The worst che I've ever had. Only came here to kill time with a friend before going somewhere. The ice was chunky, and the milk wasn't even sweet. The entire thing was super bland. I used to frequent this particular location even though there is another Bambu right across my house because they used to serve milk tea and drinks in the large cups for the same price! The cups used to be almost twice the size of the regular cups. I think they caught on now so they switched to regular cups for all drinks which is a huge disappointment. Nevertheless, drinks and Che are still delicious. The only reason they lose a star is because of the service. Although the workers mean well, they are unorganized and confused. I've noticed that they would mess up on customers orders frequently which drags waiting time. Don't expect to be in and out for a quick refreshing drink at this location. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am a regular it is a daily routine for me to go by and have a number one. I have had to try the other bamboo because they're closed Mondays. I could tell that the quality of the food beverage is not the same. I could taste refrigerator in the drinks. As if to imply whatever else they're storing is tasted within the food but- not here at my favorite bambū. it's good it's healthy and an excellent replacement to my coffee habit. The customer service here is wonderful the gentleman who runs it contacted me through Instagram to let me know I have forgot my purse. It's a Louis Vuitton so I was very thankful. I have no hesitation in referring anybody to this place. For a lot of people it might seem eyebally but once you get past the look that you're not familiar with the taste is WOW!!!!! read more

I've recently had the pleasure in visiting this Bambu since they have changed owners/management. I must say that it is one of the cleanest Bambu I have ever seen and the restroom is very well maintained (I swear I'm not that anal but I'm very particular when it comes to sanitation of a restaurant). Other than my rants about how clean this location is, their customer service is up to par with my satisfaction. Unlike other Bambu spots I've been to I must admit they have quick service with extremely helpful and friendly staff members. Now, to mention their quality in their ingredients for their drinks/che/smoothies are always fresh and very tasty! My favorite drink by far is their salivating Honey Dew with Basil Seeds *drools*. if you need a quick pick me up dessert, bambu is the place to go. their chè packs far more ingredients than ice and is the perfect level of sweetness. my two favorite desserts are chè trái cây (lychee, longan, red tapioca, jackfruit, palm seed, pandan jelly, jello, and young coconut) and chè thp cm (red bean, white bean, green/mung bean, taro, pandan jelly, pearl, and combination jelly). don't forget to ask them for a frequent buyer's card! read more

Came this location because it was closer to home. Our usual bambu is in Cupertino. We ordered a # 10 & there were more ice than juice. The add ons were stale, they were hard & chewy. So there isn't a consistency of bambu drinks. I'll just stick to Cupertino. read more

First time at this location! Got my usual (2 black milk teas with coffee jelly for my brother and I). At my usual Bambu it only costs $5.90 for the two drinks but here it was $6.50. They do offer you a larger size but the regular size has the plastic seal cap instead of the conventional lid. Service was fast and the cashier was friendly. This place disappoints me for the 3rd time now. I tell them to make some drinks less sweet and they make even more sweet. They don't smash the avocados like the other Bambu locations. Instead they leave the huge 3 inches avocado chunks with shell chunks still attached. With everything going on about how eating more sweet increase risk for cancer, along with poor these quality drinks, this is the last time I'll ever buy anything here. read more

Went here with my girlfriend and had the #6 dessert. It was pretty good although it was kind of hard mixing everything together initially because the whole cup was full. The ambience inside is kind of bland. I recommend it if your looking for something cold on a hot day and you're tired of coffee. read more

not too shabby, ordered the number 4 on the dessert menu. This stuff can really fill you up, make sure to not eat a big meal. I like the fact that the che isnt too sweet and they put a lot of ingredients inside instead of filling it up with all shaved ice. The jelly is really chewy and and everything just blends in together to make a really tasty snack/dessert drink. They also have boba drinks here, that I have yet to try. read more

I love Bambu. I used to live across the street from Hostetter and would go once a week to the one in the ranch 99 plaza. I live down Park Victoria now and when Bambu opened up I was so happy, my favorite pearl tea shop even closer now! That said, I would actually go out of my way and rather get onto the freeway and exit 2 exits away to go to the one on Hostetter. This one is just not up to par with other bambu's. I've been here enough to get a whole stamp card and redeem for a free drink and just something about their drinks isn't the same... They also take forever to make 2 drinks when there is clearly no one ahead of me where as Hostetter has it out before I can sit down and text someone. Weird? Anyways they should really work on that, their drinks are not nearly as good as the one on Hostetter! Even my mom likes the other locations better... :( read more

Closest Bambu to my house, but this place is a hit or miss. Half the time the drinks and desserts are perfect, half the time it's not sweet enough for my taste. They have a stamp card here, so that's nice. Parking lot is small and sometimes the shop is so hot inside, it's almost unbearable. The cashier is always very pleasant though :) read more

The new age che here is pretty darn good. Although the place is small I like the decor they use here. The tv up on the wall playing Kpop, Vpop, and club music videos were nice to watch as we wait for our orders. I recommend number 6, number 1 was pretty good too, and on the grand scale of desserts, the desserts they serve here are pretty healthy with some fresh ingredients in there.
