She said it was the same chef, but the team had worked together to improve this season's menu. Mission accomplished. I'm happy to update my rating to five stars. We all ordered appetizers, but it took about 20 minutes for everything to arrive because the dishes came out one at a time instead of together. The same issue happened with the salads and entrees -- no one at our table received their food at the same time. One couple ordered the beef on weck sandwiches. The beef was extremely dry and overcooked. Being from Buffalo, I know what a good beef on weck should be, and this definitely was not it. My wife ordered the scallop dinner, which came with only five very small scallops that were overcooked. I ordered the beef tips, and they were so overcooked they were almost like jerky. I sent them back, and while they did remake the dish, it took another 15 minutes. Because of the delay, everyone else at the table had already finished eating before my replacement meal arrived. Our server was around, but overall was not very attentive throughout the meal.
