I sat down and realized they were a whole 10+ orders behind, meaning I waited at least 25mins before getting my bingsu! I ordered a honeydew yogurt bingsu and it was $20. Inflation may be a little crazy, but this was a little above what I was expecting. It came with about 1/2's worth of honeydew. The bowl was not topped with bingsu, and I felt like there are more melons than bingsu (not ok). There were some sweet cheese pieces inside (yummy), some unsweetened frozen yogurt, and the rest was yogurt flavored bingsu. Although healthy, the bingsu itself was NOT sweet enough and I felt sick after eating so much unsweetened yogurt. I wish they gave us a cup of condensed milk like they do at every other bingsu place... Service was slow and everything is self serve, from getting your bingsu at the front to bussing your tray. I do believe there are other bingsu spots in Bay Area that give a similar experience with more variety and better pricing. I do not look forward to waiting almost 30min after spending $20 for a bingsu that's only half bingsu with honeydew layered on top.

Came here with my girlfriends to buy a cake for my boyfriend. Was a little disappointed that they only have white cakes available since they said chocolate does not sell as often. Good thing a worker name Matt offered me a roll cake which has chocolate cake and mint ice cream which end up being great. I did not know that we can order cakes in advance since I'm new to baskin robbin. Thank you matt for letting me know. He showed me the whole booklet of pictures i can choose from. i will definitely order them ahead of time next time since they have a lot of cute designs. The store seems clean, workers are friendly. there's a lot of ice cream to choose from which is great. This Baskin Robbins is the BEST Ice Cream shop in the entire Bay Area. I have two kids that play sports and they are always playing somewhere in the Bay Area. We always go to some type of Ice Cream shop way too often, most are other Baskin Robbins. This Baskin Robbins has the BEST service by far!! And the Ice Cream Scoops are much larger than other Baskin Robins for sure!! We even bought an Ice Cream cake when my oldest son's School won the championship. Came here last Saturday to buy a cake for my son's birthday party and boy are they're cake delicious. I have to admit, it's a bit pricey but it's all worth it. I'm actually eating the left over right now which remind me to yelp this place. I left the left over in the freezer and it is still good. So I went to safeway yesterday and noticed there's a Baskin robbin in the plaza. Thought it was new so I checked it out. Turns out the guy told me they've been openly for quite awhile. The service here was great. I got jamoca which was good. I didn't know they had coffee ice cream until this the worker Matthew told me. He's pretty outgoing, kept offering me samples since I couldn't decide. Therefore, he persuade me to get jamoca and oreo which was a good combo. Good ice cream place on hot days! read more

I went to this Baskin Robbins to pickup 2 cakes for a party. i noticed how bright and clean the store was. There was so many beautiful cake to choose from, they all looked SO GOOD!! If you want people to go to your store I would think you wouldn't want to make their parents mad cause your making their kids cry and you won't stop even though their crying and running from you. They were soft, had a mild (and scrumptious) flavor of cinnamon and molasses, and had a perfect level of sweetness. Unfortunately I had no coffee prepared and ATE THEM ALL before I had a chance to make any but they would have paired with it PERFECTLY. Can't wait to order another box in the future.

I asked if they have WiFi I could log in or if there's anyway I could get the promo as I have the app and can provide my number but the staff told me there's nothing they can do and I could leave and come back later when my service is working again. Make it make sense.

You take your cup, choose your flavor of yogurt and then add your favorite toppings to it. They charge by the oz, so be carful because its easy to over do it. I know from experience, lol. The kids chose strawberry and chocolate, I tend to go with the tart flavors like mango, pineapple, and berries. For topping the kids always go for the candy overload with chocolate and gummy candy and everything in between. I like the fruits, granola, and white yogurt chips. It was a sad day because they were out of yogurt chips, sigh. We took our yogurts and sat on the bridge overlooking the center of the mall and enjoyed the dance performances they had for everyone to enjoy while enjoying our delicious yogurt treats.
