My family and I were spending the weekend in Sunriver, which is 20 minutes away from the city of Bend. From their menu posted online, they advertise All-Day breakfast, but I was in the mood for a burger. I decided to try out their Western Bacon Burger. For sides, you have a choice between tater tots or steak fries. I opted for regular fries. There was also an option to upgrade to curly fries, onion rings, coleslaw, or salad. When I called in my order, the man on the phone sounded energetic and mentioned that my order would take about 20-25 minutes. Upon my arrival to the restaurant, the inside felt cozy and the patrons seemed like they were local and regular customers. The employee at the counter was friendly and my order was ready for pick-up. The Western Bacon Burger was decent. Fortunately, there was the addition of barbecue sauce, bacon, and onion rings because the patty itself was just okay. My mom enjoyed her Bachelor Burger which is their version of a Bacon cheeseburger, however, she was not a fan of the curly fries. Meanwhile, my dad loved the 6 piece Fish and Chips. Although their burgers didn't wow me, my family and I were able to have a filling, affordable meal. If I ever visit this area again, I would give their All-Day breakfast a try.

There's nothing better than a nice juicy stuffed burger after hiking 12 miles to the top of a mountain and back down. My husband visited Basecamp after summiting South Sister and by the time I was done all I wanted was a burger and beer. Sadly I do not remember what beer I had other than it hit the freaking spot harder than a beer ever has for me. My Volcano burger arrived fairly quickly. I was ecstatic when I saw how much dang onion there was piled on the pattie. Shake your head and call me vile but grilled onion is my soul food. The pepperoncinis were an interesting but creative and tasty addition. There was also some kind of sauce I can't remember the name of, but it was an excellent touch. Combine a bite with a tater tot and you have heaven in your mouth. I would definitely go back for more hot greasy deliciousness!

    Undercooked bacon. YUCK!!!

Garbage (paper between cheese slices) inside muffin sandwich, and undercooked bacon. Goodbye from a long time local (Sunriver) Customer. Will not forget this, and will never be back.

My Lapinapple burger.... notice that there is no teriyaki sauce... at all! WTF?!

This place SUCKS! I am a local and came at a non-busy time, but still waited for a burger, not special, but directly off their menu, for 45 minutes. To then get a dry over-cooked burger, is bad. I want my $15 and time back, please. This place should be called BaseHit grill! Never again, especially with the Wallow in the same parking lot serving better food and service at almost the same price.

Fish and chips gave me horrible diarrhea, in addition to being not very good. Tartar sauce is very heavy - add some lemon next time.

My first stop for their amazing breakfast burrito every time I fly in from Ohio. Friendly staff. If I could, I'd eat here every morning.

From the moment you step up to the counter, you are made to feel like a walking inconvenience. Today's adventure began when I politely asked, twice, to have my three donuts placed in a box, you know, because I was giving them as a gift and bags are not exactly the universal symbol of "I care about you." Request denied. Apparently boxes are rationed. We then ordered two jalapeño Aspen bagels, two drinks, and handed over nearly $60 without blinking. When the buzzer went off, my sister picked up our order only to discover one bagel was plain and one was correct. She went back up to flag the mix-up, and the same woman who took our order looked her dead in the eye and informed her that no, we had not ordered them the same way. And that was simply... that. Case closed. Court adjourned. The service is a firm 1/10. The food is so good it almost makes you forget you weren't wanted there. Almost. As a local, I'll be back, the food will make sure of that. But I'll definitely talk myself out of it a few extra times because of interactions like this. Life is too short to feel like a bother just for wanting your donuts in a box and to get what you order. 2 breakfast sandwiches, 3 donuts, 2 drinks = almost $60.

I think everyone who works there is apart of this family. They argue and bicker that way but you know it's out of love for one another. The sandwiches are made with love and they really listen to any request you may want to add to customize your meal. What I love the best is the ingredients are fresh and they do not cut corners here. Josie's special sauce is a must try on any sandwich! The experience that made me smile today when I came in and made me want give this review is the customer service. I ordered a normal breakfast sandwich and added some veggies. The lady that took my order was very sweet and attentive. She never once rushed me or made me feel like I was a bother by adding things to my sandwich. What took it to the next level was the inquiry about the soup of the day, clam chowder. My absolute favorite!!! They didn't have any ready yet because obviously it was morning. I asked her what time they closed and I told her I would come back later in the day for it. She said it would probably sell out before I got back so she offered to put in a ticket for a later pickup. What?! Who does that and on top of it said to just let her know if I couldn't make it back in time. Right there is above and beyond customer service. This is why I will frequent a place if the service is good. I don't need to feel like I'm being pampered on, just welcomed. This place is just that and on top of it, delicious food too! Great service, quality and its a family establishment. I love it.
