Service was great! Burger with egg and bacon- delicious! BLT , surprisingly great. Fries- so-so. Chips - nope! Full bar. Nice pub like atmosphere. You can scan barcode and order from your table or order with a Server/ Bartender. Quick service.

Who doesn't enjoy a good airport bar!? It's my favorite place to be! The menu was reasonably priced with great small snack options and large plates! This was the first airport bar I've been to in a while where I was impressed at the pricing. The vibe was GREAT! I got the everything seasoned pretzel bites with beer cheese and was satisfied, really good! Sadly, no picture. It was an ideal sports bar located in a nice area of the airport that felt really cozy! Cynthia was a great bartender with lots of kindness and energy! I made her evening when I gifted her one of her favorite childhood snacks from the Philippines.

We were connecting through to Ketchikan and this was near our arrival gate. Good beer selection and they had Pike's Place Chowder! If you can't get out of the airport, try Pike's Place Chowder! Decent service and it was nice to sit at the bar (no kids with us). The ambiance inside was calmer than the protected seating in the terminal. Very tasty Fork and Knife BLT with plenty of actual, delicious bacon.

Overall, a 3.5 of 5. The chicken tenders we ordered were served hot and ready. The meal was really good overall. Ultimately, the meal for airport price is okay just still spendy. A negative, it's not super accessible for people who aren't great with technology since the only way to order at your table via QR code. The ambiance is chill, cozy, and relaxed. This a bonus!

5 stars. Probably one of the most delicious short rib grilled cheese I've ever had!! And the truffle fries were thick kinda like steak fries - very tasty! I ordered from my phone and the food came pretty shortly thereafter. No complaints here. Super convenient. Chili was decent. Needs a little spice but the portion size was good. I would certainly stop here again when flying through Seattle's D concourse. The only thing they lack is a way to charge your device while dining.

This place was right next to my gate (D11) at SeaTac and it hit the spot. This is literally a dead end gate so there are very few food options nearby. So Ballards was perfect. The menu is limited but they have a full bar and sit down tables inside and outside. I had 45 minutes to eat and they quickly delivered my order to the table. Fish and chips was actually yummy. No fuss ordering on the QR code on the table. There is just no customer and server interaction other than water and food brought to table. I'll take it though. It works.

Good warm ambiance and friendly service. I have tried their brussel sprouts, chili and salads and all were high quality and flavorful. The ordering process is now all performed through a QR code which makes it fairly easy and quick but impersonal.

Loved the vibe and decor inside. Didn't feel like I was at the airport. Almost no contact with staff as they use QR codes for ordering. I had a burger and chips. Food was fine. Nothing outstanding or horrible.

Pike Place chowder. More like from a can than from Pike Place

Wanted a quick bite and drink before the SEA-MIA redeye flight at Gate D-10. However the lackluster SeaTac airport has very limited choices for food in this concourse. This place was nearest the gate. The ordering is done via QR code and was balky to use. The ambience is anything but cozy... just outside the patio a woman was letting her kid have a sprawled on the floor 110 db temper tantrum. The only human interaction is when the phoning it in employee brings the food (but they still want gratuity). The "Pike Place" chowder was meh at best and nowhere near the chowder I'd had at the actual Pike Place earlier that week. The only redeeming feature of this place was the Bloody Mary with the added bacon garnish option. Good drink with an ample amount of good quality bacon. In short I'd say "SeaTac Airport, DO BETTER"

    Chicken tenders and fries

Stopped by Ballard at the Seattle airport on November 14, 2025, and it turned out to be a great little layover find. The space feels surprisingly homey for an airport spot, dark, cozy "living room" vibes with football playing in the background. Friendly staff and not much of a crowd, which is always a win in a terminal. I grabbed the chicken tenders, a solid portion for airport pricing at about $20. Nothing mind-blowing, but totally satisfying for a quick bite. The cranberry ginger mimosa was the standout on the food/drink side -- delicious, refreshing, and yeah, a bit pricey, but that's par for the course here. Overall, Ballard is an easy pick if you want a comfortable place to chill with a snack and a cocktail before your flight. Cozy vibe + good service + reliable food = a strong 4/5.

Classic American Breakfast, $19 before tax, $25 after tax w/o tip. Menu says "breakfast potatoes," but unfortunately you get tatter tots.

Ordered classic American breakfast. Breakfast menu is ambiguous and deceiving. When I saw "breakfast potatoes" on this dish, was extremely disappointed to receive a side of deep fried, cheap tatter tots. Had I known they were tatter tots and NOT potatoes cooked to order, I would have opted out, because tatter tots kill my stomach. So I basically paid $25 for 2 eggs, bacon, and weird tasting sourdough toast. I get it that this is airport food and airport prices, but for this price, tatter tots are unacceptable. Please update your menu so that it accurately reflects what customers will receive. I give one additional star because the coffee was very good and the eggs and bacon were good too.

Nice entryway/lobby area. The restaurant itself (and bar) is cozily set up, booths and tables, and charming art work from the movie "Caddy Shack" - loved that! Our server noticed us immediately, was efficient and friendly the entire time, and also makes a mean Billy's Cooler - a very refreshing citrus drink. The brisket sandwich was tops, the fries were good, the loaded potatoes are a fun option (the bacon was a little hard to eat - not crunchy, not soft). The main upset was the French Onion Soup, which was, let's just say, not their specialty area. It was overwhelmingly salty, with meager bread to soak up the broth. The server was kind enough to take it off our bill - it was, at least for me, inedible. My spouse thought the same. This was a glitch in an otherwise fine evening. Also notable was that, even though we came in about an hour before close, they never made us felt rushed. We will definitely go back for the ambience and try other menu items - and other drinks. A nice relaxing spot.

I had questions about the rice cake dishes which are basically teokkbokki, but I'm not sure why they don't put that on the menu. The person who took our order was fine but non descriptive with the dishes. The creamy rice cake looked like penne Alfredo upon coming out. The taste was fine, but since it wasn't described for me, I truly didn't know what was in it other than heavy cream (because that's what I was told). Other than the four star chicken, it was fine.
