Tucked into half the space Halal Guys formerly occupied across from Wabi House on lower Greenville, this order at the counter and get your food in 15-20 mins joint makes perfect fried chicken every time. There is a wide range of tasty sides, and the service is attentive and much better than expected. There are three chicken delivery formats (boneless wings, conventional wings, and "whole chicken" (chopped up in uniform chunks), and about 20 different sauce/flavor options. We got spicy original (crispy, moist and hot with a manageable kick) and loved every bite. I ordered pickup, and everything was packed neatly and optimally for the chicken to remain crispy. The main reason why I'm docking off 1 star is some of the flavors/seasonings are too sweet. I know Korean food often leans into sweet flavors, but it was too much for me. I had to add a bunch of cayenne pepper to my Honey Garlic wings to balance it out. The cheesling fries were also too sugary for me. If there was slightly less sugar, they would've otherwise been perfect, because the fries themselves were cooked perfectly and, and I loved the cheese seasoning (minus the amount of sugar). Lastly, the pickled radish side was also too saccharine. I also ordered the spicy original wings, which were much more enjoyable. I know it's diabolical, but the American in me yearns for some dairy-based dipping sauce with my fried chicken. However, we started to see a decline of quality on the evening of 5/3/25. The wings weren't crispy, the rose doboki was dry and lacking portion, the fries were over cooked... everything just felt mediocre.
