Everytime I come to this location, there are not enough registers going! I'll see 4-5 employees talking among themselves, stocking, or tasking in the back when they could be ringing people up and moving the line faster. The cashier, Natalie, who rang me up, was very sweet. She apologized for the wait and was very helpful when it came to applying my coupons. The manager, Kim, was not very friendly and never is when I go I there. She totally walked right in front of me as I was reaching for something and didn't say, "excuse me". She always seems overwhelmed and speaks rudely to her associates. Aside from that, they have wonderful products, and the store always looks amazing. read more

A friend had given me a really amazing scented candle from BBW and when I burned it out I came here to buy a replacement. Low and behold it was seasonal and discontinued BUT the really friendly employee that pounced on me when I walked in showed me something similar, and I love it! Expect really REALLY attentive employees, they aren't pushy and give you space but the girl that helped me was very, SMELL THIS, TRY THIS!, HAVE YOU SEEN THIS!? For me it was a perfect balance of pointing things out and letting me look on my own. I brought 2 of my kids and they were made to feel very welcome as well. First time coming here to exchange an air freshener scent I bought a few days back. Hassle free parking, hassle free service, hassle free exchange. The cashier was very friendly and I love that this bath and body works was not in a mall but was just as big, pretty and festive as the ones in the mall. And before I even came inside, it already smelled amazinggggg. Huge plus! If you're wondering, I exchanged the car portable scent vanilla bean Noel. It smells good but when you put it in your car, it's a little strong. I prefer fruitier scents when a scent is very strong like sweet pea or beautiful day. Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite stores because of the coupons! They are great at getting people in the doors with unbeatable deals. Today, I bought their holiday soaps for $2.50 on sale plus I got a full size shower gel for free with my coupon. This store is clean, employees are friendly and helpful, and well stocked. If you don't have a coupon, download retail me not. They usually have coupons that you can pull up on your smartphone. Bath and Body Works always makes a great gift for any woman or young lady from soaps, shower gels, lotion, and body mist. All of which you can get for a great deal. I went to the store yesterday 6/7/18 and its currently closed. It's being converted to White Barn which is opening in August 2018 according to the boarded up store banners. Bummer... I dread going to the mall for the semi-annual sale, the long lines are killer! I just hope they continue to carry B&BW items. No need for a store that just carries candles and air fresheners. read more

I absolutely love bath and body works and the many sales they always have. This particular location is one of my favorites to go to. The staff are all friendly and I never have any issues using coupons, even when I'm using mutiple coupons. Other locations have given me an issue even when the fine print on a coupon doesn't state something. However, this location seems to have competent employees. So, I recommend this location and will gladly continue to shop here. read more

I will be coming here from now on for all my B&BW needs especially after going to the one in the Santa Anita mall. I purchased a gift set with a candle on black friday and just happened to open it when I was waiting for my family at tilys down the way. The candle was cracked. This store always has what I need and is stocked with plenty all the time. The reason for the two stars is that everytime I shop here I'm stopped about 5 times asking from the employees what I'm looking for and what the sales are currently...I get it customer service...but relax im just trying to find the lotion I like the best! I am a former employee of bath and body works and today was the first time in over a year going into a store to shop as a customer. Lexi was there to greet me and suggested some of their new fragrances. I already knew what I wanted and she was more then happy to show me where everything was. She even suggested, after finding out what type of scents I am more drawn to, a new favorite of mine! "Pretty as a peach" is what she suggested and not only do I love it, my boyfriend can't stop smelling me he loves it too! She even suggested something for him! Lexi was so sweet and patient and delivered excellent service that I know bath and body works expects of all of their employees. I will forever be returning to this location. I got a gift card as a present a while back and figured that the day after Black Friday would have some good deals. As soon as I walked in Andrew greeted me like we were long time friends. He went through the sales with me, asked me what I was looking for, recommended products that matched the description I gave him, AND offered me a super soft blanket. He had incredible customer service but was also quick and to the point. I would recommend this location just because of him. Once I started browsing in the section Andrew directed me towards Tara asked me if I needed anything. I told her that I was looking for more mists even though I had already gotten a couple, and even though it was packed she took the time to show me her favorite scent, which of course was amazing.
