I saw some very cool Bday cakes made by Baskin Robbins and decided to get one made for my daughters boyfriend. He is a Kobe Bryant fan and it is a sad story about how this GOAT of basket ball passed away with his daughter January 2020. I thought this cake that was made was a beautiful art work and talent from the employees at B.R. It will be a fantastic Bday gift to my daughters boyfriend and pretty sure he will love it.

Last week I ordered a Polar Pizza on the Baskin-Robbins website to pick up at this location. A few hours later, I got a phone call from the owner, Usman, telling me his shop was out of the chocolate-chip cookie dough one I'd ordered. He told me about all the others & I chose mint chocolate-chip. Because this one doesn't typically come w/ rainbow sprinkles, I asked if he could add them because I love sprinkles. As you can see from the pic, he did! When I got to the store that afternoon, the Polar Pizza was ready at the time promised, & Usman himself gave it to me. He was just as friendly in person as on the phone. I also really appreciated that he himself called me about the need to substitute. The shop was super-clean & the other employee there was nice. And of course the Polar Pizza was delicious & well-received at my party!

Found on Facebook advanced buy one scoop ice-cream cone get scoop free. The employee was very nice and friendly. I tried the new ice-cream flavor Spicy N spooky. It wss quite Interesting. I did like it but for myself I'm not quite sure I'd be able to eat a full scoop myself. The flavor in the mouth and tounge was delightful but in the throat it had a very light tingling and spicy. I do highly recommend at least trying it. You just might like it for yourself. I do recommend this location so go get some ice-cream to enjoy

They did a great job with a birthday cake that I ordered. Ordering in store was super quick and easy and the girl helping me out made sure that all the details were correct. I also like that there's plenty of parking even though it's a busy plaza. They did a great job with the declaration and we were super happy with the way it turned out. They also have a ton of premade cake options in the fridge which is great!

This location always has great customer service whenever we stop by, but today it was extra great! We walked in to order our usual, a quart size of almond pistachio for us to enjoy at home and the whole place was in the Halloween spirit. They had bloody foot prints leading to the ice cream, caution tape and other decor. The most memorable thing we saw was Kimiko and the beautiful smashed ice cream cone on her forehead!! The amount of detail and effort that she put into it showed, she was so excited when I asked her for permission to snap a few pictures. She said spent two hours on her masterpiece and also said that she was going to do it everyday she worked, so if you're craving some ice cream stop by and say hi to Kimiko!!

I came here today (6/28/23) around 7:10pm) to get a cake for a birthday. I had the worst experience ever at this store. Since we moved closer by we get all of our cakes from this baskin robins for the last 3-4 years. When I came in I picked out the cake I wanted and than the worker the one with long blonde braids ( she was the only girl working when I came in) she told me to bring my cake over to the register to pay, which I did and than after the payment was complete is asked her "can you write happy birthday on it?" And she literally looked at me like I was asking for something so unusual and was so annoyed about it and she looked at the guest waiting after me rolled her eyes and kind of just gave me that "ugh seriously" look. My sister and I looked at each other like what the heck?? No one ever has gotten annoyed with having to write anything on the cakes I have bought, she was obviously hella annoyed and roughly grabbed the cake and it FELL but she caught it in time before it hit the ground the frosting was a little bit messed up but I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. After she grabbed the cake she took it to the back to write happy birthday on it and let me tell u if I knew she was going to do a crappy job I would've just went to Safeway and buy stuff to write it myself. But I mean what was I expecting right ? I know she would've put 0% effort in the writing as soon as she rolled her eyes about my request to write on the cake. I will much rather make the drive to a different location. I WILL NEVER NEVER COME BACK THERE AGAIN. The owners need to find people with better customer service since for the most part the people coming in are buying cakes and ice creams for a happy event or a good time and with the way she treated us it completely just ruined my mood.

The customer service here is fantastic! When it comes to establishments that are nationwide, the thing that sets one apart from another is the people who work in them. Stopped in today to try the new creature creations, the owner was there dressed up and greeting guest, the inside was also very festive and decorated with Halloween things which was really nice you don't see that often from other ice cream or just places in general anymore. We were going to go the the baskin Robbins by my house and they were closed. My daughter was so disappointed, than my husband called this location and the owner stayed open for us. BaskinRobbins 1 This incident happened in 2018 If i could give a negative rating, i would. Ok it's clear this location has a 4 1/2 star rating which is pretty damn good! But to all my family & friends I would highly recommend that you steer far away from this location. I'm so disappointed with the service I've received from the workers at this location 2 days in a row to top it off. So it started yesterday, I called to place an order for an ice cream cake and pick it up later on today. I called was asked to hold, so I said sure no problem well the guy who answered technically never put me on hold just set the phone down so I could hear everything and he was in the middle of helping a customer but I could hear he was done so there is sat on the phone waiting for some to come back to take my order and no one ever came back so I hung up and attempted to call back for like 2 hours but had no luck because the phone was never really put on hold just set down! So my sister Adriana Indalecio Minjoe ended up having to go to the location to place my order....... This morning I get a call from the lady working on my daughters cake asking me what decorations I wanted, which confused the fuck outta me because when my sister had went in yesterday she showed them a picture of the cake I wanted, so when they called about decorations I automatically said I live rite down the street I'll be rite there and it was a good thing I took my ass down there because they had my whole order worn, just wrong! Wrong cake, wrong cake size so I had to change the cake size which ended up in me having to pay more money (understandable, but being that they messed up I shouldn't have had to pay anything) and after she told me the difference and I payed she proceeded to ask me as she's pulling out a receipt pad so did u want toys on the cake at this point I could feel my face turning red, and clenching my teeth real tight) I looked at her and said no because she was going to charge me again when in all reality she should have given me 1 new total not make me pay twice! The only reason why I didn't walk the fuck outta there is because they already had 32.00 dollars of my money and it was already too late to go elsewhere to have my baby's cake made by this evening!!!! And to top it off when I asked to use my YELP checkin offer, the lady flat out lied to my face and said you already used it yesterday.... 1). I wasn't even there yesterday! 2). I know for a fact my baby sister doesn't use YELP like I do! 3). I called my sister and asked her in front of the lady and she said no after I got off the phone with my sister i asked the lady what discount I was given she couldn't tell me! I love this place the owner has a great sense of humor , prices are reasonable and ice cream is better than cold stone. The staff has excellent customer service and values their customers. The ice cream cakes are actually made from scratch by owners wife and are amazing! Please go to this location for your family ice cream outings. His place is the only place I will go with my kids to eat ice cream. Because I love the conversations we have with the owner. He treats his customers like they are family and values their feedback. All store owners should care about customers. I can tell he trains his staff well on customer service. They are always smiling and just make you feel so comfortable there. Came on a Sunday night and it was nice to see that they were very into the Halloween spirit! However, the girl working that night was not very friendly- no smiles, no nothing. We waited at the counter and no one was there. The man in the scream costume outside had to holler in to let the girl know there's customer. She came out and stared at us. I said hi and smiled, but she gave us a blank stare. It was so awkward I almost wanted to say never mind and leave. However, I always keep in mind that people can be having hard days, so I shook it off, got my cone and left. The man in the scream costume did say thank you when we left and we did appreciate that. I don't come here often, so no big deal. 3 stars it is! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Anytime, I have come into this location the owner is always there working with his staff. I know plenty of establishments that the owner is rarely to be seen but you can just tell he is one who is very proud and who wouldn't be of this location? The store is always clean and always has a few customers sitting around with their cones. Never have I seen this location empty. The staff is also just as friendly as the owner. The last time I came in for a Polar Pizza and they didn't have the flavor I wanted in the freezer. So he personally went in the back and made a fresh one so I didn't have to resort in getting another flavor. I have also ordered Baskin Robbins through DoorDash that pick up from this location and the packaging is always on point to be sure when it arrives, the temperature is as close to as you were receiving it from behind the ice cream bar. Best flavors! Very well run store. Walked in to another Baskin first and noticed a bad odor and the ice cream looked off too. decided to drive the extra few miles to come visit this Baskin which had much better reviews. no surprise as soon as we walked in the owner welcomes us and the place smells good looks clean and the ice creams were awesome. Love the super kawaii Hello Kitty cake custom made at this location. It was perfect for our 7 year old daughter's birthday theme. Both cute and delicious, our guests loved it. Customer service was excellent and the manager (Tim) was very helpful and sweet. He will throw in jokes here and there. He went above and beyond and even helped carry the cake to my car. I rarely write reviews but this is above and beyond customer service! I ordered a photo cake for my son's birthday party and his theme is Golden State Warrior! Both the workers were very friendly and patience to special requests. I came late so it was less than 48 hours and the cake came out beautiful designed, with special details to the colored icing. My son's friends loved the cake as well as the taste! They asked for permission to use the same idea for their own birthday cake, I've had bad experience with another Baskin Tobin location and went out of my way to this location and it was worth it. Good customer service could be hard to find especially owners hired young workers that don't really go out of their way to give service. Thank you for the cake that made my son feel special and he love his Oreo cookie flavored ice cream. read more

Came in today looking for a last minute Father's Day cake and with the help of the owner Tim, he showed me the perfect cake! It was made by his wife which had beautiful designs on it and had two different flavors of ice cream. The vanilla cake itself tastes so good! Better than Costco!! Highly recommend! read more

Big shout out to kimiko!!!! I placed an order online and the website wasn't up to date. She called me and I was able to come in and get the owners email to submit a picture. I went in to grab my dad a small cake for his birthday. I purchased their smallest size for $19.99 which serves 1-2 people. It was a chocolate cake with Oreo ice cream. Mind you that I use to work at Baskin Robbins myself and have purchased cakes from multiple locations before... when we cut the cake open, there was BARELY any ice cream... a thick layer of whipped cream all around, and the cake + ice cream was mixed in with each other? Their ice cream cakes are usually 1 layer of cake with a layer of ice cream on top.. this cake was like they had the round cake, used a cup to cut a hole in the middle of the cake, and put the ice cream right in the middle like a cylinder. I kept cutting the cake trying to figure out why I didn't see ice cream... well it was a MAZE of cake + ice cream. I have never seen an ice cream cake like this before. Basically it was a TOTAL rip off and deceptive to say the least.... the baker/cake decorator tried to used scraps to make a cake? See photos for reference. Baskin robins is a standard place for ice cream and it's convenient that there are many locations everywhere, so you can expect pretty much the same ice cream everywhere. The only thing that varies by location is service and cleanliness. The reason for my less than satisfied visit was because of the cones... I took my 3 siblings and they each ordered a scoop on a regular cone-stale. Ordered mine on a chocolate cone-even more stale, the cone and nuts included. Biting through it was a struggle because it had that chewy/staleness to it. Ended up paying for 4 cones. Ended up throwing away all 4 cones. read more

Great place to get an ice cream cake! The cake part tasted fresh this time. I love how the freezer case had a large variety of cake types to choose from. I was even surprised to see a cake with the ice cream flavor called 'World Class Chocolate'! I purchased a cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream and white cake. It was a delicious combo. The service was great, too. I had questions regarding the flavors, and they were able to help me out. They even found a better cake in the freezer for me. I'd definitely come back here to purchase more ice cream cakes. read more

The service is great, and they make your drinks very fast. The taste is very consistent, and they do have a large menu with lots of different items other than matcha. My only downside is the variety of matcha over the recent year. From last year and this year, the menu for matcha has not changed much, and it seems like I get the same taste every time I go. While the first time was enjoyable, after it just gets repetitive. I love Izumi, but I really wish there was a rotation between drinks.

The Ha Noi Mist's ingredients sounded the most aligned with my personal preferences and I got the Lychee Rose to try something different but refreshing on a warm summer night. I was hesitant to get the Ha Long Sunset since I'm not a fan of jackfruit but Eric voted for it, and also the dumplings since a ginger coconut sauce sounds weird but he said that's what he wanted. Sipping che through a straw definitely beats spooning it. Make sure to thoroughly mix the drink and crush up the ice a bit before indulging. On my first visit I didn't notice the kiosk and ordered with the cashier so I was confused at how I would know when my order is ready because I didn't get a number or a receipt, but I later noticed the screens displaying that information on the wall. I'm a big fan of pandan jelly. The red pearls can be good but can sometimes have a bit of a crunchy chew in the center. Young coconut has a good flavor but a texture that isn't my favorite. I did not like the jackfruit in the Ha Long Sunset, but the flavor wasn't strong enough to ruin the whole dessert. I feel like che is a dessert that is not necessarily expensive or time consuming to produce, and the milk tea/fruit tea prices here are definitely on the pricey end given their component ingredients. Yes I would revisit, especially when I need dessert late, but I feel that making che at home could be the cost-effective alternative.

People working there were very friendly and patient when I asked them numerous questions about the menu. They made good recommendations after they figured out what I would like. They get pretty busy in this plaza, but there is usually more parking on this side of the plaza. Service was nonexistent - ordering is through the kiosk and the employees avoid eye contact, even when you stand by the counter, so it is difficult to ask questions about their drinks. I ordered their Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. It took over 45 minutes - almost an hour to get just 1 drink. Either they do not have enough people working or they just take really long because it was not that busy for a weekend afternoon with only a few people ahead of me in line who has not gotten their drinks yet. The milk tea was not good at all, it was bitter and tasted more tea than milk - it was not that creamy and it did not even taste like it was a green / jasmine tea base. I took a few sips and toss it because I felt like it was not even drinkable - I felt a bit queasy drinking it.

Came here with my girlfriends to buy a cake for my boyfriend. Was a little disappointed that they only have white cakes available since they said chocolate does not sell as often. Good thing a worker name Matt offered me a roll cake which has chocolate cake and mint ice cream which end up being great. I did not know that we can order cakes in advance since I'm new to baskin robbin. Thank you matt for letting me know. He showed me the whole booklet of pictures i can choose from. i will definitely order them ahead of time next time since they have a lot of cute designs. The store seems clean, workers are friendly. there's a lot of ice cream to choose from which is great. Hopefully there's deal soon since i saw someone with a buy one get one free coupon. can someone let me know where i can get that? read more

This Baskin Robbins is the BEST Ice Cream shop in the entire Bay Area. I have two kids that play sports and they are always playing somewhere in the Bay Area. We always go to some type of Ice Cream shop way too often, most are other Baskin Robbins. This Baskin Robbins has the BEST service by far!! And the Ice Cream Scoops are much larger than other Baskin Robins for sure!! We even bought an Ice Cream cake when my oldest son's School won the championship. I went here today with my mother and sister on the off chance that they had my favorite flavor (which is a seasonal one, and none of the other Baskin Robbins we'd been to have had it). The owner was INCREDIBLY friendly and went into the freezer to see if they had it. I have a dairy allergy, and have never found very many exciting flavors at a Baskin Robbins, but the owner pulled out the Lemonade Iced Tea flavor (dairy free) out of the freezer in the back, just to let me try, and it was superb. Came here last Saturday to buy a cake for my son's birthday party and boy are they're cake delicious. I have to admit, it's a bit pricey but it's all worth it. I'm actually eating the left over right now which remind me to yelp this place. I left the left over in the freezer and it is still good. So I went to safeway yesterday and noticed there's a Baskin robbin in the plaza. Thought it was new so I checked it out. Turns out the guy told me they've been openly for quite awhile. The service here was great. I got jamoca which was good. I didn't know they had coffee ice cream until this the worker Matthew told me. He's pretty outgoing, kept offering me samples since I couldn't decide. Therefore, he persuade me to get jamoca and oreo which was a good combo. Good ice cream place on hot days! read more

I recently saw reviews for other Baskin Robbins, but did not see this location, so I am adding it. It is a relativly new store, and I am a part owner. Of course you can get ice cream at other locations, but what sets this store apart is its cleanlines, better quality of cakes and better customer service - thats what many of my customers say! The owner wore a scream costume tonight and people purposely weren't going in since he was scaring these little kids with his costume. If you want people to go to your store I would think you wouldn't want to make their parents mad cause your making their kids cry and you won't stop even though their crying and running from you. I won't be coming to a place that has a jerk for a owner. read more

I stopped by recently with my kids for the first time in a while and they are under new ownership and both owners were in the store working. A Husband and a Wife, very pleasant people. The shop looked clean and the ice cream was great. I'll definitely start stopping by more often. Thanks again! read more

I work near here so I go eat ice cream sometimes during my break. The workers there are so nice. They always greet me when I come in and they offer samples. It's like they understand when I'm stressed because they make small talk and make sure my experience is pleasant. Love coming here. :)))) read more

I ordered a waffle cone and coffee ice cream and lemme tell you, it was amazing. Absolutely delicious. Not only that but the girl working there, Samira, was very speedy and was very kind. Great customer service and great taste! read more

The workers here are really friendly. The place is kept pretty clean. Some of the icecream tubs have a bit of another flavor in them by accident but its not a big deal. I usually come here for chocolate milkshakes. read more
