Lunas tires really saved my day and weekend, had a flat tire and it was losing pressure quickly. Service is fast and great, friendly customer service, we rented U-Haul twice and they are in great condition, clean and ready to go.

I won't be returning. I called Roy in advance to check if they had my car tire size in stock. He claimed they had 4 used ones. I also inquired if they accepted cash to avoid tax. Upon arrival, Roy insisted they only had new tires. Despite this, I agreed to purchase them. However, during installation, they stripped my wheel studs and damaged my lug nuts. The worker appeared incompetent, struggling to remove the lug nuts with their Milwaukee impact gun. After installing the new tires, I was charged tax despite paying in cash. Roy read the price from a Square payment device, which already included tax. What a joke. read more

If I can give zeros stars I would they take a while to serve you even tho I called heada to make a appointment I got a used tires for all 4 wheels at different locals and right when I bought 1 of Lunas tires it started to get really low of air even tho they check and put air my guess is that they messed up the tires for you to come in again. Quick summary: Arrived around 9:40 to get a tire patched. Two people ahead of me. Out the lot at 10 on the dot. Quick service for a tire repair, no complaints. Drove on the lot around 9:40 because my tire was leaking air for the past 4 miles on the interstate. Pulled in right next to another vehicle which was getting work done. I was promptly greeted by one of the staff who asked what I needed (tire repair) and she asked how I'd like it done. No more than five minutes, a technician came out with a jack and an impact tool, asked which tire (driver's side rear) and asked for the wheel lock. Once he got the wheel off, it was only a matter of time before my car would be road worthy again. While I waited, I was asked how I would pay, whether it was cash or card, and I paid card. Yes, they accept cash and card, and they do accept tap payment. read more

As we were testing out my wheel...my existing lug nuts were not the right size but luckily he had neighborhood business friends which he was able to grab for me promptly. I've been coming here for several years and every time I've come I've received exceptional service. I usually work with the owner who has always treated me fairly. I've had instances where the tire hadn't worked out for minor reason and he always accepted the return or exchange with no hassle. It looks like his son is now taking over and service is great from him as well; hopefully he will continue to provide the same service his father has all these years. Prices have increased, however, it is understandable since prices have increased everywhere in regards to everything in general here in Silicon Valley. I thought this place was overpriced and service was extremely slow. $55 for a used tire. Also, I'm pretty sure they ruined my tire pressure sensors. After taking my car to the dealership to get it checked for a TPMS light, they told me my tire pressure sensors had been damaged by the last person who touched my tires and Luna's was the last place that had done any work on my tires. Would not recommend this tire shop, you can probably find a better deal on used tires elsewhere. read more

Super fast, super friendly and meticulous work. I had two nails in my tire, only had a few minutes for lunch and they took great care of me. They didn't have to find the 2nd nail but they took the time to. 15 minutes and I was on my way. They even checked my other tires and gave them air. Highly recommend this place. read more

No good. They charge everything tax including labor. They told me the tire 60k warranty, but it is only 45k. The wheels already are off the car. Just ask them rotate tires. They said $10 for rotating. No honest. Terrible services. read more

Not sure why this shop got bad reviews. I have been here 3 times now and each time my service and results were excellent. Roy provides excellent customer service, is fair and reasonable in terms of price, and is quick to help. Just yesterday I brought my wife's car in to install new tires and wheels. Not only was Roy helping me within a minute of driving in, he and the guys got me dialed in in an hour - start to finish. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. The friendly worker chatted with me while we were waiting for the previous U-Haul renter to return the van. One of my headlights was out at that time, so I asked him where I could get it fixed. He opened my hood and showed me how to access my headlights. Turned out it was a loose connection, so he just fixed the headlight for me for free. The previous U-Haul renter was 1 hour late. I also returned the U-Haul one hour late as a result. The worker was still nice to me even though I returned it 1 hour late and made him lose one customer (the customer waiting for my U-Haul left). All he did was drove the van back to its spot and put up the advertising sign again. After that he asked me how was my move and didn't show any negativity. Overall I think the worker I met was energetic and positive. read more

This shop was very helpful to me in an emergency. Not only did they take my car on close to closing time, they sold us decent used tires at a very reasonable price. Had just recently bought the car and former owner had cross threaded two of the lug nuts, causing the wheel studs to break off when I tried to remove the rim and put on the spare. Unlike Calderon Tire, who refuses to do anything but put on the tire, Luna Tire had no problem replacing the wheel studs for me as well in a very timely manner so I could drive home with a safe car. Wow, I don't quite understand the negative reviews as I had a fantastic experience for my Uhaul rental. This is a one man shop and he goes out of his way to do the right thing for customer service. Read his Uhaul reviews where you can only leave a review after renting. His shop looks like a "hole in the wall" and if you're coming from a big suburb where there is a large Uhaul lot and 3 people working the counter your expectations may be different. That said, there is rarely a line here the 3 times I've went in the store (reserve, to rent, and return). I even had some issues that would have cost me to pay $ and he was able to waive the fees, obviously losing some profit for a small one man operation, but he did it in the name of customer service understanding that the situation wasn't 100% my fault. I would recommend this shop wholeheartedly, and in fact, I had to move in 2 stages and am going back this weekend for another rental. read more
