My van tire kept deflating over time. I didn't see any nails. I brought it to Barajas and the I owner/worker helped me right away. He had me move my van back and forth looking for the nail. He didn't find anything. He the sprayed soap on my tire and found a leak in my valve stem. He then proceed to jack up my car and removed the tire. Fixed and put back on all in less than 20 minutes. He didn't mention the cost before hand i didn't ask either. But he charged me $25 to fix it. Old school, quick, friendly, no frills. The owner here is old school. Doesn't try to up sell you anything, all he does is offers the tires you need and the brand you prefer. I drive a Honda, so my car doesn't need anything fancy; only good tires and not someone who tries to rip me off. He's always stocked up on Chinese brand tires, but if you prefer to have American brands (because they last longer) then you might want to call his shop up to see if he has the size. Other than that... if you want someone to give you premium customer services, than go somewhere else, because the owner is old school. I been coming here for over 10 years. If yelp was poppin back in the days this review would have already been up there with 5 stars. I recently just got a nail in my tire. At first i took it to get pumped a few times but after awhile it only held the air for a few days. On my way to work on a Saturday I passed by the shop and gave it a shot. No appointment. I came in was greeted and asked if they had my size tire. Unfortunately the did not have my tire but suggested they could fix the patch. Within 2 mins. No need to take my tire off, the nail was taken out and patched. All for a very inexpensive fee.. (you'll be surprised) it's been 2 weeks now and the tire is still holding up strong. This is family owned business. The owner has never appeared to be friendly at all every time i was there. He was rude and unwelcome. He seems in better service with Hispanic customers. NEVER TRUST THE OWNER...BAD SERVICE, RUDE, BAD ATTITUDE. i went there the first time to add some air. Alex, the son of the owner (the older guy) was very nice and helped me. He also explained to me how to fix the Chrome rim on my tire which may cause the leakage of the air. He gave me the price quote of $20 for this service. I told him to bring my car back during the weekend when i had more time to check it out first. My 2nd trip back to the shop was on the same week of that Sat., another guy along with Alex examined my car and suggested me to get a replacement of the front Chrome rim. That guy gave me the price quote of $30 for the same service that Alex told me for $20. Due to the nature of difficulties finding this type Lexus front Chrome rim, i found out after i left the shop that this particular rim which i saw someone was selling posted on ebay a day before on Fri. was suddenly sold. The owner just stood there un-enthused and spoke to these two guys using Hispanic language...i noticed immediate he was bad talking about my visit Because i could not get the replacement of this special rim, i made 3rd trip to the shop to tell them to fix it for now and will go back to put a replacement after i found the rim online. When i got there, Alex who was very nice to me on my first trip sit across to that older guy (owner) on the floor becoming also un-enthused after he listened to the older guy speaking to him in Hispanic language. They both sit on the floor and ignored me. I had to got out of my car and walked over there to talk to them both. And this time, i asked to fix the rim. The old guy told Alex to charge me $40 instead of $20 of the first price quote they gave me. I questioned the owner that why they gave me 3 different quotes for the same service when i was there 3 times, from $20, to $30 and from $30 to $40. Quick and reasonably priced service, but the shop can get slightly crowded on weekends or other high-traffic times. This is now my go-to shop for my project car wheel mounting and dismounting, and I usually find this place is 10-15% cheaper than the bigger local shops. Ignacio isn't overly personable and he doesn't joke around too much, but that's OK because he's good at his job and performs honest work. Never have I felt nickled-and-dimed here, as he's always quick to explain reasoning behind items that might cost more than expected (i.e. different valve stem requirements for my TPMS system). His family, who often joins him at the shop, is super sweet and friendly. My only dislike with the shop is that the lug nuts or bolts (depending on your application) aren't torqued to factory spec following reinstallation, as the shop prefers the two ugga ugga impact wrench torquing system. read more

Came here on two occasions and both times they were extremely professional and helpful. First time I came without an appointment because I found a nail in my tire. Another time I came since one of my tire was slowly losing air (1-2 PSI a week). They took a look at the wheel for me and dunked it in water after pumping the tire to a higher PSI. After reinstalling the valve stem with no leak found, I went back and the leak seems to be gone since then. They didn't charge me for their time even though they took care with my vehicle. Took my car for a wheel check cause it was leaking air. Dude with a mustache took out my tire and wheel and said that he can fix it. I wasn't sure cause the rim was badly rusted. I asked him to put the wheel and tire back together and he was gonna charge me $80 for it like what?? The owner just stood there un-enthused to help me so I politely went up and asked for his help. I had to made sure he also balanced my tires because he was about to give it to me as it is.
