He was to fix the bent wheel not scratch the face of my wheel multiple times because he did not use the proper equipment and will take no responsibility for his actions. Didn't charge me anything for the assessment. Only complaint I would have is that I never gave consent for them to drive my vehicle on the road. I just asked them to assess the wheels and tires by spinning them and using methods with the car on the ground of in the shop and not moving. Maybe thats not reasonable haha im not sure. I just assumed a wheel shop would have a way of assessing a bent wheel without having to drive the car. Otherwise an excellent experience and honest work!
