I have been to Saida since June of last year and I'm so happy I not only found a clean, pretty location, but an esthetician that I can have fun, easy conversations with. I'm grateful this location has been open during the pandemic and has taken the necessary precautions to ensure safety - such as administering temperature checks upon entry, having clients sign a waiver form and enforcing that masks be worn at all times. This place is amazing! I must say Saida is heaven sent! I recently went here for the first time and received several different services ( Brazilian, lip, eyebrows and underarms). The lobby is clean, the front desk staff were warm and very welcoming and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Saida was very thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with all of my services. I rarely get wax done so it's always somewhat painful whenever I get it. But not this time. Cindy is friendly and gentle. She said it's the wax they use make it less painful than usual. I'd gone to OC waxing before and while the ladies who worked on me were pleasant and courteous, Yasmin was the only one to explain the entire process to me and give me tips on how to better care and overall made me feel extremely comfortable. The most painless wax ever! I stopped by today to get my brows, upper lip, and Brazilian waxed done. My brows look great! The upper lip wax was painless, which has never been the case, and my Brazilian was also as painless as those waxes can be. I was honestly really nervous to get a Brazilian because it's been at least 4 months and I was anticipating lots of pain. I promise it was not bad at all. My aesthetician, May, explained that they use hard wax as opposed to soft wax which means the hair comes off with the wax instead of with strips. That made all the difference to me! They also gave me a cute "welcome kit" for post-Brazilian wax care. May was awesome and made me feel super comfortable! I'll definitely be coming back to get waxed by her. I also want to give a shoutout to the receptionist. I didn't catch her name but she had purple hair and was SO NICE when my credit cards were giving me issues. I've been to three of the OC Waxing locations. My main location is this one. Cindy is THE BEST! She is very thorough and fast. She is the main reason I keep coming back here, though all the locations are very clean and inviting. One minor complaint is that booking online requires a credit card. I understand this is attached to the cancellation policy and they are protecting themselves but if I call in I don't have the same requirement and it is something I usually forget and its a pain if I don't have my card nearby as I can't complete a reservation. A bonus is that if you come back within a 4 week period you get a $10 discount on your service. This is an awesome incentive and benefits me as I get services as frequently as I want and don't feel as guilty about doing so. My MAJOR (and recent) complaint is parking. In the last few months a food court opened here and the studio has no dedicated parking. I hoped they would get some and/or excitement would die off. It has not. I just drove around for 10 minutes trying to park yesterday with about 20 other people trying to park and encountered both frustration as well as a collective road rage that made a bikini wax something even more painful. Lunch time and right after work are the most convenient times for me to get services, but nearly impossible due to the current parking situation. So, readers beware. I may have to start booking at a different studio though I will miss Cindy dearly if I do. read more

RACHELLE was my waxer and I got three services Brazilian, underarm, and eyebrows. I have sensitive skin and thick hair (like seriously it's pretty aggressive) and I'm not very trusting of new waxers based on a bad experience I had with European wax center but Rachelle was GREAT! She was funny and friendly and understood my apprehension and did not rush through my services. She did an amazing job and literally got like every single hair.
