Beware when you get pricing! The owner intentionally miscalculates the price he tells you and adds a couple extra dollars onto the price tag when he charges you. Make sure to look at the receipt at the store and calculate it yourself. If he says 10% off, make sure you calculate the 10% and tell him the correct amount. Giving 1 star because I brought two very simple dresses in which I was charged $75 for, and both still had the original stains on them so I had to come in a second time. When I got a refund for one of the dresses, I noticed the owner intentionally gave me back less than I was charged for. I'm all for paying a higher price for quality service, but $35 to dry clean a simple dress is substantially higher than any other place and to come back with the same stains is unacceptable. read more

When I told her I needed them tomorrow to take on a trip she told me it was not he problem. I asked for a manager, she told me I wasn't going to get one, and I make big problems for her. I said I needed to be refunded or speak to a manager, (total bill $63.03.) She said she would refund me $2.99 for one item if it would "make me leave and never come back." I showed her the multiple problems with items, and she agreed they were dirty but "she's only an employee she can't do anything." So in conclusion: bad dry cleaning job, bad service. The owner here is amazing! I brought in a black chaise lounge pad that had been laying under trees and had dozens of white spots caused my sap from the trees. This was new to him, but he took on the job. He tried different things, then finally found something that almost worked and did the residue using his fingernails scraping the last of the spots off. This place, calling itself a cleaners should not be in business. I came to town looking for a cleaners. so started to compare cleaners. Not one other cleaners hesitated to give me prices of their cleaning. Then there was this jerk, said he does not give prices. I said "Why?" he said not allowed, I said "Who said this?" He said my boss. I said, "That is unheard of!" He got this big attitude, and said to go somewhere else. Then walked in the back room, like a coward. Who on earth would not give prices of cleaning their garments? I hope everyone reads this, and gives them not a second thought on going in there. Give it a try, and ask how much he charges per item. You may be surprised. I then went to another place, in town, very nice, informative, and will get my business of about 150.00 worth of cleaning I do a week. Out of the tons of cleaners places in LG definitely the best prices. Service is pretty prompt - the clothes I drop off I get back in a few days and they'll call if you forget to come get them. They also do alterations if you need to adjust your clothes or anything. read more

I have been going to this dry cleaner for about almost two years. They do an okay job. They aren't exceptional. The sweaters usually come back with as many pils as when I send them in, but they do smell fresh and clean. They did a very nice job on my bedspread, and the shirts are only 1.50, so that is a good deal. They can be a little strange at times. Last time I went it, I asked for an itemized receipt because my boyfriend pays for his own dry cleaning, but I take it in with mine, and she acted like it was a secret. They take 25% off of the amounts, but it still seems expensive. I now have a garment steamer and dryel, so I will be cutting back on dry cleaning, but I will probably still take things here when I need them professionally cleaned. Oh, and for some reason, whenever I go in, they act like they've lost my things, but they never actually have, so I guess they are just nervous. read more
