I've been going to this dental office for a few years now and what I like about them is that they don't upsell you too much. I have Delta Dental and they are a in network provider. I get my cleaning twice a year and the dental hygienist is very thorough. Dr. Kim is a pleasure to deal with she gives her professional opinion but at the end of the day she leaves it up to me to decide if I want to proceed with any out of pocket procedures. Others I've been to make it sound so gravely if I don't do something and I hate that. I don't want to be pressured to spend money. I use my common sense if it hurts sure I'll do it but if it's not urgent I'll consider my options. Give them a try and I think you'll be happy like me. read more

Been coming here for the past 5 years and the staffs here are just so welcoming and incredible. I love Eva the receptionist, she is so kind and friendly, the way she treats customers is like she's helping a friend or family member. I'm always so impressed because I only come every six months to maintain my oral health but the staff always remember things that I tell them from so long back. Dr Kim and the nurses are also all very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. I have never felt nervous here even when I had to do deep cleaning and be injected with needles. I've been coming here since 2019 and I love everyone here! Dr. Kim is so nice. And Jennifer always does an awesome job cleaning my teeth.

Only reason I stayed with this dental office was for Dr Kim and Dr Hwang, but I am done because of Eva at the front desk. She over charges and does not refund you for any differences. She charged me $100 for a deep cleaning once even though my insurance covers 90% (I guess deep cleanings cost $1000 nowadays). If you are having ANY work done, I recommend you have a pre-treatment authorization done first, because Eva will not refund you any difference. I even recommend my friend and her kids to Dr Kim and Eva overbooked the day her son was scheduled and called to cancel her when her son really needed the appointment. As for Dr Kim, she is super sweet and professional. No complaints on her. read more

I've been coming to Dr Kim for a while now and I have to say, as a kid I used to hate the dentist but they have always treated me with hospitality and care. Especially with cavity work, I hate using the numbing shot but they always do a good job with making me feel comfortable. Honestly there is a reason that they have five stars! The first time I was there, I was there for my fiancé. My son was getting antsy, and the front desk gave him a little baggy full of toys. I been keeping things quiet for awhile. I noticed ever since Dr.Hwang sold his practice, the management been using scare tactics to get me to do alot of procedures when I could have push back some for the next year. My dental insurance only allows a certain amount every year but eva scared me enough where I spend thousands more than my insurance allowed that yr. It was my fault for not adding up the expenses due to other financially distractions. I naively trust them even though I did told eva that my coverage is at it's limit & she scared me enough where it's going to cost me in the long run if I don't handle the procedures soon. When Dr.Hwang was there, eva was less pushy. I understand that it's just business but the situation is an eye opener for me. read more

This office is the reason I switched my Dental Insurance to dental group they take/work with. After hearing such great reviews and being referred by a couple of co-workers, I finally gave in. It was super easy to book appointment and didn't have to wait weeks to be seen. Front office personnel is very helpful & welcoming. The reception area, in fact the whole office is super clean. Dr. Kim is very sweet, professional and understanding. Had fillings done and she took her time since my tooth was not cooperating and not numbing. She was very patient and careful thru the whole process. The hygienist is also the best at what she does, I was fairly comfortable thru my deep cleaning. Just had my regular cleaning and Chelsey, the hygienist, did a very thorough job as if it is deep cleaning. On another note, last year, Dr Kim took over Dr Hwang's office whom I had scheduled for a crown. The operation was smooth and painless. As of now, the crown is still good without any issues.
