I absolutely love this place! I've lived in the area for 3 years and I didn't even know this place existed. It's a cute little country store, with tons of baked goods, a deli, all types of pasta salads, pies annnnnnd PIZZA! We've ordered pizza from here 4 times and every time it was delicious. Best in the area in my opinion. It's similar to a NY style pizza, but the dough they use tastes gourmet. The best thing: they deliver within 5 miles. I am really appreciative that they deliver and don't use door dash or grubhub. Because they themselves deliver, there isn't any extra fees, so we can still give the driver a nice tip without paying a ton. I hope they keep doing it this way. If so, we'll continue to order pizza from here on our pizza nights. Also, everyone is super nice here and accommodating. I can't wait to try more baked goods when I stop by again.

Quite unique.! The food was par. Fish and fried shrimp were overcooked to coffee brown. The wings are delicious. The shrimp cocktail was good. The French onion soup was superb. The burgers were big and awesome. The problem was the service. One waitress for 80 people is not enough! We were seated and then she finally got to our table for a drinks order. Beers and waters. All good. Food order goes in. We don't see our waitress again. Takes 30 minutes for the food to come meandering out of the kitchen and delivered by kitchen staff. Still no waitress for more beers. Food was as described earlier. Still no beers. I go to the bar to get more. I am told it will be a few minutes. Still no more beers. Some of our gang go home because they Never Got Service! We were there for 90 minutes and got 2 beers. Then came the tab. $160 for six people not including the tip. Paid in cash! Nice place. Local favorite. I would skip it if not for my friends being local and taking us there. They say that management tries to run the place with one waitress usually. Too Bad! Poor or no service is costing you lots of money.

Among the favorites we tried were the following: homemade steak type fries that were large and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Steak sandwiches with actual steak not frozen precut strips. Also, well seasoned Buffalo Chicken pieces in a Buffalo Chicken slider. My son said his fried clams were tender, sweet and not greasy at all. The waitress was super friendly and the atmosphere was happy and celebratory. The drinks are average but they do have specials. A good place!

With the Americade motorcycle rally underway in town, it was tough to find seating but the staff made it work for me and the tour group that I was traveling with. It's a nice, rustic-looking restaurant. The manager made the rounds to say Hello to us and he made sure that we were doing okay. In the interest of speed, I ordered a salad bar and the soup of the day which was Goulash. It was very good. The salad bar had everything I could possibly want in a salad and it was replenished regularly. The tuna Mac salad there was awesome. The salad bar is $15 if you don't get an entree or appetizer. Perhaps a little steep but I think it might be all-you-can-eat. As a petite person, I probably don't eat enough. From the window, I had a great view of the outlet stores that Lake George is also famous for. I had to fight to the urge to go shopping. Perhaps another day! We had a slight mix-up with the check for our table but the staff took care of the issue quickly and it wasn't a surprise because the place was really packed. Nevertheless, I thought service was really good. Thanks, The Log Jam. You had a log jam of customers but somehow you made it work. We'll be back.

The warm focaccia served with oil and balsamic could have been my whole meal....super delicious. Yes, I'm a glutton and ordered a second helping of said bread. Overall, it's a very nice space that definitely gets loud when it's busy. My advice is to not be in a rush and don't go hangry if you're dining during prime times. We did order cocktails/mocktails, appetizers, main dishes AND dessert. Everything took quite a while (except dessert and coffee arrived quickly). We all enjoyed our entrees and thankfully, each other's company. We were there for about 2 and a half hours from start to finish.

The lamb shank fell right off the bone, no knife required. The steak was cooked to the requested temperature and had great flavor. And they were great at accommodating a side substitute on the NY Strip dish. Then dessert. The German Chocolate Cake was phenomenal! So moist and the frosting was just the right amount and not overly sweet! It's definitely a place I'd recommend and can't wait to go back to!
