This is an old school ice cream shop just like you went to when you were a kid and yep they still have a ton of flavors. They have the usual stuff like sundaes, banana splits etc. as well as ice cream cakes and that sort of thing. Service was fast and friendly on a Saturday evening and prices weren't bad. I don't think you can sit inside right now due to Covid so you'll need to eat outside or take it home. I'll come here again sometime for ice cream. read more

The location can be a challenge. That is one headache not associated with cold ice cream. Then again it is a busy area. Have had multiple flavors. As a joke I had a ice cream with candy flavors. It was unique and props on their creativity. Nerds and ice cream can work. Usually am a simple vanilla or chocolate guy. They do have really good waffle cones. All of the employees are very friendly. They provide great service every time. As for seating it's limited, but this is a small, cozy store. A lot of people get to go. Is this as healthy as apples and oranges? Great location with a friendly staff. Happy to give you samples and the Tax Crunch is a very good, I assume temporary, ice cream. Peanut Butter n Chocolate still reigns supreme after all these years. Great prices and if you actually read the menu you can find great tasty deals. Shout out to to the sweet Bengali girl working there :-) Also, the waffle cones coming off the waffle maker smell magical. Will definitely get one next time! I don't like to give low reviews but for this particular Baskin Robbins location I must :( The ice cream here is not bad at all, but the service is POOR. The owner of the store is extremely rude and the staff give some attitude. I have been going to this location for years now and have since stopped due to the bad service. Years ago this location was poppin lol it had good service and was a much cleaner shop. Maybe they are under a new owner/management regardless it has gone downhill here. My last experience here during the day I had to wait a couple mins until the employee stepped out, and seemed colder than the ice cream in the store lol just mumbled oh hello. Staff here are not trained well, ice cream here is not too bad but not worth the hike to come and and struggle to find parking. Also summer nights at this shop are a NIGHTMARE LMFAO there is kids all over the floors so watch where you step and they are understaffed so lines are LONG. Ice cream wise like I said it is not too bad here, the sundaes are very average and for the price you pay the quality lacks. I would recommend a regular scoop of ice cream over their sundaes.. trust me not worth the price. Ice cream is not bad but they usually run of of flavors very quickly and do not restock as quick on top selling flavors. There is not much seats at this location so either expect to stand if there is not tables or eat your ice cream elsewhere. With so much competition of other ice cream and frozen yogurt shops I will stop visiting this location and go elsewhere. I do not recommend anyone to come and give business to this Baskin Robbins location, I prefer the one on West Broad Street a couple mins away from this location. If only this store was like it was years ago when it was lit, well I'm happy to take my ice cream group and money elsewhere! read more

My daughter wanted a brownie sunday for her birthday dessert, I drove to our closest location on W. Broad St. to discover it's permanently closed. Bummer! So I go to the next closest store, this one on Arlington Blvd. The store is a mess. I order 2 brownie sundays for my 2 kids. Mint Chip & the other Rainbow Sherbet. Guess what? They are out of both flavors!! In my 50 yrs this happened twice before and both times they were willing to use packed ice cream in the refrigerator. I doublecheck and they have both flavors (quarts) packed for sale. I ask if they can open them up and use them for my two sundays (customer service) and they say "No!" I have to buy the 2 pints. It's my kid's birthday so I say OK. They make the 2 sundays (with MY ICE CREAM) & charge me FULL PRICE (No Discount) for 2 Sundays, even though I'm supplying the ice cream (my 2 quarts). I end up paying $26.34 for 2 Brownie Sundays for my kids birthday. To top it off, they also didn't have "To Go" lids. Horrible Experience!! Total Clown Show!! read more

After making a pilgrimage with two small children for ice cream on a hot day I opened the door, smelled a horrid odor, checked that it was really that bad, turned around and left. They had the ceiling open doing something when I arrived, but the shop was open and there was ice cream to be served. A manager and workman were at the ceiling while a woman awaited our order. You probably already know this, but facing the wrath of two small children promised ice cream only to be pulled back from it on sight is the last thing you want to do in the middle of a hot day. My favorite place to get ice cream, for sure! The flavors are delicious and there are many options. My favorite thing to get there are mint chocolate milkshakes. I just adore them! You can also choose from other ice cream based desserts like ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, a large selection of decorated and rolled cakes, ice cream pies, sundaes, floats, soft serve, smoothies and more. My wife and I came to get some ice cream and noticed that there was no one behind the counter looking after their customers. Finally, two employees came out and no one said hello or even acknowledged that we were there, so we finally just left. I ordered my son's bday cake online ten days in advance and when I called today to confirm the pick up time, I was told that I never (!) ordered the cake. The woman on the phone at the 6664 Arlington Blvd location did not try to help me resolve the problem, she only said that she had no record of the order and I had made a mistake. So I called the 800 number to try to get my son's cake but spent a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone to learn that they have no access to online orders -- but they'd call the franchisee and tell him of my problem. I had already done that. So the franchise owner did ultimately call me and told me he had my cake -- miraculously, after the woman at the shop said she didn't have my cake or a record of my order and did not have time to make me a cake, they all of the sudden have my cake ready for me. The owner said he was aware that I had complained to the corporate office -- what I had done was call them to try to resolve the lost order and get my son's cake, the cake I had ordered online and paid for. Now I'm complaining. I'm mad that they lost my order. I'm mad that the corporate customer service has no access to online orders or records of orders and could not help me resolve my issue at all. And I'm mad that the Arlington Blvd location has zero customer service. We're not going back to Baskin Robbins. read more
