Good menu selections for fruit teas/smoothies/milk teas/etc. They even sell little cakes/coconut pudding/sweets. Nice vibes. Felt spacious inside with high ceilings and beautiful decors plus new/modern style furnishings. Love it. Cashier is quick and efficient/young and energetic. We are grass jelly lovers, so this is the perfect location next to Dunkin Donuts in Milpitas. Convenient and beverages tastes great. Good hydration stop for the cup size and value. Self order at kiosk is available. Great place to sit/relax/chill/group friendly indoor and outdoor. I like the huge windows bringing in natural lights from the west side sunlight. Nice. Yes, public restroom is available for use. This is a 5/5 for the beverages we drank so far. No wonder they usually get long lines and busy foot traffic on weekdays. It was a breeze on Labor Day holiday weekend. Overall, I see this as a spot that I would be revisiting again. Good tasting beverages. read more

Pekoe's newest location on Park Victoria, next to Dunkin Donuts. There is plenty of parking! The space seems smaller than it looks from the outside. New modern decor with a few small tables, counter seating, and a cushioned round seat with a tree centerpiece. They offer house music. Order via one kiosk and/or cashier. One unisex restroom. The service was friendly and nice. Ordered Pretty in Pink and Kream during their grand opening. I was 12th in line. After I paid, they called me up and told me they were out kream, and that I had to choose another drink. Not sure how they ran out so quickly. If they did not have that drink available at launch, that should have been properly communicated with the staff and the customer during ordering. I hope they figure this out soon, otherwise they'll be calling customers back frequently to change their order. Eventually drinks arrived, and we noticed there was ice in the pretty in pink after we ordered with no ice (and the label on the cup clearly says no ice). Also the drink was incredibly sweet for just half sugar. The cuppa vo that I got instead of kream was also really watered down. Did not get the iconic strong Vietnamese coffee taste that would have liked, but it could also be because I'm used to Tram Coffee. I hate to leave such a critical review for a business' grand opening and instead look past these mistakes as part of grand opening jitters, but this is their 6th location, I had hoped they would have gotten this down to a tee. read more

This location has a very different vibe compared to the one on Lundy. This one is bright and modern and doesn't look like a night club. Plenty of parking and no line. My go to is always the Kawaii. Very underwhelmed by the drinks on day 1 of their grand opening. The fruit teas were okay in terms of flavor, but lacked any tea.. i got YELLOW MANGO and LIFE'S A PEACH. To be frank, both tasted like water and syrup. Luckily I got them both at half sweet so it was still tolerable, but it was more of a juice rather than "tea". I also tried YUNG MUNGY, which is a mung bean milk tea with pandan jelly. I got no ice for this drink and it was so watered down! The pandan jelly was more of an agar jello with pandan extract cut into (larger than straw) pieces. I could only take a few sips because it was just not palatable. Not sure if it was due to their grand opening, but none of the drinks I got stood out unfortunately. Wishing them the best. The interior was chic and pretty spacious. read more

Happy opening to Pekoe! I've been waiting for years for this place to open and am so glad it finally has. I'd never been to Pekoe before, so this was my first experience. Walked here from home and it was so nice and quick to get to. Got here around dinner time and it wasn't busy, so I guess I lucked out considering it was their grand opening. There were fun balloons all over the front of the store - it made me smile. When I walked in, there was one person who had just finished ordering their drink, so I did a quick scan to find my go-to drink and sure enough, they had one! I'm a passionfruit tea kind of girl and went with the Kawaii, half sweet, no mango stars, with grass jelly. The lady at the counter (possibly the owner??) was super-friendly and quick with the order taking. Since it's their opening weekend, they had a BOGO deal - woohoo! So I got 2 of the same drink (1 to save for later). I only had enough time to take a couple of pictures of the menu and the inside of the place (which had cute lighting fixtures and a few good seating areas, along with a cool central planter that you could sit around - CUTE!) before my order was ready. SUPER-FAST! So friendly and efficient - I loved it. Took my drinks home and I went to put one in the fridge but sadly, dropped it and it splattered ALL over my kitchen floor. I was devastated. Grass jelly and tea all over the place except my belly *sob* I at least had one to drink, so I sadly dove in as I lamented my lost free drink... it was a lovely and tropical drink. It was exactly what I was looking for and the amount of grass jelly was perfect for the drink. Half sweet was a little sweeter than I prefer, so I kind of wish they had a 1/4 sweet option, but it's all good. Each tea place has their own base line and aside from the level of sweetness, I dug the flavor and grass jelly. I'm really happy to have a new business move into the neighborhood and am sending them all my good juju in hopes that they thrive. I certainly plan to be back! read more

Service was good and fast. This location is very clean and cool, but not really suitable for those looking to work on their laptops in peace due to the loud pop music. read more

Pekoe's Milpitas location is finally open! Came all the way down from Berkeley just to get their BOGO, and ended up with four delicious drinks. Service was speedy as it is in every location, and the baristas were all very welcoming and kind. Some thoughts: 1. Pekoe's Foxy Brown is an award-winning black Assam milk tea with honey pearls, and it only takes a single sip to understand why. Even without any modifications, the drink was not too sweet with just the right amount of milk, preserving the richness of the Assam tea. My only problem was that there was just a little too much ice, so it got a bit watered down - I'd probably order it with less ice next time. 2. Matcha Man, a matcha latte topped with strawberry foam. It's as the colors depict - very sweet and light on the tongue. However, I definitely tasted more of the sweet strawberry than the actual matcha. Even after mixing, it didn't become any more apparent. Not a bad pick to try, but I'd say there are better options on the menu. 3. Pretty in Pink, a stunning strawberry milk tea brewed with jasmine tea. This one, like the Foxy Brown, came with honey pearl toppings as well as strawberry jelly hearts - none of which we had to pay separately for. It's aromatic and delicious, but it was very sweet. Definitely considering a lower sweetness level for this one. 4. Kawaii, a fruit tea brewed with jasmine green tea. This one was one of my favorites - you can very easily taste the guava, passion fruit, and mango notes in the tea. The natural sourness of the fruits balanced out the sweetness, so it was more enjoyable to drink. It also comes with star jelly toppings, which I loved ^^ Overall, I think the drinks were very solid. Most of these drinks allow modifications without additional fees, so customers can fine-tune the beverages to their liking. Looking forward to my next visit! read more

Came here Easter Monday around 9-ish(?) and there was about 3 other people in store with us! was shocked to see so little people but it was very clean inside, and the space felt open. We got "Pretty in Pink" and it was pretty decent for $6.50 It came with strawberry hearts and boba, and the strawberry milk tea did not taste artificial. overall 10/10! Not busy when I went so I didn't struggle with parking which is nice, it seems smaller than their other locations. Has different types of seating. They were out of the drink I came specifically to get, since I wanted to try something different besides my usual "Thai me up" but hey, it happens! I always get that drink half sweet since I don't have much of a sweet tooth and it's just perfect. Some of the tapioca pearls were hard in the center which made them a bit harder to chew than normal but I didn't mind that too much. I'm super glad that they have a location closer to me now, since the others are a bit further away and get too busy. I will definitely be frequenting this spot read more

I usually only leave reviews when I have something positive to say, but this place was awful. The customer service was terrible. A blonde girl named Elysa had the worst attitude--she was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a matcha, and I even specified the drink by number (#9). She went ahead with my order without telling me it was sold out, and instead gave me a completely different drink. The menu wasn't even updated. On top of that, she didn't greet us, didn't apologize, and acted as if I was ruining her day just by ordering. I asked for a refund, which I thankfully received, but it was a waste of my time and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Came here for their grand opening and waited about an hour for our drinks. I got the gold mine and the tmt drink and was unfortunately pretty disappointed in the drinks. The tmt drink was supposed to be taro flavored but tasted super watered down and barely had a hint of taro. It was also supposed to have boba in it but there was none. The gold mine drink was also pretty watered down and I couldn't taste any brown sugar in the drink. It just tasted like watery black tea to me. They also gave out free tacos at the event but we got to the taco stand and could only get 1 even though we purchased two drinks since we only got 1 ticket. However, we saw that other people were getting 2 tacos even though they only had 1 ticket. Overall, we were disappointed with the way the grand opening went as there were no clear instructions and the drinks tasted watered down with no boba and way too much ice in the drinks. read more

So glad this long anticipated Pekoe location is now open! I've driven past the coming soon sign for far too long looking at it longingly. I've ordered 4 drinks from this store so far and it's just as yummy as its sister stores. Absolutely love the interior of this particular Pekoe though! Forgot to take pictures so I only have a janky BeReal video but go to their Instagram/TikTok to see how pretty it is I also like that they don't skimp out at all on the tea. The first time we ordered here I had gotten the regular strength and it had me awake until 5am. I've since learned and have been ordering using the "Lite Tea" option which has been very helpful with late night boba cravings. The only hiccup we've encountered so far is getting ice in a drink we asked to have no ice. No biggie because staff made it right, right away. We took it to the counter and the lady with the blonde hair (Elysa?) apologized and explained it was made by someone currently being trained. She took it to the back and brought it back out with no ice :) Thankful for her great customer service because she has been lovely and attentive to my family's orders. One of the times I went I completely forgot to add toppings to my drink until I started sipping it and she helped me out with ordering toppings on the side. Normally at other stores I would just give up and go home but because she's been so sweet I felt comfortable asking for help! read more

We ordered 6 boba drinks, 4 of which were Angela.All 4 tasted like straight water with a hint of color--no flavor, no sweetness, nothing. Completely undrinkable. We went back immediately to get them fixed since they were for people waiting at home, and the two employees working couldn't have cared less. Not only did they refuse to replace the drinks, but they also didn't offer a single apology. The attitude was beyond unacceptable--cold, dismissive, and borderline hostile. There was absolutely no standard procedure followed. No one asked if we wanted less ice or sugar, and clearly the person who made the drinks didn't add any sweetener at all. It was a careless, sloppy job from start to finish. To the owners of this location: this level of service is embarrassing. If this is how you allow your staff to treat customers and serve products, it's only a matter of time before your business goes downhill. Do better. read more

I got the jasmine milk tea with boba here, and it was extremely sweet, and I do not think they had an option to adjust sweetness levels. However, I appreciated that the tea flavor was quite strong and I could really taste the jasmine. Additionally, a unique part of this boba shop is that the drinks come with preset toppings. You can either order with a cashier or on a kiosk, and my drink came out pretty fast. This was my first time at a Pekoe, and I probably will not go out of my way to get it, but I liked that it was open until late at night. read more

been waiting for this location to open for a while. it took forever to open and the service and drinks are terrible. a blonde girl was on reg the past two days i went. she might of just had an rbf but her customer service was terrible. my friends and i had placed our orders together. after we placed our order, the girl on reg had friends visiting her and she got distracted talking to them. her friends got their drinks first and i would say 4-5 other customers got their drinks before us. we basically waited 30ish minutes for our drink while others got theirs first. at one point it was just my friends and i at the store--no other customers. the girl on reg was just sitting down on her phone, not acknowledging us even though we still had not received our drinks. someone in the back had to peek out and tell the girl to call out the orders. i'd assume it had been sitting in the back for a while. i had ordered a JMT which normally comes with honey boba. when i received the drink, there were no toppings. i assumed that they were out of toppings since it was 9:45pm but also i didn't wanna bother asking the girl on reg because i was pretty pissed off. i would've appreciated a "hey we're out of honey boba, did you want a different topping?" rather than just giving me a drink with no toppings. it's really the service that matters. additionally, the drink was pretty watery and didn't taste as good as the ones at other locations :( also, during closing i saw her clean the couch with windex i think that was just hella funny read more
