Before coming, we called to make sure dine-in was still available since they closed at 12:00 a.m. We arrived around 11:55 p.m., and there were only about 2-3 other tables, so it didn't seem overly busy. My issue was that while we were still eating, the staff came over and asked us to pay before we had even finished our meal. I understand restaurants have closing procedures, but being asked to pay, touch a screen that's not even clean while my hands have sauce while actively eating made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Today I was craving Korean wings I checked a few places near my house and I decided to go with this location. I typically go to the Brea location since it's on my way from work but today I worked from home and this location is just slightly closer. Because I'm working from home time is key. As I was parking, I received the notification on my app saying that my order should be ready by now. I decided to go in and check for my order. The lady at the front said that my order had about five more minutes, but they were working on it. I waited 15 minutes before following up. During this whole time, I noticed a box that was just laying there so I asked her are those my wings? To which she responded, yes. It is disappointing that they didn't even hold them under a heat lamp. The restaurant was pretty empty and the AC was pretty cold. When she handed me the order, I didn't notice that the kimchi fried rice did not come in its usual container. It is usually around branded container instead of a black plain container. When I got home, I was not surprised that my wings were not hot. They were lukewarm. That is not what you're expecting for the price that you're paying the portion size is OK on the smaller side. The kimchi fried rice is okay just a bit spicy today.Something else about the rice is that the cheese they use is not the same the cheese used here looks like regular mozzarella shredded from like a bag the one from the other locations it's a different colour texture and flavour. The employee at the front didn't seem to care that my order was just there sitting in the cold AC. It is disappointing that they have no customer service. This location seems nice to come and eat in. I would expect that by then the food is going to be served as it's coming out without allowing other dishes to get cold. In the future, I will not be Ever ordering a pick up order from here if you're thinking about it just don't. My husband and I went to this location on a weekday and so it wasn't too busy. We had our dogs and saw that they had outdoor seating and the waiter was super accommodating with and allowed us to bring our dogs in and to the outside part. At first he was concerned about how hot it would be for our fur babies so he hooked up to fans specifically for them and brought the two fans and a water bowll:) for them (so sweet and carring). Our server was also very nice and allowed us to order our Rose Tteokbokki with some ramen which was very nice and it was an added charge but it was worth it. The ambiance was nice too they have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating and are dog friendly and the washrooms were very clean.
