I just pray that the people that keep coming in the wash house after I told him there was a small issue. Will stop coming in here until it's resolved. This place has a size washer and dryer to meet your dirty laundry needs. I washed my comforters here. BB's accepts cash and has a change machine OR you can use credit card. Free WiFi, TV, parking and conveniently located next to Neighbors Donuts and Chefs if you get hungry. Staff was helpful as well. They informed me that I can drop off my laundry for them to wash and fold if in a pinch (obviously for a price). I'm going to take them up on it next time.

She was openly talking about getting drunk for her birthday, and friends were coming in and out bringing more beers and pizza. Very unprofessional. Four ladies were standing there drinking and chit chatting. This place seems to be run by drunks. Because of this, customers were not being helped properly. One of the washers did not wash my clothes at all, and I had to call the worker over to get assistance. When I asked for my money back so I could restart the wash in a different machine, she complained and said the owner doesn't like giving money back, even when customers are given a new load due to machine issues. The entire situation felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I expect a clean, safe, and properly managed environment when doing laundry, and this location did not meet those basic standards. I would not recommend this laundromat unless management seriously addresses these issues.

At first I had my clothes in a big machine ($12) which didn't dispense any water and I didn't address this because the attendant left for a break then sat down to gossip and chatter. After transferring my finally clean clothes to a dryer i went to address the situation with the lady who was finally available after interacting with a client who dropped off blankets for laundering. I asked her to reimburse me and she said she couldn't do that because I had to tell her in the moment. though I have pictures of the rinse cycle (dry-no water) and the machine marking "error" I did not show her. she said I had to file a report. She did not allow me to have the owners information, she just took my name and phone number..how the heck am I supposed to file a report like that for reimbursement? it's been 15 min and has not placed the machine out of order even after telling her she should, making the machine available to rob more people of their money. Last week I saw how she took out a hand written out of service sign from a machine and then saw how she told a young guy to smack the machine so it would take his coins. I warned him before hand not to place his clothes in there, I also encouraged him to get reimbursed l, he ended up having to move his clothes to launder in smaller machines I don't think he got reimbursed. I'm fed up by people who are mediocre and don't have the decency and ownership to work well. I'm highly disappointed because situations like this echo a bigger message in life reflecting the poor condition of our society. DO NOT come to this laundromat. I will gladly walk a mile without a problem to launder at a different site.

Today while waiting at Spincycle for one of the 3 larger machines, I just decided to get back in my car and drove to TubTown. I was actually pretty excited because I'd read the reviews prior to coming today. When I first pulled up, there was constant shouting. I got out of my car - it's coming from some Evangelical preacher or something across the street who has a bullhorn. Annoying af and it's been going on now for like an hour. But not the laundromat's fault. Now for my actual laundromat experience: There were about ten people here on a Wednesday around noon - not crazy busy and there an ample amount of machines available. Machines smelled clean and the floor is a little run down but not in a way that makes you feel gross. The worker here mopped the floor while I was there, which I appreciate. Average laundry prices - a bit pricey but it's worth it for the machine availability. Spincycle machine for $11 can accommodate more than the $11 machine here (warm water), but you always have to wait for that big one at spin cycle. It was my first time here and getting my wash started was a bit frustrating. I asked the worker and he told me I could buy a card for $2.50 and load it or download the app for now fee. I downloaded the app and spent way too long trying to unsuccessfully connect it. I finally asked the worker for assistance and he tried multiple times but couldn't get it to work either and said maybe it's my phone. I've never had issues with my phone before but what could I really do at this point other than buy a card? So I bought a card - $2.50 for the card plus a THREE DOLLAR FEE to load the card using your credit card!!! I opted for the $100 loading option in order to get a $20 bonus, so after paying the $105.50, I had a balance of $117 to use on my card. I can't believe every time I reload by card it will be an extra $3 fee! Once I finally started my wash with the card, I was wondering when I would be told to "add bleach" as the machine indicates you should add it when it displays. I asked the worker how long into the cycle it normally takes before you are instructed to add the bleach. He seemed like he was a little annoyed but trying hard to hide it and be nice - which I personally think is still good customer service lol because you can't really help feeling annoyed but you're making an effort to hide it. Anyway, he was like "you can add the bleach before you start the machine" and I was like "well why does it say wait to add the bleach until it displays"? Anyway, we walked back over to the machine I was using and the machine was now displaying the message "add bleach" - about 3 minutes into the wash cycle, if anyone is wondering. 4 stars for facilities/machines/cleanliness. 1 star for app not working and laundry card fees - & that's a pretty big deal for me. So I'll give an avg based on that, but it would be more a 3.75 for me

This place is significantly nicer than my old apartment complex and my clothes actually come out dry. The wifi is also very solid at around 11mbps. Overall, great place to do laundry in the area.
