After working a long shift I got a craving for a milk shake. I walked in and surveyed what they had to offer. I chose Pistachio & Almond for a shake. A medium cost $8.99! That's a lot for a frickin' milkshake. It was pretty big, so I only drank half of it. That was all it took to make me violently ill. I'm writing this review after being sent home from work the next day because I was having extreme stomach cramps. As soon as I got home with my shake yesterday, I started throwing up. I threw up again throughout the night and morning. I wasn't able to sleep. I'm not able to keep any food down since I drank that shake yesterday. Please, please, please be careful when going to this business. I am feeling very, very sick. I suspect the milk they added into my shake wasn't refrigerated properly. One of the worst Baskin Robbins there is. The manager who is supposedly the "owners wife" runs the most suckiest store. First of all their store always feels HOT for an ice cream place. Their ice cream case is always dirty and so is their floors. The service is slow. I bought a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and i've never tasted a ice cream cake so horrible and i've bought many in the past. The icing which is suppose to be light and whipped cream tasting taste like buttercream and had a horrible after taste! Disgusting!!!! The person who makes their cakes suck! Which is why i alwayyyys go to the Waikele baskin robbins (best location). They have amazing designed cakes and the right frostings for them. It was busy when I went into Baskin-Robbins but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. The girl takes our order, I say "Can I get a double scoop of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and a double scoop of rainbow sherbet and wild n reckless sherbet." She goes to make the first ice cream cup and puts it down on the counter when shes finished scooping, it was a one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough, I then tell her that I had asked for a double scoop and she looked at me like I was wrong and says "Uh you said one scoop but i'll take it." That is no way to talk to your customer, you never tell them that they were wrong. She then walks away from us, we stand where we were in the line because there was another family in front of us but she got mad and yelled to us from the register that she could ring us up over there so we walked there, she told us our total and walks away AGAIN, we tapped our card and the receipt came out but she was still not at the register to give us our receipt so we took it ourselves and walked out. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Baskin-Robbins. You guys should train your employees properly because that was not good customer service at all! read more

I haven't experienced extremely rude customer service at this location like most reviewers have stated. However, I will agree that the staff members don't seem happy to be there and are devoid of personality. Then again, I usually just purchase the pre-packed quarts so I have minimal interaction with said staff. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the inconsistency with the packaging of their ice cream containers. I have had several incidences where the container wasn't packed tight, leaving a lot of air space, resulting in less ice cream. By the time I get home and the ice cream has settled, the container is only 3/4 full. Now, I feel all around the container and especially on top of the lid to make sure that the ice cream is packed tight. Luckily, none of the employees have given me the stink eye for keeping their freezer door open for a long time while I inspect the ice cream containers. I usually buy two at a time to get the 2 for $14 deal. read more

So the girl that made my cuppacinio blast didnt get lid all the way on. So when I tried to take a drink it fell all over the inside of my car. I asked for another one, and I got charged again. When I said maybe please put the lid on tighter, i just got a dirty, look. Then she walked away. No one said sorry or anything. Pretty f-ing rude!! So my 3 times a week visit as of late. Conveniently located outside the movie theater, this BR is always our stop before or after watching a movie. There is lots of parking in the shopping center, and this location is always clean. The staff here is friendly, and our boys always order the same order: World Class Chocolate with sprinkles. The cashier was so sweet, she remembered our order! On Sunday, July 9, 2017, at 7:58 p.m., I followed my daughter and her fiancé into the Baskin-Robbins, Town Center of Mililani, Mililani, Hawaii, for dessert. My daughter and her fiancé looked at the right ice cream displace bin while I ordered a Banana Royal from a young male. The male turned and walked to the rear counter, then suddenly turned and came back. He stated, "Um, we don't have bananas". I was so flabbergasted because out of all the Baskin-Robbins throughout the Nation, I have never encountered "no bananas" or supplies at an early time. I asked, "How could that be? There's a Times Super Market right around the corner?" As I pondered what else to get, the male just walked away from me to the opposite side towards my daughter. The male then states as he walked to my daughter, "If you want bananas, go get it yourself." Obviously, the male didn't know the "couple" walked in with me and both, my daughter and her fiancé heard him say that. I then looked for the waffle cones Baskin-Robbins has on display, but to my surprise, there were none! Again, every Baskin-Robbins I visited always had a supply ready. I asked where the waffle cones were and the male and the young female couldn't answer me. I just got a scoop in a cup and my daughter's fiancé got the regular cheap thin cones. His ice cream was spilling all over the place because the cone was leaking. This location is the worst customer service experience I've encountered anywhere. Not only was the service POOR, but the employee was RUDE and SARCASTIC! Bottom line: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR EMPLOYEE TRAINING, POOR STANDARDS. Come on guys.. This is our ONLY ice cream shop in Mililani.. Promote them so they can be busy and stay open.. They have young people who rather be at the beach than earning very low pay, scooping ice cream all day, and they have to deal with people like you asking for 20 samples before ordering your keiki scoop because you can't afford an adult size.. lol. I'm kidding, don't get mad... Be nice to the workers and give them a reason to smile every day. Give them a little extra tip or drop off a bag of goodies for them. They are suppose to be known for alot of different flavors but when you come to this location and they dont have a original flavor 2x like chocolate chip and no cotton candy flavor as well as a few others now thats a problem. Came here after dinner at Ruby Tuesday's and it wasn't too busy when we came in, but shortly after it was almost like a mad house. The girl that helped me was really nice, I ordered the flavor of the month which was oreo n'chocolate. So good! Man that one scoop in a cup filled me up. I remember back in the day when Baskin-Robbins was near my home in Mililani by Safeway. My parents used to take me there all the time and I used to get either bubble gum ice cream or mint chocolate chip. Ahhh, those were the days. The days when someone else bought you ice cream. Baskin-Robbins will always be one of my favorites and I am so stoked to still have a location in Mililani. I had to pick up a small birthday cake for my pops so we walked in and was hoping to make a quick stop, pick up, pay, and go. Looked toward the display freezers. No cakes but a sign. I am almost certain the have cakes stored in the back. They better have! We waited in a line while the dude in front of us orders a smoothie for his chick and one for himself. Then he decides he wants to feed his face even more with two scoops of ice cream. No problem. I can wait. As I waited I remembered as a teenager when I was thinking of jobs I wanted to do at that fine adolescent age and scooping ice cream was not one of them. My arms were so scrawny it would take days for me to make an ice cream cone. Finally hit the cashier and I ask if they have cakes and she says yes. Whew! Sigh of relief. If I couldn't get a Baskin-Robbins cake that means I have to go around the corner to Napoleon's Bakery which is not as festive as a lovely ice cream cake. Got a cookies and cream one and the girl quickly scribbled "Happy Birthday Dad" on it. How nice. There was a long line, two workers, and this girl happily scribbled a message on this cake. I dig service and workers like that. Super friendly and made my day. Aside from the probably broken freezers that displayed empty racks of nothing, the place is clean and the workers are friendly. My family and I love to go to Baskin Robbins - we love their ice-cream. But the prices are getting so high! We normally don't do anything fancy, just 1 or 2 scoops. But even that is...whoa! 2 scoops over $5 and 1 scoop over $3. Once in a while my husband wants a shake, but the price has kept him away. Now he goes to Dairy Queen for his shake instead. Their sugar cones are too thin and will fall apart on you. You're lucky if you catch the ice cream in your hands but it's a mess to try eating it while it's melting in your hands. Either the cones were defective or B&R went cheap on the cones. Too bad cuz their ice cream is the best. read more

I havent had problems with customer service as the ladies seem nice and are friendly when greeting you, but this place is by far the dirtiest Baskin Robins ive been to, and it always seems to be that way. The times ive been there there is usually younger teens behind the counter and are usually chatting or on their phone. They couldnt be bothered to wipe down the tables which is covered in previous customer's ice cream and crumbs, even when it was super slow and there was nobody there besides myself and my kids. The floor is always yucky and needs a good cleaning. There's a fountain that is also gross, covered in I dont know what. The chairs are normally scattered about messily so if you want to sit, you'll have to get one or even adjust the tables just to sit there. I also never see an adult or manager so it makes me wonder who runs the place besides a couple of teens. All I'm saying is if a four year old comments on how dirty the place is maybe it should be cleaned up. Ive come here quite a few times and its always filthy. I honestly doubt the place gets cleaned when it's closing time. read more
