I Ordered chicken philly sub to my room and I left driver tip. He didn't even say thank you for the tip. I called back after I opened my food and they sent me a steak Philly sub. How do you mix chicken for steak. Then they closed at 11pm after I placed the order and turned the phones off. I'm only in town for one more day. They better fix it or I'll never come back here again. Behold ordering before close. They will give you the wrong food and then the drivers have attitudes at delivery. I had a really bad delivery experience tonight. I ordered through the Eat24 app. The pizza arrived a little late, in just about an hour after he order was placed. That didn't bother me. I was expecting at least 45 min. The quality of the food was very poor. The garlic knots was tough and cold. They were hard despite the puddle of oil they were laying in. The pizza was worse. It was undercooked so the dough was mushy. The crust was good and the bottom of the pizza was firm but under the toppings and sauce was all mushy. It was a deluxe so it had a lot of toppings and definitely needed more time in the oven. $20 wasted in my opinion. I tossed out the garlic knots. I saved the pizza thinking I'll bake it to reheat it tomorrow but I doubt that will help. read more

Made an order for pick up over the phone. The girl couldn't speak English very well so she asked for my name like 8 times. Then i couldn't understand her when she read me my total. When i went to pick up my pizzas (2 18" pizzas, one deluxe and one half hawiian, half meat lovers) they charged $6 extra just to do a half and half pizza!!! My bill was $50 for two large pizza. That's ridiculous. Pizza was good, but not worth it. The manager who talked to me when i asked her to explain the $6 extra wasn't in a good mood and gave me a bit of an attitude. I called in the order and the guy on the phone was very nice. I chose pepperoni, onions, and green peppers for my toppings. The pizza was piping hot and ready in 15 minutes. From the time it took us to leave our hotel and get there, it was just coming out the oven! The restaurant is located three streets over from the strip and is in a very convenient location. I had to fold the pizza in half to bite it.The garlic knots melted in my mouth! I am a very picky person, so when I say this place rocks... IT ROCKS!! They don't take American Express..okay, so do you take old fashioned checks? NOPE. I guess I will take my business elsewhere , i don't understand vendors who won't pay the minimal fee to process Amex, I have a large family and our pizza orders run between 50-75, and we order 1-2 a month, so they technically have lost $150 a month/ $1800 a year of business from me, and I imagine all of the other people who hang up and call Sals, or Lagomar instead, not very smart business people, IMO. Nope, I am not affiliated with Amex in any way, shape or form, but in this economy, I don't understand people who turn away business over $1-2 fee, makes you wonder how much they skimp on quality fresh ingredients for their pizza..? hmm... read more

Ordered delivery to our hotel room while in VA beach. My boyfriend ordered a pizza special with some toppings and a pizza steak sub. The special came with garlic knots too. He enjoyed his meal. I ordered some penne pasta with marinara and I added mushrooms. It came with a nice side salad and some garlic bread. The food was very tasty and quite a good value for all that we got.
