I ordered at 10:15am, got my food by 11:08 and they had forgotten my gravy and I had to remind them. They were busy, but had a few open tables and bar seats so not full capacity. One of my orders had 2 thighs vs 1 and the thigh was about half the size of the other which was disappointing. I would reccomend the food, it was good, not great. This place is one of my favorites, might be my number one. Food is way worth the price, it's about the same as any other sit down breakfast. The service is what makes it. The workers are the sweetest, we've been served by Naomi both times. Naomi helped us make choices and was happy to explain what is what and what including the favorites. We were looking for somewhere quick and easy en route to touristing, something that wouldn't ruin our lunch in 3 ish hours... we stumbled upon counter order Batter Up on yelp and decided it was worth a try. It's in a little housing/store area. Street parking was easy to find. Not a big line but warned it was a 30 min wait for food (I think it was closer to 20 mins). We got the Allstar and the lemon blueberry waffle. Both were delicious and we loved it!!! Great price, great service, cute "mini food hall" space. Allstar came with fries or hashbrowns. We got the waffle fries and they were totally on point. Coffee was a little diner style (self serve!) but I can't complain. Hope to make it back! read more

This is my second time here. The first time, I got standard breakfast of sides of eggs, bacon, and potatoes, but this time, I tried a blueberry lemon waffle. It was the best waffle I've had, (not hard, dry, crumbly, or doughy), very nice on the inside and just the right amount of crispiness on the outside. Even though they give an extra side of syrup and lemon sauce, it tastes perfect with how they presented it without my having to use the sides. Very nice customer service, nice atmosphere. read more

How in the French Toast does this place get over even 2 stars?!?! What a joke of an experience. We arrived with just one other person in the place on a Thursday at noon (4/25). Ordered from the order window for dine in. Asked for a Bloody Mary (voted best Bloody Mary in Beaverton) and the cashier said to order at the bar "because it's all the way down there". Walked to the bar which was about 100ft away and waited for 10 mins. No bartender. Walked back and inquired about ordering a Bloody Mary and the pick up window lady became flustered and said the bartender is busy cooking because WE got there after all these other orders. What kind of @ss backwards sheyt is that? I would think the priority would be to sell your beloved best Bloody Mary rather than pulling your bartender for door dash orders. Pick up lady was rude and condescending about their situation which is not my problem. Fix your system there. Now the food.... Had the waffle pops with sausage and was only able to take one bite. It was mushy, tasteless, and really gross. TLDR service was trash, food trash, not sure how they manage a busy Saturday or Sunday let alone an incredibly dead Thursday at noon. Had no idea this place existed until the day I came here. Usually I have a list of places I really would like to visit but this never appeared. I'm glad I finally went, though, and the location and shop are great. It's spacious, has tons of options for both breakfast, lunch/dinner, and lots of smoothies too (and I love smoothies.) They also have a bar which lots of alcoholic drinks too for those into that! My girlfriend and I both got the fried chicken and waffles. They offer multiple sizes but I got the smallest and it was a perfect size to satisfy my hunger. Plus, I got the dreamsicle smoothie which was decent, nothing to crazy, but they have tons of options so I'm sure there's a better one there. Best of all, it's not incredibly expensive, and for the both of us and everything we ordered, we didn't even pay beyond $30 which is incredibly rare nowadays for eating out. Our party sampled the Cuban sandwich, Monte Cristo and I had the chicken and waffles. A clear winner were the waffle fries. They were crispy and flavorful. My chicken was slightly overdone (see photo), but I liked the flavor of the crispy breading and the boneless chicken pieces. They had several flavors of syrup including one aged in a bourbon barrel - they were all great. Prices were typical for lunch entrees, most around $10 per meal. Our food came fairly quickly - I was a little worried when I was ordering and one of the workers was struggling to remove a waffle from an iron, but no issues getting our order out. In fact, I believe it made this waffle breakfast sandwich. The sausage was so good I'm going to attempt to make it at home. Waffles everywhere. They even have waffle pressed grilled mac and cheese sandwich. This menu is not for anyone on a diet unless they intend to fall off. It would be a glorious fall. Prices range $7-$10 with potato add-ons such has waffle fries (surprise) or hash browns. Service was super friendly and on an average day fairly fast. They share the space with two others (Mexican and a little German Pub). You can find what you're after even if it's not a waffle but that sausage is such a prize pig. Do it! A super cool spot that offers breakfast style food all day long. It's located in a little mini food court hall style out off Lombard in Beaverton. We ordered the chicken fried steak and the Mac Daddy. The chicken fried steak was well cooked and came with mashed potatoes that they put in a waffle maker, which was neat. The Mac Daddy was a mav n cheese type dish that was cooked in a waffle maker giving it the waffle shape. Both I'd the dishes were delicious and the staff were very polite.i would definitely come here again to try some of their other items. read more
