and eventually a small line formed behind me before I was eventually acknowledged and able to order. What bothered me most about my experience was the overall state of the restaurant- there were crumbs all over the floor, multiple tables dirty, used dishes and cups left on multiple tables (including the one I sat at and had to wait for it to be cleared off), and the Friends couch had some stains. Unfortunately it did not feel cleanly and inviting. I'll probably give it another shot because I do love the location and the coffee and will hopefully have a better experience next time. read more

This place is incredibly "ok". Food quality? Ok. (The croissants are just sad though and prices are $$$$ as is everything in BP) Ambiance? Ok (if you're not a gen-x/zillennial/older millennial the friends theme (which is mainly just the good names) may not do a whole lot for you. Drink quality? Ok. Staff? Meh, ok. But barely. They seem more bothered that I exist in their presence than they should be and they have conversations with only themselves while begrudgingly helping customers, but whatever. There's nothing inherently bad about this place, im just not blown away with anything either. There's a ton of coffee shops down on Corrine that I'd go do first before here.
