Been going here for years. I specially liked it because they were strict on having everyone wearing a mask and thought it was a safe place. As I was waiting for my order to be completed today, I witnessed two elderly couple walking into the store, wearing no masks or gloves, leaning over the counter, touching the glass windows with their hands, phasing back and forth and one of them even sneezed openly. The store clearly displays at the entrance that you have to wear a mask to be allowed service.. but the staff didn't bother to tell them. Normally I would waste my time, but the gal working 12/28 around 5;00pm deserves credit for being friendly. She didn't do anything special other than smile and be polite. A really great employee for sure. It's a shame that everyone doesn't take the job line she did. Thank you for the great service and smiles. We came Saturday afternoon and I enjoyed the chocolate fudge ice cream, they do have a lot of my favorites there and this one of my favorite ice cream places. We did receive good service here. They were two men working there. We have been coming here before and will continue doing so. read more

Brought in the kids to try the new Stranger Things promotions. I noticed I had a coupon on my phone for a free scoop so I decided to redeem it. I didn't know there was a 5 minute timer and it expired when I was about to pay. The owner was very kind to offer a discount to equal the price of the free scoop. Great customer service. This is closest Baskin to my house here. As current Yelp Duke here (as of August 31, 2017), time to rate this location. There is plenty of parking here right next to Goodwill. This location is busy in the evenings after dinner time especially in this hot weather. What better way to finish a dinner meal in this heat with ice cream? The longest I had to wait my turn to order ice cream was 10 minutes. Luckily for me, I am a patient guy. I usually walk out the door with a large "fresh pack" and a prepackaged ice cream since it is cheaper than coming back daily for ice cream. With this amount, it would last my wife and I a month of ice cream. The service is top-notch. The employees are high school or college students. They are nice and have a smile of their faces. They do not have restrooms for customers here, so plan your bladder and bowel movement. read more

I bought a 50th birthday ice cream cake and it was not only delicious but so beautiful. The staff was so happy to help and the cake decorator not only was able to put the singer Prince picture on top but looked perfect. Nice place to hang out at. There's a lot young people coming through here. However you like some privacy while eating your ice cream the parking lot is excellent to hang out and talk to friends. A good atmosphere plus I enjoy the ice cream here as well. read more

It's a Baskin-Robbins. Lots of teenagers from the local high school go there of an afternoon on their way home. My brothers used to always go to this franchise after they got a haircut at the next-door barbershop. I believe we bought a birthday cake for one birthday of mine from this franchise. Overall, it does what it purports to do--provide ice cream--though not much more than that. And it has no ambiance to speak of. read more

Terrible customer service, brought my 3 year old niece in and they were more concerned with her touching everything then letting her actually pick out a cake for her moms birthday. The lady working grabbed the first cake she touched and made us buy that one when my niece was just pointing at it to ask what flavor it was. My niece also likes milk with her ice cream so I asked for a little bit and the employee said "milk? We dont have milk!" I told her they always give her a bit of milk ive never had a problem. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. I experienced very good customer service as the next day, an employee called to verify the order and make sure it was what I ordered. He even sent me pictures of possibilities to my phone as I was ordering something a little different from what they usually do. First let me say I go almost once a week for dollar scoop night. Love the 31 flavors and the price, however this is the worst designed ice cream shop ever. Hard to move inside the store if there is another family and once inside it's all parking lot and sun in the eyes. Ouch! read more

Well just visited there tonight 12/15/14 @ 7:45 pm The customer service was horrible. There were 2 people working and we (3 people in my party) were the only ones in there. There boy who was helping us was doing the best he could as a new employee - it was obvious. My problem was with the girl working who asked if we were all together and rather than help us out too, when I answered yes, she turned and ignored us. So the poor little newbie took a while to help us and she just had her backed turned never even offering him assistance. She should have taken the rest of our order and helped to get us served and out of there as quickly as possible. Note to Baskin-Robbins, she needs some re-training on customer service. Because of the poor service not everyone in my party ordered because of how long it was taking and because of the snob behind the counter. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

The couple who own this place are really sweet and the service has always been great for me. It is also clean and well maintained. I just have to say that the pricing is really high. This is probably the corporate pricing and not the owners decision but because of the high price I won't come back. A medium mint chocolate chip shake was $6.50 (ok not the worst but still high). I wanted a small pack of ice cream to go to eat at home with my husband after dinner this week but din't want to order the huge to-go packs in the freezer. I asked for a small thing to go and the only option was a "triple scoop" in a cup with a lid. first, I find that odd that there aren't different to-go family pack sizes other than the huge ones in the freezer. Second, the price of this "triple scoop" was $7!!!! I could have gone to Vons and for $5 bought a huge tub of ice cream for that amount. Now I am curious how much those large to-go tubs are at Baskin and Robbins (probably as much as a cake lol). I am bummed not to support this sweet Indian couple anymore. I love helping small business owners but this franchise really needs to work on their pricing. Mint chocolate chip ice cream tastes the same regardless of the vendor so I have to go with a cheaper vendor from now on. read more
