Spacious clean dining area. Friendly service. Outstanding food. Chicken Egg Foo young so delicious. Garlic green beans great snap and tasty in an amazing garlic sauce. Crisp egg rolls with a nice delicate filling. Excellent find here in Morro Bay. We will return

    Shrimp fried rice is good!

Their shrimp fried rice is good. Better than golden gong at least. I know they can do better but I feel like the clientele maybe impacts the dishes lol. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, chicken wings, beef noodle, and hot and sour soup. They're missing out on the chance to sell salt n pepper chicken wings, I know it'd be a hit. I expected the beef noodle soup to be like the braised beef noodle but it was kind of like stir fry in soup form. Hot and sour soup was ok with the white pepper added. Uncle, let me in the kitchen I need some Chinese food Otherwise loved I could order from my phone. Waiter was nice.

to go order. "After". No "before", too hungry!

Ordered on Door Dash. We are new to the area and got in and had to put our daughter down to sleep so we hopped on door dash and saw this place and Chinese sounded delicious, so we took a chance. Well, It was delicious! And I absolutely loved the type of containers they used, that the rice was in a separate container and that it came in a reusable bag! My only complaint, they gave us 1 fork and 1 spoon. (Now, maybe that's on me, since I know you have to ask for reusable stuff now and maybe I didn't see it as an option. But there has to be a way to remind others or even just throw in a couple more to be safe?! ) We ordered the orange chicken, beef and broccoli and chicken chow mein, oh and egg rolls. Everything was delicious and had a great flavor. A good suggestion!

This is basically a DIY restaurant. You seat yourself, order, pay and tip with your phone by scanning the QR code at each table. The server then brings your food pretty quickly. It saves so much time this way. Oh there's a Yelp check in deal for a free order of egg roles. You will need to show that to the server, but you don't add it to your order since it's free. Everything was really good. I definitely recommend.

Do they have crispy noodles for chow mein?

Maybe one of their better offerings. Not free best Chinese food I have had. Will not return.

Are you permitted to brung beer and wine to drink with dinner?

    Yes, we do

    Do they have lunch specials?

    Yes,we do

    Is there indoor dining?

Yes there is indoor dining , very roomy, and bright, the staff is very welcoming

Are you going to do combo plates so we don't have to order 3 or 4 different items for 1 person to have a meal? At least lunch specials?

Sorry, we are unable to do combo plates right now, our food is order to cook to make it fresh, but we will have option to substitute steam rice to fried rice, and I would like recommend House Special for you, which is combination fried rice and chow…

This was my first time trying this place. I've eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants across the…read morecountry, and my overall impression was that this felt more like a fast-casual or fast-food Vietnamese restaurant than a traditional sit-down experience. You order at the counter and are given a number. Since they weren't very busy, they brought the food to my table, which I appreciated. The prices were on the high side, though fairly typical for many Vietnamese restaurants in California. I ordered the pork platter with rice and fried egg rolls. The portion size was about right. The rice was fine--nothing particularly memorable. The pork was a generous serving and had visible grill marks, but it didn't seem freshly grilled. It appeared to have been grilled previously and then reheated. It was served hot, but the texture and presentation were not what I would expect from freshly grilled meat. Fresh off the grill would have made a noticeable difference. The egg rolls were crispy on the outside, but the filling was dry and fairly unremarkable. They weren't bad, but they weren't a standout item either. The plate also came with iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumber, and pickled carrot and radish. The cucumber was fine, while the pickled vegetables were a bit more sour than I prefer. The biggest surprise was the dipping sauce for the egg rolls. Instead of the typical Vietnamese dipping sauce, which is usually one of my favorite parts of the meal, this version had quite a bit of chili added and was much spicier than expected. Some people may enjoy that, but it wasn't what I was anticipating. Overall, the meal was good, but not memorable enough to justify going out of my way for it. The prices felt a little high given the fast-food atmosphere. If I happened to be in the area again, I might stop in and give it another try, but I wouldn't make a special trip to return.

The overall vibe felt like the employees didn't want to be there. Service was extremely slow, and it seemed like they were short-staffed. Our food came out in 15-minute intervals instead of all together, so some of us were finished eating before others even received their meals. We also got drink refills with no ice, which was just another odd detail. To top it off, everyone in our group developed diarrhea just a few hours after eating there. I can't say for certain what caused it, but it was enough that none of us will be returning. Very disappointing experience overall.

In the past, we've always had the beef short ribs, and they are amazing each time! However, this time around we switched things around and we were really disappointed. My husband had the soft tofu seafood soup, and first of all it did not look anything like the picture but it had a good flavor. I had the teriyaki chicken and that was the biggest disappointment ever. The teriyaki chicken was extremely salty specially if you ate it along with the sauce it came in. In order for me to be able to eat it, I had to pull it out of the sauce and place it on top of the salt free steam rice. I honestly didn't want to complain because there's always that fear if what if they do something to the food. The service has always been okay and the complimentary side dishes they bring are always delicious as well but next time we are there, we are definitely getting the beef short ribs again. Those are hands-down, the winners :0)

In addition to the pad Thai, I ordered the pot chicken dumplings, also known as chicken stickers. These were equally impressive. For food, we ordered two orders of the chicken satay, the pad thai, yellow curry, and two mango sticky rice desserts to share. Overall, the food was delicious. The chicken satay was probably my least favorite dish of everything we ordered, but it was still good. The standouts for us were definitely the Pad Thai and the yellow curry. The real star of the meal, however, was the mango sticky rice. It was one of the best versions I've had. What made it special was how balanced it was the coconut cream and sticky rice had a savory taste that paired well with the sweet mango perfectly. Many mango sticky rice desserts I've tried are overwhelmingly sweet, but this one had great balance and the mangoes were perfectly ripe and sweet. All five of us absolutely loved it. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the service. The staff were friendly, but not very attentive. My friends and I are Filipinos, we typically eat our meals with a spoon and fork. When our food arrived, we immediately asked for spoons, but they never came. We ended up making do with just our forks for the entire meal. The server checked on us a little after receiving our meals and asked how everything tasted, but after that we rarely saw anyone until we were nearly finished. There were a few things we requested that never made it to the table. Overall, the food was excellent and I would definitely come back, especially for the mango sticky rice.
