It beats Dairy Queen on customer service! I had intended to use my coupon, a BOGO. The crew member, whom I should've asked for his name, suggested I do the 1.29 scoop. I have never been treated more poorly. I ordered a cake a for my daughters birthday 3 weeks in advance. I called the day before the party to confirm the order and was told that the cake order was cancelled. I was not notified at all of this. The owner then gets on the line and proceeds to yell at me telling me he called me and won't give me a cake unless I pay. Worst customer service I have ever received! The girls behind the counter were lazy, rude, dishonest and useless! We drive 5 miles to come to this store and we wasted our time and gas money!
