New location is on Shiloh Rd in a warehouse office development. I've always heard good things about this business, and the community was devastated after the fire. They just reopened last weekend and morning lines have been out the door! People complained about location, lack of signage and parking lot limitations, but they have sold out every day so clearly people have found them. I had to see what the hype was and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The space is small so only serves carry-out. I guess they decided to dedicate all their space to the carbs, and given the trade off, I think they made the right decision. The bagels are fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Big on size. Bigger on flavor. They offer traditional flavors you would expect from a New York inspired bagelry. I opted for plain, cinnamon raisin and of course, an Everything. They also have breakfast and lunch offerings. I decided to grab an egg salad BLT wrap and again, was not disappointed in my selection. The serving size allowed me to save half for later. The little cup of macaroni salad and a pickle wedge rounded out the meal nicely.

Amazing bagels and experience at BB's Bagels in Alpharetta! Came here on a Sunday morning and were blown away by this hidden gem. Store is clean and gives a feel of being in New York with plenty of options and fresh bagels. We went with the Fresh Noah Salmon Platter on an everything bagel. My wife got Scallion spread and I got the Horseradish Bacon spread. Amazing!! Service was efficient and friendly and vibes were positive. 5 stars for BB's Bagels aka Bronx Bagels. Thank you for being here!

Visited: October 2025 I've visited BB's Bagels (Bronx Bagels) many times over the years, and I was excited to see them reopen after the fire. Unfortunately, the new location feels like a step backward in both atmosphere and quality. The old diner style spot off Exit 12 had charm, even if parking was rough. The new one sits deep inside an office park, easy parking, yes, but no character. There's no dine in area at all... no tables or outdoor seating... just a small waiting area and a side coffee counter. Service was minimal and the wait was long (about 20 to 25 minutes). You place your order, stand around until your name's called, and that's it. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel, and my wife got an everything bagel with egg salad. Both were extremely chewy and hard to bite, so much that they were hard to eat. The bagels weren't stale, justvery chewy. By the time I finished half, my jaw was tired. My wife couldn't even finish half of hers. For two sandwiches and two plain bagels, the total was about $37 after 20% tip, which feels high for a grab and go spot with no service. I know BB's has a strong following, but personally, I think the quality has dropped. Hopefully, they find their groove again, but for now, I can't say these were the "best bagels in Georgia."

Y'all are killing it!! Keep doing what you're doing. Breakfast everything bagel sandwich was so impressive! It's huge and abundant, beautiful and delicious. The bagels are so awesome!!

A few of us were in town for a wedding, and BB's came highly recommended from friends. On our last day in town, we picked up a few bagels for breakfast. As someone from NY, I am picky when it comes to bagels. BB's is officially the first place out of NY that sells "NY style bagels" that I actually enjoyed! They were fluffy yet crisp and so tasty. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese and it was fantastic. Service was quick, and we just ordered at the counter to-go. Highly recommend!

I'm a big BB fan but my first trip to their new location was a complete train wreck. I hope with time they improve all the issues. A quick recap, after waiting in line 30 minutes, I order my two bagels from the cashier who enters my order in the system. I then wait another 20 minutes until an employee asks me for my order details and goes back into the kitchen, reemergence 10 minutes later and asks me to repeat everything again. Despite ordering the exact same thing three times, they still got it wrong. Also, the cheddar bagel I got was a complete bust, there's so little cheese in it you can't taste it, it's basically a plain bagel. I would have noticed how little cheddar was in the bagel and ordered something else if the bagels were displayed before the cash register but that's not the case, they're on display in the area where you're waiting (and waiting) for your order. On the good side, their lox spread is really tasty and their staff is hard working and pleasant to deal with despite their current issues. I hope they work out these issues and get back to the quality of food and overall experience they delivered at their old location. I'll give them another try in a few months On a unrelated side note, love their new, graffiti-inspired logo

The bagels are good. The bagels are expensive. Two everything bagels with speciality cream cheese ran us $12. That's ... too much. The quantity of cream cheese is fine. It's not too little but it's not as heavy as a typical nyc shop. The everything bagel was well coated.

Ask the Community - BB’s Bagels

Do they have any dairy free cream cheese?

    No, they don't.

How much does a plain bagel cost? The menu here says $1.10, but I'm consistently paying more than $14 for 10 non-specialty bagels.

If you get anything done to it... like toasted, you're paying more. Everything is extra.

I'm a sandwich fanatic and this is one of the best sandwich shops I've been to in Georgia…read more I got the chicken parm sandwich and added pesto to it with a side of vodka sauce. You can choose between marinara or vodka sauce for the sub which I thought was great option to customers. The quality of the sub was phenomenal. The chicken cutlets had great flavor and were made with quality chicken. You didn't bite into the meat and experience any weird textures. The vodka sauce had bold flavor and the melted mozzarella paired with the pesto was impressive. The pesto did not have nuts. I would order an extra side of vodka sauce- it was not a dry sandwich at all but the sauce allowed for dipping and elevated the meal. The sesame bread was toasted but still soft and didn't scrape the roof of your mouth. You place the order on screens but there is very friendly staff there to answer any questions. They also had a deli bar with pasta salad, potato salad, chicken salad, etc. that looked great. I didn't try them tho. They have seating available but it's nothing crazy. Every day this week that I was there, I had an issue with either they made something wrong or gave me less than desirable bagels or even put an everything bagel unwrapped in with sweet bagels and they were left covered with seasoning. I always add a tip even though I think it's ridiculous to tip before you even know what you're going to get, but today I only gave them $.92 to round up to the next dollar since this week has not gone well. This bagel is burnt and most likely inedible. I ordered it uncut and untoasted because I was going to take it home with me and it will be a struggle to make it have any life in it because if I toast it, it will just be terrible since it's already burnt and bitter. Apparently $.92 is not good enough, so I got the crappiest bagel in the bin and there were lots of nice ones. I guess no matter how busy I am, if I want a bagel, I will have to drive out of my way and go to BB's!

Some of the hot dogs pieces were a little over cooked, but they were minimal. Now the dog....holy moly! This thing was an absolute beast. It was literally a foot long, but the girth of this thing was just crazy. I'm usually a pretty big eater and I hadn't had much to eat before arriving. This dog gets real messy real quick. While it used to be our go-to spot, some recent consistency issues with the food are making it harder to keep it at the top of the list. On our last lunch visit, the Cuban sandwich arrived as just a regular sandwich--not hot or pressed at all--and the fries were cold. To their credit, our waitress sent it back and the second version was much better. However, brunch was a different story. The yogurt parfait was mostly just melons with maybe a tablespoon of yogurt. The grits also missed the mark with a very overpowering chicken stock flavor. I usually try to bring home leftovers to reinvent or "doctor up" so as not to waste food, but even recooking these at home with plenty of cream and butter couldn't mask that heavy chicken taste. We didn't get a chance to send them back at the table because our server didn't return until we were ready for the check, so we ended up paying for a meal we didn't really eat. The atmosphere remains a huge plus. The upstairs area is 21+, which is fantastic for watching sports or having a more adult-focused outing. They also have great outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying the Georgia weather. One thing that's a bit confusing is the policy difference between locations. They don't offer bottomless mimosas at the Halcyon spot, even though they do at the Dunwoody and Brookhaven locations. It's a bit of a letdown when you're expecting the same experience across the brand. In the end it's a great atmosphere for a "gals' outing" or catching a game, but I'm hoping they can get the kitchen back to the consistent quality we used to expect.
