Came here on a Saturday around noon and thankfully we were early enough to avoid a wait. they don't allow outside drinks, which is a bummer because it was so hot and our drinks would go bad if left in the car. I was able to take home for a second meal :) i also love their kimchi. maybe around 10 minutes after we got our soup, we had asked for refills on the sides. when we got the refills, we also got our bill. we were no where close to being done eating and the servers would constantly check our table to see if we're done or needed boxes. while we were boxing our leftovers, the server aggressively took our soups (half way in the air trying to pour it) from us and packed it herself. my friend was trying to get the bone out first but the server was just awfully impatient. The whole dine-in experience felt very uncomfortable, especially since we were still actively eating.

The pancake was nice and crispy, with a good amount of seafood, the bibimbap had a great amount of crispy rice at the bottom and the tofu soup was comforting and exactly what we were looking for. The bossam had a lot of meat - I kind of wished there was more radish and napa to go with the meat, but it was tender, not too fatty, and satisfying. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Jang su jang is still a classic staple, and has a delicious offering for almost any korean craving you could want.
