Great food and great customer service. I had the egg plant yesterday which was delicious, and had to come back today. Today I had the egg plant, crab fried rice, fried chicken and pad Thai and I give it all a 10 out of 10. My food was delicious! I did have the original Thai ice tea and it reminded me of when my parents would take us to the Thai restaurant on Vermont between 8th and 9th street that was real Thai tea and the food reminded me of those great days. Returned a few days ago and this place still rocks! New dishes were chicken pad thai and pineapple fried rice. Best versions of thise dishes that Ive had. Flavors and textures were fantastic! Re-ordered the red curry and drunken noodles and they tasted the same as our 1st visit, so the consistency is there. Dont let their menu fool you or scare you away. Im usually skeptical of reataurants offering dishes from different cuisines (i.e. orange chicken). The Thai dishes are good to great, mostly great! Best Thai in Pasadena hands down. read more

I went a few times and it was closed. Stopped by again and it was open. Got the chicken pad thai to go. It was ready quickly. The noodles werent super greasy like other places. A bit too sweet for my taste. Overall very tasty. Portion size was ok considering I paid $17 for this small bowl. I remember when you could order pad thai to go for like $12 before the pandemic at most thai restaurants. I guess this is the world we live in now read more

The food was good, authentic Thai cuisine. The place was a little quaint with a great atmosphere that was relaxing. The owners ran the place, and the wife and husband were working there. The wife was very attentive and provided great service. My mom had a vegetarian eggplant dish, which she liked. My father ordered chicken wings and noodles, which they both enjoyed. I had their specialty, which was some sort of curry with noodles underneath. I wanted some fried noodles on top. My BF and I came for the $14.99 lunch special. This charming café with the sweet curtains in front, comfortable seating and nice decoration has been open just two weeks, but they are showing sophistication in the cooking and lovely presentation choices on the combination meal. The lunch specials are served with a House green salad (iceberg), which was topped with a Thai salad dressing that was mayonnaise based, a nice hot spring roll, and steamed white rice or brown rice. Choice of chicken, fried tofu, or vegetable is included. For small extra fee add beef or shrimp. I chose Thai chicken with basil as my entrée and he chose Pad See Ew with Tofu as his. I was pleased that the chicken was all white meat breast of chicken, and there was a nice selection of crisp stir fried green bell pepper, green beans, and onion. In the Pad See Ew, the tofu had been cut with a crimper knife into large squares with curly edges and then deep fried to give it crust. That dish also included vegetables, including carrot and broccoli. Instead of rice, crispy wonton strips were provided to dunk in the sweet sauce. The eggroll was nice and hot and came with a tasty sweet-and-sour dipping sauce. The portions on both entrées and the additional dishes were generous enough that we took home at least half for a second meal. Our server was very kind and attentive. Parking is free and plentiful in the lot of this cafe located in a small mall on the corner of Washington and Fair Oaks Avenue. 4% is added if you wish to use a credit card. This food was fresh and very tasty and we are looking forward to returning, soon. read more

This used to be a Thai restaurant previously, then closed for a period of time and under new ownership. Thankfully they removed these randomly placed fish tanks. The dining room was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. It was such an improvement from my previous visit. The food was absolutely amazing! There's a wide variety of lunch specials to select from. It's the perfect food portion, actually you'll be quite full or have leftovers. The chicken pad Thai is a must have dish whether for lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and appreciative of you dining there. I love Thai food and this place is the nearest restaurant to me. I decided to give it a try and I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai to go. Plenty of Shrimps in it and the noodles were cooked perfect. The flavors are amazing but way too much sugar. I don't know why dumping a bunch of sugar in it is okay. It's not, please 50% less sugar in it would be great, it almost taste like candy. I couldn't finish the food due to how sweet it was. I will not order the Pad Thai again. But I would probably go back and try something else. read more

I ordered the chicken and mixed vegetables while my husband ordered the pad see eu. Food was freshly prepared and portion was just right.
