Request denied. Apparently boxes are rationed. We then ordered two jalapeño Aspen bagels, two drinks, and handed over nearly $60 without blinking. When the buzzer went off, my sister picked up our order only to discover one bagel was plain and one was correct. She went back up to flag the mix-up, and the same woman who took our order looked her dead in the eye and informed her that no, we had not ordered them the same way. And that was simply... that. Case closed. Court adjourned. The service is a firm 1/10. The food is so good it almost makes you forget you weren't wanted there. Almost. As a local, I'll be back, the food will make sure of that. But I'll definitely talk myself out of it a few extra times because of interactions like this. Life is too short to feel like a bother just for wanting your donuts in a box and to get what you order. 2 breakfast sandwiches, 3 donuts, 2 drinks = almost $60.

My kids had a blast flying down the hills on them. Equipment was clean, well maintained and safe. Jon's shop was fun to walk around in and look at things. He was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable. Hoping to get back to the area and rent a snowmobile from him. *** if his shop is closed, try calling or texting the number provided if it's within business hours. He was super responsive and showed up within ten minutes.

Every time I go to this place and the lady who is part owner is working, I get the worst service in the world. I ordered a patty melt and she toasted two pieces of bread and then put a burger and some onions on it and called it good, no cheese, no nothing....what a joke!! Does she not know that you grill the bread, not toast it and that the melt part of the name means cheese, idiot!!? It is the worst service I have ever had, she is so rude to other customers and its obvious she doesn't want to be there and I got news for her, nobody wants to be there when she is working. Its all frozen foods, nothing fresh and if someone writes a good review about this place, then they must be related!! Pretty hard to mess up a burger, however, she finds a way to do it. If you go here, go late when she doesn't work, otherwise, you will get the worst service and the worst frozen food served to you, you can ever have!! Moreover, they make you pay first, so when you get your crap food, you cannot get your money back, beware of places like this that are not corporate, its all a trick!! While we vacationed at Sunriver we tootled down the road on our bikes (thanks to Vacation Station to including bikes in the rental closet!) and had a super lucsious dinner at Base Camp. And Man were we hungry. Great burgers, fries and quesadillas. The build-your-own sandwishes are good for lunch, too. read more
