Absolutely my favorite spot to stop and have a bite in town after a day out cross country skiing, rafting, mountain biking, fly fishing, etc. Not only is the food really really good, but it is family owned and you can absolutely tell the difference. After you order (select your banger, two topping and one sauce) enjoy a small sample of their home made chimichurri with fresh bread. If you are there after 3pm you will probably meet Ruben (owners Dad) who will ensure you have a wonderful experience. Tried this place out for the first time and cannot highly recommend this place enough!! The staff were extremely helpful and very nice, and the sausages were fantastic!! I was super impressed with the great variety of flavors, they had various types of sausages you can't find anywhere else in the state (I live in Portland). They even can put your sausage on a salad if you want to go carb free! The bun was nice and light but also stayed together really well. They have sweet potato and regular fries (the sweet potatoes were delicious), and a bomb selection of beers!! They also make a homemade fry sauce that will make you want to get more fries! Flat out awesome. The owners are super friendly and serve great food at a reasonable price. The garlic aioli is fantastic but it is possible to OD on it between the fries and a sausage. Visited based on Yelp reviews and so glad we did! I got the bangers & mash...huge portions, enough to bring home and have another lunch. The service was so nice and refreshing...Super attentive and were able to recommend exactly what we were looking for. Salad is huge. We got half salad and half order skinny fries and it took up a cookie sheet! I have been hearing what a great place this is for months and just had to check it out. I have been here a couple times. Once to grab a meal with a friend and the other time for an event. The food here is high quality and very unique. The Chill and Gorgonzola fries were amazing! They have a few sausages that include wild game such as my personal favorite the wild boar. We had some samples of all of their sausages which was great as everyone was able to determine the best sausage for them. The owner was very helpful in working with me on some custom orders and the staff were incredibly helpful with our event as well. Everyone there felt very welcome and comfortable hanging out. This place is the real deal! Has a variety of authentic and exotic sausages & brats on the menu with rotating flavors each week. We sampled the elk/pork brat, water buffalo, and the Alaskan Reindeer. Not sure what I can add to all of the stellar reviews. We had such a good experience we returned a couple days later to purchase 6 pounds of sausage to bring home to California. The four of us mostly ordered traditional sausages and toppings. My husband took the helpful cashier's suggestion and went with Venison with cranberries, topped with their amazing chimichurri and cream cheese. wow!!! Yummmm! BEST PLACE EVER! We probably go here on a weekly basis. It was one of the first places we tried when we first moved to Bend about two and a half years ago, and now we can't stop going. We love the food, people, and atmosphere. Our favorite is the IPA sausage with spicy peppers, caramelized onions, and garlic aioli. The sausages here are fanominal !!! I loved the option of toppings and sauces that they have. It allows for multiples of options so that when you come back, and you will, something new can be tried. The special fries were amazing. I had the blue cheese and bacon! The customer service was freindly and helpful. It was my first time and they were happy to explain the menu to me. Everyone that worked there made sure that I was ok and enjoying the food. They also gave me a sample of their bread and homemade chimichuri. I love chimichuri and I also make it at home but when I'm lazy, I know I can get a delicious homemade quality chimichuri there too. I will definitely be back ! read more

This was our first time there and we enjoyed it a lot. Small seating area but we weren't there at a busy time. We just missed out on the happy hour because of the automated system but the cashier made up for that with bacon gorgonzola fries. I had the reindeer sausage with cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and BBQ sauce. It was awesome. Also split an order of the sweet potato fries which we enjoyed. We also had a tasty beer as we ate. Bangers is my favorite place to eat at in Bend! I'm vegetarian and their two veggie sausages are fantastic! I def recommend.

Came here for dinner and it was delicious! They have delicious sausages with toppings and sides. Their staff are excellent. We liked the casual vibe and being able to eat out on the patio. We had a really rowdy group next to us which was annoying but you can't blame a restaurant for that. I would rate them a 5 star except that we did have a couple of complaints. Their owners are from Argentina so they make a big deal out of the chimichurri sauce. They even have a dish you can order which is just chimichurri and bread but the bread they use is wrong - it's a hot dog bun and no one from Argentina would use a bread like that. It would usually be a harder bread, like a baguette and the chimichurri with it is really, really oily. The chimichurri tasted great but we did have to strain out the oil particularly since the bread is so soft it fills up with oil. We wished the sausages were a little bigger (even if it meant going up a little in pricing). They had a choripan special, again wrong bread but otherwise good. The name doesn't match if they are trying to highlight their Argentine items? But if you aren't from Argentina and looking for traditional argentine choripan, etc. then you wouldn't probably have a complaint. :-) Check them out, they have some excellent sausages! read more

My husband and I's first time trying this restaurant. Couldn't say enough good things about this locals' little pub. I got the special which was a kielbasa todd with red peppers, tomatoes, fried kale chips and what I think was an aioli on top. Skinny fries to top it off. My husband ordered the sausage over mashed potatoes and carmelized onions. What I assumed is the owner, even came out and brought us some bread bites with chimichurri sauce to start, on the house. The young girl at the counter was very informative and knew what she was describing to us. Everything we received was fresh and made to order. This place....MONEY. An absolute must is the bacon, gorgonzola fries. My husband hates gorgonzola and devours these suckers. Even with the super casual atmosphere, we are date night regulars. Interesting, exotic, delicious sausage choices with great choices for toppings. My personal favorite: wild boar with garlic sausage, caramelized onions and sweet peppers, with the garlic aioli. The bun is also delicious, soft and yet hearty and substantial. But make sure to eat it quickly as the juices from the food do tend to make the bun soggy. The gentlemen who always brings us are food is the kindest, most helpful, delightful soul. Always a good time chatting with him. I do wish there was a bit more seating as it can get crowded on weekend evenings. There is outdoor seating when the weather is nice, but I'm not one to enjoy eating outdoors when its cold -- unless I have my snow clothes on. ;) read more

This is my new favorite place! The location isn't the best for me, but I don't mind at all. The prices are great, service is spectacular and the food is incredible! Don't skip the gorgonzola, bacon fries. They manage to take the guilt out of a guilty pleasure. I hope they catch on and open a second location walking distance from my house! read more
