The rudest person ever , i believe he is the owner the way he was acting. Ordered ice cream from other person and came to the register to pay, i told him what i ordered he still call the other person to ask what was my order. How dumb can he be.

I don't like to give low reviews but for this particular Baskin Robbins location I must :( The ice cream here is not bad at all, but the service is POOR. The owner of the store is extremely rude and the staff give some attitude. I have been going to this location for years now and have since stopped due to the bad service. Years ago this location was poppin lol it had good service and was a much cleaner shop. Maybe they are under a new owner/management regardless it has gone downhill here. My last experience here during the day I had to wait a couple mins until the employee stepped out, and seemed colder than the ice cream in the store lol just mumbled oh hello. Staff here are not trained well, ice cream here is not too bad but not worth the hike to come and and struggle to find parking. Also summer nights at this shop are a NIGHTMARE LMFAO there is kids all over the floors so watch where you step and they are understaffed so lines are LONG. Ice cream wise like I said it is not too bad here, the sundaes are very average and for the price you pay the quality lacks. I would recommend a regular scoop of ice cream over their sundaes.. trust me not worth the price. Ice cream is not bad but they usually run of of flavors very quickly and do not restock as quick on top selling flavors. There is not much seats at this location so either expect to stand if there is not tables or eat your ice cream elsewhere. With so much competition of other ice cream and frozen yogurt shops I will stop visiting this location and go elsewhere. I do not recommend anyone to come and give business to this Baskin Robbins location, I prefer the one on West Broad Street a couple mins away from this location. If only this store was like it was years ago when it was lit, well I'm happy to take my ice cream group and money elsewhere!

Once you have great matcha it's hard to ever go back, the taste is immediately noticeable. The service is always quick and the ambiance is cute! We tried the: Peach matcha (seasonal) Strawberry matcha Tiger macadamia matcha cookie Banana basque cheesecake All the above = 5/5 Can't wait for my next visit!!!!! I would definitely visit again as during my visit, a group of loud and obnoxious teens destroyed the ambiance. Rithy was very patient and friendly. He took the time to guide us through their menu and make his recommendations. This place is perfect for any matcha lover you know of. The iced Maple and sea salt matcha was delicious as well as the iced mango matcha. As they use ceremonial matcha, it is not pre-sweetened so if you love matcha without sugar, you can get it here. Although I took the order to go, if you choose to eat in, your drink is prepared in a ceramic mug. They have so many unique cheesecake flavors and the place I have seen that you can get basque cheesecake anytime of the year. The bathroom is a bit hard to find and locate. Additionally, it is a bit far from the location.

Falls Church, VA - after hiking around in the city my handsome husband and I worked up a hunger…read more German Gourmet to the rescue! This little store on Columbia Pike functions as a German specialty grocer, deli and sandwich counter. Our focus today was the sandwich counter. One important thing to know is there is no seating of any kind. You will be taking your sandwiches to go. (My suggestion: get a few slices of butter kaese at the deli counter and munch on these on the car ride home. Then enjoy your sandwiches in peace at your abode.) They do offer napkins and plastic silverware if needed. The sandwiches are freshly made to order. You take a number and a deli employee will assist you. They have numerous types of bratwurst to choose from. Additionally a number of German cold cuts. We ordered a Nurnberger bratwurst and the Tyrolean hot sandwich. The breads for both were very fresh and the sandwiches tasty. The mustard on the bratwurst was full of good horseradish! The Tyrolean was moist with a good combination of tender meat and sauce. The bread was a nice mild rye - it was a two hander sandwich! We were both full having eaten these delicious sandwiches. The deli employees were all friendly and efficient. Prices were very reasonable. We would definitely return.

Hi everyone, just wanted to leave a review of German Gourmet on Columbia Pike…read more Before I begin, I want to identify what the ingredients are for a classic Reuben. You'll need two slices of seeded or marble rye bread, about six ounces of thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami, two slices of sharp Swiss cheese, roughly a quarter cup of well-drained sauerkraut, and two tablespoons of Russian or Thousand Island dressing. A little butter for toasting the bread and optional spicy brown mustard round it out. That said, what I actually received was the absolute worst Reuben I've ever had in my entire life. They used ham instead of corned beef or pastrami, an insult to the name. The Swiss was bland and low-quality, not sharp at all. There was no mustard, barely any Thousand Island, and I couldn't even detect any sauerkraut. The bread wasn't toasted, and they still charged me $12.50 with tax. If this is what passes for a Reuben at a supposed German delicatessen, save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing.
