The price felt fair, the staff was easy to work with, and they even delivered it for free the next day since they are close by. Overall it was a super smooth experience. Got a response quickly, and setup an appointment within the same evening. Adam was our service tech, and he was clean (putting on shoe coverings since our house is no shoes inside), explained what the issue was, and was direct with the total cost. The part was ordered for what was shown to me online, and later we scheduled a followup appointment to have the part installed. I had to prepay for the part, but labor will be charged after job was complete. It was about 1 week later for the next appointment. I can confirm that their prices are legitimately at least 60% off Best Buy, Lowe's, Home depot for the exact same models. They had about 100 in stock, mostly stainless steel. Some had minor dents on the front, some had no dents but a scuffed microwave handle, etc. You can pick your poison, but their most dented units are still nice - B+ at worst. There were around 10 units under $150, and we walked out with a nice wall mounted stainless steel microwave for under $110.
