Normally quite good, the past few months we've had delivery the food comes with manky dried red chili peppers. Strong odor and even stronger taste. It is caused by mildew and is frequently found in carrots and other damp vegetables. Totally has put me off, with great sadness. read more

We counted 8 tables seated and served after us but couldn't get anyone's attention because he was too busy doing door Dash orders and to go orders . I'm happy to see a business doing well but you must take care if your customer that has taken the time to actually visit your establishment as well. The food is not overly greasy, and each dish has its own flavor, which I appreciate because some restaurants all the dishes can end up tasting the same. Went to pick up an order I did through Yelp (first time using this feature) and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She was yelling at me because my yelp was taking too long to load. She then proceeded to talk about in Chinese to her coworker right in front of my face. Her coworker took over and figured out my order in less than a minute. We ordered lunch specials of the day - and highly recommend the Crazy Horse- super spicy beef and chocked full of FRESH zucchini mushrooms onions red and green peppers hot and sour soup great without overly saltiness. Came here tonight with my boyfriend and we will definitely be back. The food is great! We had the best customer service!! I'm assuming he was the owner? Not too sure. He was so kind and was working so hard! He kept checking in with us, he was on top of refills, he was running around taking care of everyone! I was so impressed with how much this man did. He was taking dine in orders, to go orders, DoorDash orders, Uber eats orders, and telephone orders all by himself! He was brining boxes, serving food, and running checks around. At the end of our meal he was so kind and asked us our names and shook our hands. When we were walking out we saw him running food out to a customers car who had accidentally forgotten their to go container inside! I have never experienced such great customer service before. I love Bamboo Garden. The food is so good and so reasonably priced and excellent service. My favorite dishes so far are the salt and pepper fried tofu, the sautéed eggplants, mushu pork, combination chow fun, honey walnut prawns, sweet and sour soup, Kung pao chicken etc. Pretty much every dishes I've eaten so far has been good.
