Tasty or WasteY??? Total waste!!! I'm not saying the ice cream is bad. But the little Indian girl that works there is so rude. Maybe her parents own the place. Every time you go in there and you ask for chocolate chips sprinkles on top she says we can't use them. they are for our or cakes only. So I went in there a second time and she actually took them off the shelf so you can't see them and you won't ask for them. All of the owners in the past used to give you chocolate chips on your ice cream whenever you asked, that was a part of the experience in getting what you want. Now we go to cold Stone and they give you as much as you ask for. I love it there. And the people are so welcoming. Does this little girl not understand that that place is losing money because she wants to choose to hide the chocolate chips behind the counter. I would not recommend this place. read more

I was driving home from Atwater on Hwy 99, and my first glimpse of a modern shopping center was in the City of Turlock. Oh boy, lots of choices! So I drive around, and I see a Baskin-Robbins. It's not too busy, so I go in and order my usual.....a scoop of coffee and a scoop of chocolate. The young lady eagerly scoops my order and tries to suggestive sell. Then she rings me up, and....Whoa! That total seems a little low. I ordered the same thing, so what's different here? We came here on a Sunday after dinner. The kids were good so we figured they deserved a little treat before we headed home. I admit it was later than I would like to have the kids out on a school night but we found ourselves here at about 9:45pm anyways. Right upon walking in I noticed two team members. A younger man and woman. Maybe in their 20's. He was nice. She needs to be retrained. You could sense her hurry and lack of patience the second we walked in the door. The kids sampled a few different flavors and then each had a kids scoop in a bowl of their favorite for the day. She let us know fairly rudely that they close at 10pm. No big deal, we planned to be super quick and back on the road ASAP. Then she just kept reminding every 2-3 minutes how much time we had left. If it wasn't so cold outside we would have just went out there to get away from it all. Instead we had to stay and tough it out. We were finished and cleaned up with plenty of time before they closed and left. The ice cream was good but I strongly suggest a different location. read more

The customer service here is top notch. I came in for a cake. I needed three names added to the cake. The nice girl not only Made it happened, she went above and beyond to put each name in the color of my choice. Well she kind of put them in the colors of my choice. She was suppose to put Carly's name in purple and Kaylinah's in pink but she Switched it even though she wrote it down correctly. Haha. Still Thumbs up. I ordered an ice cream cake in person, a week in advance of my daughter's graduation party. I did not order anything special, I saw a cake in the freezer which was basically a large ice cream sandwich. I chose the ice cream flavor and asked for "Congrats (daughters name)" to be added in red. They offered to add Oreos to the top, I said sure. I got a call a few days before pickup and was questioned on the choice. I confirmed I wanted the chocolate chip cookie cake with chocolate chip ice cream in between and "Congrats ..." written in red. One day before I was called to tell me they were out of the large cookies! They offered to give me a slightly larger pre-made cake with chocolate chip ice cream but would not let me choose the cake flavor unless I wanted to pay more? They confirmed what I wanted written in red. When I picked up the cake that I ordered and had previously confirmed three separate times, the cake had no writing in it! I had to wait for the writing to be added. What was the purpose of pre-ordering? Never again will I trust this business. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS RACIST BASKIN ROBBINS! My sister, mom and I recently came here to pick up my birthday cake. We waited In line outside because there was a sign saying only 4 guests allowed inside. As we were waiting a white couple disregarded the line and the sign and walked inside making it more than 4 people. We observed not one associate inside said anything to them about the capacity but still we waited outside to follow the rules. As a couple of customers walked out my sister, mom and I started to walk in and a male employee yelled out that only 4 people were allowed inside. This caught us off guard because there was clearly more than that before we walked in and the only difference was that in our party we were Hispanic and not white. So I stood outside while my sister and mom went in because I didn't want my mother waiting outside in the heat while they picked out my birthday cake. Horrible service. Their was a lot of people buying ice cream and I ordered over $40 worth of ice cream and gave the guy a $100 dollar bill that's all I had and he wouldn't accept it cause they didn't have change supposably not only that but he gave me my orders wrong and the sundae he made looked disgusting everything was all over the place. Walked in today at around 8 and the timing was great. When my friend and I first walked in we were greeted by the two lovely girl behind the counter which were Kassidy and Bianca, I believe. Kassidy was the one to take our orders and ring us up. She asked if we needed samples and was very helpful when it came to choosing what flavor to get. They had a wide variety of selections and they all looked delicious. My friend and I got a cookie with ice cream which they serve with a warmed up cookie and a scoop of ice cream. I got the Oreo ice cream and the chocolate chip cookie. Great prices and a great treat. The service was amazing and the place was very clean. Will definitely be back soon. read more

Ice Cream.....is there anything ever bad with this? Baskin Robbins seems to have lost much of it's clientele to Ben & Jerry's or Cold Stone, but this Turlock location is always busy. Winter or Summer it's always packed with singles, couples, children and families. And for those that don't know Raspberry sherbet has been discontinued. Ice cream is ice cream to an adult its nothing to a 5 yr old is the excitement of going to the ice cream shop its choosing to get an ice cream cone just like mom. I went in today to get a simple ice cream cone not a Sunday not a shake just two scoops on a cone for me and my son. The girl was just rude not listening to what I ordered putting it into a cup and giving attitude when I corrected her and told her I asked for a cone. Attitude like hurry the *** up rolling of the eyes. It takes what 1 minute to scoop ice cream and is the attitude necessary. I get it people have bad days but i have been here before and it seem like she's just one to be in that mood. Went in tonight at 9:55 and there were customers actively ordering. Right as we were walking in a red head young girl runs to the door to say they're closed. My husband and I said it's not 10pm yet and we already know what we want. She responds by saying that the people already in the store are the last customers then proceeds to lie and claim that after they pay the register will shut off and no longer work because it knows they're the last customers so it's not possible for them to serve us. SUCH AWFUL customer service. Why lie!? As if most of the population doesn't understand how a cash register works and as if we appear that stupid to believe that. At least own up to the fact that you're just not interested in serving customers and you're trying to leave asap. I thought closed at 10pm meant closed at 10pm. The red head girl gave terrible customer service, was very rude, unprofessional and should probably look into a job where she doesn't need to work with people and can leave when she pleases not worrying about whether or not it affects business. read more
