Fantastic Thai restaurant that serves great food. The moment you walk in you are greeted with an elegant interior. The food is delicious and well portioned. The server is very friendly and everything is well organized.

Cute cozy spot, the place was busy for a Wednesday night when we arrived. We ordered summer rolls , it was thoughtfully prepared, and tasted fresh and delicate. The green curry was tasty and bold, and chicken basil was delicious sweet and strong on the basil so it was super delicious. Surprisingly they had a huge menu, and actually makes me want to to come back and try other entrees. Until next time.

Came for lunch and tried their Pad see ew, Pad Thai, and curry (forgot which one). The Pad see ew and Pad Thai were soo good. The noodles were good to perfection - not too soft or undercooked and had a good chew to it and the flavors were on point. The curry was good, but the noodle dishes were the stars of the show. The restaurant is small so I don't recommend going with a big group. They have about 8-10 tables that can seat 2-4 people comfortably. Take out is also an option.

We ordered way too much food! And guess what?! It was a good thing! You want a Pearl of Wisdom... (right? See what I did there?) Get WAY too much because the next 2 days of eating the left overs the flavors work some kind of culinary magic to tantalize your palate. We had all the curries, green, red, yellow, masaman. After the original feast, the following days I added roasted red pepper, mushrooms, Japanese eggplant and zucchini and topped with fresh basil. I call these "cheater" meals as the base flavors are from something I didn't prepare, but takes ordinary ingredients takes them to another level. Seriously, my taste buds were levitating! So if you value a bargain and stretching you take out meals, this is a fantastic option to spend your weekly food budget and supplement with your veggies of choice!

While visiting Pasadena we decided to stop for some Thai Food. When we arrived I was surprised at how small the restaurant was. Once we were seated, the staff was so friendly and welcoming! We decided to order several plates to try! Everything was so delicious! The fried rice is the best I've ever had! The Thai Tea was fantastic! The entire experience was great! It's clean, friendly, warm and great quality! It's a must try if you're in the area! I highly recommended!

So small and cute place! Their food was so good! I had Thai Spicy Noodle, it was so delicious blended with spicy, flavor with crunchy toppings. Love it and I'm surprised that I finish all without bring home leftover! The waiter was very nice and consideration with our communication. Def will come back to try out more food! Parking is available on the street or garage structure.

I do like the seafood salads with the clear noodles. Our go-to for when we don't want to cook and can just do carry out.

If you come for dinner, do yourself a favor and order the Brussels sprouts, they're only available at dinner, and I genuinely get them every single time. They're that good. The noodle soups are always incredible too. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and no matter how many times I've been, the quality has never changed. That kind of consistency is hard to find and really keeps me coming back. The service is always friendly and the food comes out surprisingly quickly, even when they're busy. I also appreciate that they're a tipless restaurant with a 20% service charge already included. It's nice knowing the staff is taken care of without having to think about calculating a tip at the end.

As for the pork ribs, the tamarind sauce gave it a big boost. Beef rendang and the carbonara were also great. Service was gracious to us, as we arrived early before our reservation time and the rest of our party did not arrive until five minutes later, they let us in early, though one of the servers gave the rice bowl I ordered a bit later than expected, since I thought it was going to come out as soon as the sisig came. They also gave a drink that one of my party ordered a bit too slow. Atmosphere-wise, we dined al fresco or outside, and it was pretty cool outside, so everything was good. This was my second visit to the restaurant, and overall, I would highly recommend this place if you want to look for fine dining in Pasadena!

Popped into Noodle St. in Old Town Pasadena for an early lunch, and was thrilled to discover this…read moresmall chain offering Asian fusion creations. It's a comfortable spot with padded banquettes or chairs at the tables, which feature chrome frames and (very good-looking) faux marble tops; along with white walls and light-colored wood accents, the owners have created a clean, simple, welcoming environment. The mood is jostled even further into a specific vibe of calmness with the carefully curated music being played: bossa nova covers of pop hits from bygone days (The Bee Gees' "More Than A Woman" and the Bee Gees'-written Streisand hit, "A Woman In Love" being examples), but it all works. The menu offers a varied selection of dishes from several Asian cultures, from Chinese Beef Rolls to Japanese noodles and soups to Korean Beef over rice. It's not a huge menu, but there's definitely enough there for everyone to find something interesting to eat. The food is all cooked in view of the customers by a staff of chefs working in a sparkling clean kitchen enclosed by windows, and the staff is uniformly friendly despite juggling a lunchtime crowd at the tables plus quite a lot of to-go orders. I tried 2 really enjoyable and satisfying dishes. Beef Rolls featured thinly sliced brisket rolled inside crispy fried crepes with scallion, cilantro and a touch of Hoisin sauce. The brisket had a mild but distinctive flavor that spoke of careful preparation, while the slightly astringent pop from the onions and herbs was a nice foil for the inherent fattiness of the fried crepes. The Hoisin sauce was very subtly deployed, lending tasty support without overwhelming everything else. I added some of the house chili oil for a little extra spice and peppery depth, but these well-made rolls were terrific all by themselves. It should also be noted that the portion is very generous, especially for the price ($12.80), and more than enough for 2 people (perhaps 4 people, if each has 1/2). My other dish was the Qinghai Clear Cold Noodle, a terrific-looking, and even better-tasting blend of thick, chewy noodles, fresh chopped garlic, veggies, tofu and chili sauce that's got a bit of heat but more so a pleasing depth of Chinese spices. This appetizer is packed with flavor and just happens to be Vegan (as are a number of menu items), so it can be enjoyed by anyone. All in all, this was a fantastic mid-week lunch that pleased the senses without breaking the bank, and I even brought some home for later. Do give this Noodle St. a try -- and if you're not in Pasadena, check their website, because they have 8 locations, with a 9th opening soon in Sherman Oaks.

The quality was solid, and everything came out hot. The chicken wings were great, the garlic green beans and cucumber salad were amazing, and the signature spicy ramen was really good too. It was a bit greasy, almost like birria, but the meat was tender and the broth tasted like it had been cooking for 48 hours deep, rich, and full of flavor. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the Korean beef. It was way too sweet and didn't really give Korean BBQ flavor. The meat seemed more steamed than grilled, and not even vinegar or chili oil could save it for me. Other than that, everything else was fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for.

Lobster: we enjoyed the Colette special sauce, it was aromatic with the basil, good level of spice, and lobster meat was cooked perfect. Salt and pepper calamari: great crunch, wish it had a little more salt & pepper & garlic seasoning most pieces weren't coated, but the calamari texture had the perfect chew. Crispy vermicelli with beef: loved the crispy noodles and soft beef stir fry textures together, definitely ask for chili oil with this dish, it needs that extra umph of flavor for the noodles. Salted egg yolk pumpkin: I normally love this dish, only wished the outside was crispier, got soggy fast and with how thick these are cut you want the crispy exterior, but flavor was good. Only thing that made me feel a bit "eh" was the chipped plateware they have and continue to use. Service - wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and had nice customer service. They even helped recommend dishes and also share opinions on what we shouldn't order which I loved. Parking - free parking lot! There are a few spaces right in front of the restaurant. The 4 Piece Indonesian Fried Chicken with rice is an absolute must. Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. The crust is insanely crispy, the seasoning is perfect, and the Indonesian dipping sauce ties it all together in a way that's completely unique. This alone is worth the drive. The Hawaiian plates are equally impressive. The short ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the beef and chicken were perfectly marinated -- sweet, savory, and deeply flavorful. Everything comes with rice and a creamy mac salad, and the Hawaiian Sun drinks (Mango Orange and Strawberry Lilikoi) are the perfect companion to wash it all down.
