I have been to this establishment since 2019. It had good pricing and quality of the food especially their pasta and pizza was great . Never had a complaint. However , for the past two years that I have gone here for pizza, chicken wings or clam chowder , the quality was not so good . For instance, I ordered a to go pizza and got it delivered , it came burnt and the toppings slipped right off when you picked it up . I thought it was an off day . Came back another time , same thing Pizza was soggy and toppings did not stick on when you go pick up a slice . On top of that the chicken wings were so salty we. couldn't eat it . Recently my husband and I went there for a date , it was special for us. because we hardly have time to have a date with just us . We chose Bambino's, I was hesitant, but it was spot we can dress down, watch some Sunday night football and just catch up . We came in was told we can sit anywhere , a waitress stopped by and greeted us , but had a weird look when she greeted only my husband . She smiled and told us to take our time and she will be back with our orders . She was no where to be seen after 20 minutes , I saw her and a few others in the bar area chopping it up with the guests at the bar , but never made eye contact with us . 5 more minutes came by and an asian waiter came by and said if our waitress helped us . We said not yet He said something along the lines of our waitress got busy and it was a bit of walk for her to get from one end to the other . So , he will take our order . I just let it go, and didn't tell him we just saw her in front of us behind the bar. I gave him our order . He worked the other side of restaurant that is non bar. Our table was the only table he waited on , on the side of the bar .As we waited for our food I see that she was working the bar and at the same time working the tables near the bar area where we were sitting but her and another waitress ( both white ) avoided our table . I thought it was odd and disrespectful , she finally came by just to pick up our plate at the end of our meal thought out the 2 hours we spent there , she and the other waitress did not stop to see if we needed anything . It was that young asian kid who only waited on our table on the bar side while he also had the other non bar tables to wait on . Why did they avoid us beats me. I also ordered an espresso and it came watery and cold . Not sure who made that espresso , but that was the last straw . It was horrible experience and wont be returning . We're new to the area and were looking for a neighborhood pizza spot on a Saturday night, so we decided to try Bambino's. The food and service were excellent! We ordered a few pizzas to try, all were loaded with toppings on an amazing crust. Our waiter was super friendly. The service could've been a bit faster, but the place was packed, and we enjoyed our drinks while we waited. This place is great! This is only my second time coming here but my first experience was so good I had to come back with my kids. We came during Saturday lunch time for pizza. We were seated immediately. My kids were presented with coloring books, which is always a plus! We ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza. When it was delivered, it was piping hot! The cheese and pepperoni were glistening with delicious oils. Three kids and an adult and we nearly finished an extra large pizza. Service was good. I'll start off with the good and that the service is usually spot on! Our favorite servers are Ali, Kristi and Danielle. Since the new owner took over, it seems the food prices have gone up and the quality of the food has gone down. Chicken marsala used to be my favorite item but the last two times I have ordered it the chicken has been tough. We actually had to send back our chicken Parmesan once recently because it was tough as well. Last night we were there, and my chicken tenders were subpar and the ranch dressing I was served was watery with bubbles and looked like it was old. Last night, new year's eve, was a bad experience. Only 3 in the front of the house. There should have been 1 expediter/phone orders, 2 servers for each dining room, and 2 bartenders. If that were the case then people wouldn't have been walking out due to lack of service, the phone being hung up or going unanswered for phone orders, and people owing money simply skipping out. What a S...Show! The owner was off partying as if he could not care less that he was abusing the three gals (his staff). It's a wonder they made it through the shift (they were to close at 6PM) but we weren't there to see it. I ordered a small pizza and my wife a Caesar's salad with chicken. The pizza came out in about 20 minutes (had to have been for another order due to the huge backup of orders) and the salad was ghosted and never arrived. By the time half the pizza was eaten it was around 5:45PM so we left with each of us providing assurance to each server that it wasn't their fault. Tears were shed they were so stressed. As I said, this is the owner's fault that he did this to his loyal employees. We own a business and we know first hand what it takes to stay in business and the first, and most important, thing is the owner is responsible for making sure things run smoothly and his employees are taken care of. Their wings are fire , aaaand they were having a $20 bottomless mimosa special.. Yesterday I came in and I was served by Lina & had a fantastic experience. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to drink but I knew I wanted it to be tequila, Lina concocted a delicious cocktail. I was blown away by her service and personality. This is a review from one person of a huge party. We celebrated my dads and sisters bday and the environment was great they had to move some tables for us and had no problem. We were looking forward to pizza as we are pizza people and enjoy it a lot well these pizzas are were not great at all. Every piece of pizza from the 5 pizzas we got the topping not only slipped off the bottom was saturated with moisture there was no crunch to any of the pizzas and it was hard to get a full piece of pizza without it becoming mush and sauce. It was very disheartening especially for the amount of money spent 100s of dollars and a tip which the workers did deserve as far as the quality of the pizza it just wasn't acceptable. It's been a few days since the event and I personally wouldn't come back because you should be able to eat your pizza without it tasting like moist pizza.. I love bambino's it's my go to place for food and drinks. The staff is always so kind and it makes me keep coming back. I've specially had an amazing time visiting over the last few months when I've been served by Julles, she's made the place so much better! She's served me at tables and at the bar and I figured she was a manager since she does so much but I was shocked to learn she isn't. I can say she easily lifts the atmosphere of the bambino's when she's working, she's so funny and puts me in a great mood, it makes me and everyone else feel so welcome. We went there once based on recommendations from friends and sorry to say, it was a huge let down. We were greeted right when we walked in but the service was unbelievably slow. It took 10 minutes to get menus, then another 20 for our waiter to come back and take our order. And there was a 30 minute gap in between getting our pasta and our pizza. And we still had to wait for the rest of our order. Everything took too long. We had to ask another waiter to have our waiter come back so we can order. And again had to ask him on the status of our order. Even the table next to us seemed upset at the slow service. First and last time going there. read more

Sadly since the new Ownership took over, Bambino's has gone downhill. From the watered down ranch dressing to the tiny pre-frozen onion rings (they were bad) to the Costco frozen chicken wings. We used to visit Bambinos and also ordered take out on a consistent basis. The Bar Tenders and the waitstaff are obviously unhappy with the new Ownership and the vibe has completely changed. I was impressed with this little spot, very casual Italian dinning. Lots of options for pizza personal thru large and many pastas dishes and sandwiches dishes, definitely had a lot to choose from. I personally enjoyed being able to "make my own" pasta I had the fettuccine with basílico and added chicken, very delicious and I even had some pasta to take home. I was a little underwhelmed with the breadsticks and the butter had a tangy taste that I wasn't very found of. We decided to order garlic bread to eat instead of the breadsticks and we were much happier with the garlic bread! The lasagna was a delicious choice very cheese and lots of meat sauce, came out very hot which was great because I love my food coming out hot.
