Service was excellent but the food was terrible. We ordered the loco moco medium. The hamburger was overcooked and was tough as leather. We also ordered the calamari. The calamari seemed to be cooked hours ago and had been sitting under heat lamps until someone ordered it. When Bay101 was across the freeway, the food was much better and cooked-to-order. This is my first time here and my last time here. The service was so disappointing :( I went to bay 101 last night with my friends. I ordered food at the bar. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, we followed up with the waitress for our food and found out that she neglected to place our order. The bartender gave us water that was hazy and tasted disgusting . We waited so long for our food that we left the casino. As we left the manager came out and states that our food is ready and that they were really busy; it's funny she stated how busy she was because me and my friends sat at the bar for almost an hour and they didn't have any customers and all of the workers were just sitting down and joking around with each other. This is my first time at bay 101, and this place seemed pretty legit but I am so disappointed in how me and my peers were treated. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are only there to gamble. read more

I honestly love this place at one point. But I would have to say this place have taken a big dive in the customer department. When the shift manager cuts you off when you had two drinks. When asked what was the reason and he said cause "he can" is pretty disturbing to me. Mike Wilson is his name. Disregard to facts and the situation at hand. He made sure you knew he was in charge no matter what. Never felt so discriminated and dumbfounded. I would never thought it happen here but it did. I called out two rude dealers then get accused (hearsay from up to 7 years ago, at a different casino) of being rude when I was standing up for myself in both instances. One dealer harassed me multiple times over a rumor I had nothing to do with. I'll still play the $1k, but no more daily tournaments. Expensive with mediocre service. read more

I use to like going to this place to gamble but now when I do go there it's just for the the food if you're going to gamble here do t waste your money because the dealer will have will have 70% of winning most of the hands and you will most likely only get 30% chance of winning they will let you win a couple of hands and then the dealer will win the rest of the hands once they start seeing you winning . There is not that many tables here and all the tables are so close to each other barely any space to even walk around whenever it is crowded as much as they try to compete with matrix I rather go to matrix matrix has better customer service and you have better odds at winning rather than Bay 101. read more

We went here for my mom's birthday. We were with my 17 year old sister. The guard stop at first but we told them that we're actually going to dine in. And they let us in. Very welcoming at first. But after we walked put at province restaurant and my sister needed to use restroom, they call us out scandalously and kick us out. I do understand that underage cannot play but how come its ok to walk around going in to their restaurant and not use the restroom?? If this is the case, then they should not let us in for the first place! All guards needs mandatory inservice immediately! read more

In A Nutshell: -Funny how this new Bay 101 casino was built faster than most housing, office space, etc. -Today was the Grand Opening. -Huge parking lot is a plus. -Inside the casino it felt a little cramped. -Only 49 tables so don't get your hopes up in finding many open tables. -Came in played baccarat, bet on the "Lucky 7 Dragon" and won 40x. -There were tons of cardboard boxes in the "Province" Asian-fusion restaurant so it wasn't open, which is a bummer. -I hope they open it soon. Absolutely terrible. Just don't waste your time or money. Every time you place a bet, you have to pay an additional one dollar to the casino (it goes to their corporate partners). So in addition to all your losses that they collect, they also charge a dollar per bet. Now that's really pushing it. Additionally, the dealers are not very experienced. Unless you are there to play poker, I suggest you should take your money somewhere else. By far the worst casino. I have been to a lot and Bay 101 is just the bottom of the barrel. As far as legal car drones this is one of the cleanest friendliest most efficient ones I've seen in the Bay Area. The house is about 500 players and keep everything moving very smoothly. They have a restaurant called The Province and it is beautifully laid out an outstanding food selection. Lunches are about $14 and dinners for about $19 to $25. read more

The worst playing cards of all time. Destroyed the fun out of squeezing the second card from the side or top. I don't think they realize how well thought out the classic Bicycle cards are. Especially the font. When you're squeezing for the second card, they are intentionally made to look kind of like the beginning of 3 or three other cards, to keep you excited. Either from the side or the top. But if you know the subtle differences, you can tell exactly what card they are. Each one is actually pretty distinct. For example, sliding the seconding card from the top, a 3, 6, 8, and Q are all rounded, but if you know the subtlety, each curve is slightly different. The Bay101 cards destroyed this! read more

Bay 101 is one of those hidden gems in Silicon Valley. I always thought casinos was all about gambling. I choose not to gamble myself; for personal reasons, but I find this place really amusing. The staff is friendly and responsible, management is on point, and the clientele is business oriented. I really enjoy coming here, I feel special and appreciated. Andrew, the bartender, is a great guy. He always treats me well and with respect. I expect nothing less from an establishment.
