I've been here a couple times now, and these guys have customer service dialed in. Always have been more interested in helping me with my tire or car problem, then getting to the make money and charge me part. I trust them, and their prices are very competitive. I just had my Check Engine light come on and they checked it and turned it off for FREE! They said, if it comes back on, then we will look deeper, but for now let's see if it just came on for no reason. Amazing from an auto service center! read more

We were lucky enough to find this place in an extreme emergency. We were headed back to Northern California and the starter on my 2004 BMW X3 went out. I went online to find a spot and BCP was 3 miles away. Unfortunately we ended up having to postpone our trip home till the next day . I want to personally THANK DANNY. After the 24 hour delay he assured me he would have the car fixed and ready for us. At 4pm the next day I received a call that my car way ready. Made it home by midnight safe and sound. They price matched Walmart and did a good job. The 3 stars are on account of the fact that their guy offered me a discount on the invoice if I left a 5-star Yelp review. The guy said that it would be "more money in [my] pocket". I didn't do it. This type of conduct pollutes user-based reviews of businesses with unwarranted 5-star reviews and is prohibited by Yelp's Terms of Service for that reason. I would be skeptical of this business's 5-star Yelp reviews. read more

I wasn't going to post this, but it's been really bugging me. I purchased new tires from Mike, who was very nice and extremely helpful, a couple weeks ago. I showed up around 4pm and he had his crew get right on it. After about an hour when it started to get dark, my new tires were mounted. At first everything seemed normal. I did noticed a small new nick in my wheel from the mounting process, but the inner-me decided not to bring it up because that sort of stuff happens. It wasn't until I got the car home to inspect the job in the light that I noticed the extent of the damage to my freshly powder coated wheels. A significant amount of scuffing had occurred to the inside lip of wheel due the tire iron used to mount the tire. In addition the inner bore where the center cap would go was chipped due to not being carefully handled on the balancing machine. I have dealt with many tire shops in the past, and this if the first time I have run into an issue like this. For a shop that deals with high-end cars and wheels, I expected greater attention to detail and quality of work. Pretty bummed about this and now I have to get my wheels fixed. read more

Wow do they work fast! Arrived at my car this morning to discover my front tire was completely flat from a giant screw. After putting on the spare I called ahead here to see if they could patch up my tire for me immediately. They said yes and it should only take 30 min. In fact the whole job took 15!!! Great prices, NASCAR fast service! One stop shop for your wheels & tire. they offer services such as Wheel alignment + free tire rotation anytime w/ purchase. They carry all the top brands too. They didn't have my brand (Nitto - specialty tire) in stock, but had it special order and it arrived the next day. I used to go to the chain stores, paid so much more & waited for several hours for my car to be done, but not in this situation. I came in here on my lunch break & they got me in & out so i was back to work within an hour. Saving me time & money. So glad i found them...Definitely coming back for my tire needs! read more

I shopped around for tire prices since FJ MBZ charges 150% of anyone else, and even compared to tire locations with much cheaper rent, and HUGE specialty stores, these guys beat them by a mile! Not only that, but the service was awesome, they are fast and friendly and don't make you wait around for hours. Recommended by a friend, my first visit was for new tires for my 911. I did a pile of research and could not beat his prices. They're close to home, and he had them in stock. No reason to go to Tire Rack. Second visit was for a break job. Next day service. Quick turnaround and great work. Prices are very fair and Marcus is excellent to deal with. If you need an honest shop to do some work on your car, I recommend this place. I saw first hand how Mike (one of the owners) treated customers and their cars. He even talked a car owner out of getting work done that he didn't think the car needed. He seemed honest and trustworthy. Here's my experience there so far. I replaced the shocks, struts, tie rod ends and axels on my car with my Dad. Afterwards the alignment was extremely screwy which is normal after getting that work done. They had a hard job to start with because my car (a jeep) is not easy to align because it has a cross bar alignment. They took hours on it because they were starting from scratch pretty much. When I got the car back and drove I noticed the steering wheel was off kilter and the car pulling to the left. I came back in and Mike said they would work with my car until it was perfect (free of charge.) Also he mentioned it takes time for new suspension to settle which could cause some of the pulling. So I waited and about a month later I brought it in. They adjusted my alignment for me and adjusted the steering wheel alignment. I interacted with Mike often, since I live in the area would walk by and stop in and Mike was always professional and seemed trustworthy with each persons car. When I got my car smog tested there they checked to make sure it would pass before testing it and charging me. Mike went to CDM High School. So he's a local! Which is always nice. And the guys he works with seem great. I didn't have engine work done or any difficult mechanic work for them to do on my car so I cannot vouch for their work in the engine compartment. But I would say they are trustworthy to do the work correctly, and if anything goes wrong later on work they have done, I believe they would fix it free of charge and be honest about the problem. If I did t have a dad that knew his way around cars, I would trust them to do the mechanic work. read more

This is long over due review. I've been going here for all my vehicle needs for several years. It's always been a drive to get here but the prices and service make up for it. Plus there is a bunch of great restaurants to eat while I wait for my car. I usually do my oil change, breaks and tires here. They are full service and way cheaper than going to Mercedes also it's hard to trust mechanics because they usually try to sell you extra stuff. I definitely recommend this shop if you want good deals and excellent service. read more
