Pick ups and drop offs for my area are on Tuesday and Friday. I simply leave my clothes in a GAC - provided bag, and my clothes are returned on the next scheduled day perfectly cleaned and pressed. The prices are also reasonable. I trust this place with my suits and more delicate clothes. They are very helpful and when you reach out to them, they are very responsive. When I initially arrived, I spoke with one of the employees regarding a small coffee stain on the front of my shirt that I wanted removed. During our interaction, the employee appeared distracted and was using Facebook while I was speaking with her. She examined the shirt, acknowledged the stain, and instructed me to return a few days later to pick it up. When I returned, the same employee was again on her phone while assisting me. As I was paying for the service, she suddenly asked, "By the way, were these stains here?" I looked at my shirt and immediately noticed blue discoloration and marks that appeared similar to bleach damage. I informed her that these marks had not been present before and reminded her that the only issue with the shirt originally was the small coffee stain on the front. The employee insisted that they do not use bleach and stated they would keep the shirt for another week to attempt to correct the issue. After a week passed, I returned only to find the shirt in the exact same condition. I also never received a phone call or update informing me that they were unable to fix the problem. During this conversation, the same employee explained that the individual responsible for cleaning and inspecting garments documents existing damage by taking photos before items are processed. She stated that if there are stains or defects prior to cleaning, photos are taken. If there are no issues, no photos are necessary. No photos had ever been taken of my shirt, which would suggest that there were no existing discoloration issues beyond the small coffee stain. Despite this, she continued insisting that the shirt had been brought in that way. It was close to closing time and she shut me down and stated we had to go. Very rude demeanour. I was then instructed to return a few days later to speak directly with the owner regarding a resolution. When I met with the owner, I was told there was a possibility that an employee may have used bleach on the shirt. This directly conflicted with the previous statement that bleach was never used at the business. At that point, there appeared to be no accountability or consistency regarding what had happened. To resolve the matter, I was given only two options: 1. Keep the shirt and receive store credit $10. 2. Receive compensation for the shirt's value with proof of purchase, but they would keep the shirt. I explained that I believed I should be compensated for the damage while also retaining possession of my own property. I was told that was not an option. This situation is about more than just a shirt. The most concerning issue was the lack of accountability and customer service throughout the process. A mistake can happen at any business, but taking responsibility and properly addressing it is important. If this had involved a wedding dress, suit, or another valuable item, the outcome could have been much more serious. Lastly I was issued a check, they kept my shirt and owner still insisted I do not leave a bad review. Well, I'm being honest.

When I arrived, I was enthusiastically greeted and the seamstress helped me do all my measurements so that I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The next morning I got called that my alteration was done. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this place as I personally used it and I'm now going to be bringing all my dry cleaning and future alteration needs here.

This lady saved me!…read more I took my dress to get it altered at another place, and the seamstress forgot to sew a huge part inside the dress. I called the other place and they recommended I go here (they had left on vacation for 2 weeks). I dropped off the dress lady sewed the dress and I asked for it to be steamed. The process was painless and quick. I appreciated her quick turn around since the wedding was the next day. I will def go back and hope to do get something's altered in the future. She only accepts cash and or check for forms of payment - no debits or Ccs.

Four of the ones I used received money without registering the total amount, forcing me to have to pay again. The dryers I used left clothes damp. I added time; same result. More than half the machines are broken regularly. A lot of times they're out of change. Several times we put laundry in the dryer just to come back to still soaking wet clothes and then having to argue with the owner for a refund every.single.time. My neighbor went one more time after I told the rat story....they saw several rats coming in and out of holes in the walls and elevations (at least three). We both reported the instances to the department of health but were only able to leave voicemails. This place needs to either get shut down or completely overhauled. It is nasty and a risk to ones health.
