Whenever B&B has their special sales (Buy 3-get 3 free, etc.), I stock up on my favorite Moonlight Path products and those little bottles of scented hand sanitizers. But it's rare that I use what I buy for myself. Having them on hand, I usually end up giving them away as gifts. My Hawaii relatives love B&B and don't have these stores back home. Knowing that this outlet was on our vacation route, we stopped by. The prices and deals were the same back home. I was expecting outlet type of discounts. Aw well. I'm stocked up again. read more

I love going to the Outlets and this is by far one of my fav stores to visit when in Gilroy! WHY?! Well because it is extremely cheap!!! My name is Liz and I am addicted to their crazy good deals! I swear im NOT a hoarder but I do have a pretty big stash of body wash and hand soap in my house! I'm addicted and let me tell you why you should be too. I love coming here just after December all of their holiday scents are only $1! YES thats right only about $1 after the holidays are over! On my last visit my fiance bought some manly body wash for only $2! and I bought some body wash for me for like $2.75. They always have bins filled with awesome products and they are never more than $3! No one should ever have to pay more than $5 for body wash or hand soap. read more

I don't know what they put into those products at Bath & Body Works, but every time I go there, I have the urge to buy something. It can be addictive. Granted, one could argue that a person doesn't really need the stuff here, but I'd say that in general, the deals are too good to pass up (especially if you go in during their semi-annual sales). Given that this place is located in the outlets, you can pretty much expect that there are a lot of markdowns on their products. They carry scents that are not always in the regular stores (or simply outdated), and I had to dig in deep into the sale buckets for some of my favorites. The friendly staff is also there to help you if you have any questions on hand. The only drawbacks for this location are that you cannot use most Bath & Body Works coupons here (it's even in the fine print of the coupons) and that it can get quite hectic inside, given that everyone is either digging through the buckets, standing in line for checkout, or crossing the line to get to the other end of the store. Also, check to see if the lids are closed shut, sometimes they would open up and leak bits of lotion when I grabbed them out of the bucket. Other than that, this is a good location to stock up on Bath & Body Works products when there's no semi-annual sale at the regular shops. read more

Most employees are the sweetest people ever, always so helpful. I was having a bad day so my boyfriend decided to take me to get some stuff here and it was almost closing time. We saw they were open and so we parked, we were walking towards the front and saw that the lady had locked the doors. We started walking away a little sad and disappointed but to our suprise the lady waved us back in and let us shop! That was the nicest thing ever. I get that they must have had a really long day and we're looking forward to closing time but they were selfish at all. The sales here are also pretty great! :) read more

I love Bath & Body Woks products. Patrick is Awesome ! I was shopping with my 5 year old daughter who has dry skin. Patrick took the time to ask her what she liked showed her a number of samples until she found one she liked. She walked out feeling really special with her own lotion. read more

Everything was fine. Until one of the employees insulted us. She wanted to promoted or want us to try this product. She said "Excuse do you smell nice?" We said "No thanks" She said "You don't want to smell nice? So you smell bad" So you just told us we smell bad. She needs to learn how to not insult customers. But everyone else besides her, was nice. read more

If you go to this store, the person to ask for is Karen. She is a tall, pleasant lady who is excellent at her customer service skills! She will go to great lengths to make sure that her customers are happy. I was looking for a specific scent and went into the store two consecutive days looking for it. She dug up the whole place and found me the one I was looking for, when everyone else said it was all gone. I ended up buying so many products from their semi annual sales, thanks to her. I love this store! i never knew they had a bath & body works outlet and I rushed in here about 15 minutes before they closed. They had such amazing deals.. it was pretty hard for me to control myself! It's a great place to stock up. Everything is organized neatly and I can't speak any more highly about the staff. Ashley was super helpful and we had a great conversation about our favorite scents and she was super patient and knowledgable with all my questions. Unpleasant visit. Walked into Bath and Body Works and the associates Karen greeted us by saying "what are looking for" and as I said "candles" she said "Well first, today they are full price" and I said "okay that's fine" and she said "that's $25" and I processed by saying that's fine and she questioned again by saying "are you sure?" At this point I felt judged due to my looks (Hispanic). So I over hear her talking to other customers, and she did not say anything along the lines, that she spoke to me... a simple "hey! Just to let you know the candles are full price today" would have sufficed. read more

This place has some super awesome deals. I left with two foaming soaps, two loofahs, two rubber duckies (I couldn't resist), hand sanitizer, lotion, and bubble bath for $10. The guy working was super cute with a mop of curls on his head and he joked with us. The rest of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and answered our questions with ease. I would definitely shop here again. read more

I once bought probably 8+ travel size bottles of C.O. Bigelow rosemary/mint and orange/lemongrass shower gel at .49 each, which are great for weekend trips and they smell more natural and less like the other candy scented crap in this store. I would say 1/3 of my trips here (I usually go to the Gilroy outlets three or so times a year) I find really crazy deals and stock up on things. They have pretty good closeout sales on semi-popular scents or scents they're about to discontinue, or brands and items they are dropping. Really most of the pricing is bumped down closer to what you really should pay for this kind of stuff. read more

I could be wrong but I believe the woman who helped me was Dusty? I think she was a manager. What AMAZING customer service!!! I called this store looking for a fragrance I found out was "discontinued". She informed me that she had 14 cases and I was already on my way! She even remembered me when I asked for the fragrance. Of course being an outlet I shopped around after I came for what I was looking for. Ended up finding the pineapple mango wallflowers "which I love" that were the twin pack and on sale for $3.12. That's an amazing deal! Needless to say I got 6. Lol. Everyone here was really friendly and helpful. I'll be making the drive back here in June for their semi annual sale! read more

It had been a while since I went to the Bath & Body Works outlet in Gilroy. The sale associate Karen was wonderful and greeted me promptly when I arrived on Sunday morning around 11:30. She noticed that I had the 20% off entire purchase coupon and the free travel size $5 coupon and told me that I can use them without issues. She pointed out the special sale items and told me that the Forever Red items I was looking for were out of stock. She did mentioned that they might come back in stock and can call to find out. I found some good bargains for 75% and 50% off. I even found the retired items that I came shopping for. It was a great experience and will come back in the future. read more

I was very disappointed by my trip to this store this time. I have been to this outlet store many times in the past and was able to walk out with bags full of my favorite items at great prices. After driving 4hrs to get to the outlet I walked in the store and was immediately stunned. This is no longer a true OUTLET store it is a RETAIL store with some discounted items kinda like they have twice a year. They had a couple bins in the middle that were discounted the rest was full retail price. When my husband and I asked why they had done this they gave us some story about people coming in looking for specific items like they would get a their local retail store so they decided to carry more retail items. Calling themselves a Hybrid store. What a load of crap if people want to pay retail or are looking for current items then they should go to a retail store. It is no wonder the store was empty people walk in then walk out since it is no a true outlet and the prices are not what they are expecting. Will never go to this outlet again. read more
