I asked if he could call the manager. He said he has nothing to do with the app as that is WNB. I told him you work for WNB. He said that doesn't matter. It has nothing to do with him. I tried to order the food online to see if I could get the reward that way. It would not let me as I already had redeemed it. I asked Fisher again if he could call the manager so he can show him how to redeem the reward on the register. Fisher was very rude, sarcastic and upset at me for asking him to honor their rewards. He laughed at me sarcastically as I left. I will never come back here again. Very rude service.
