I have nothing, but positive things to say about this place. They employee everyone including, those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their motto is Everyone belongs and I couldn't agree more. Now let's get to their food and beverages! You will become addicted to the coffees, lattes, smoothies, and other drinks. They always have a seasonal or flavor of the day, along with many additional flavor and milk options. I personally obsess over a hot pumpkin spice latte with oat milk or a pumpkin cold brew. I just tried their strawberry lemonade and it was SO delicious. It came with fresh fruit and a sugared rim. The food is always fresh and delicious. Really good soups, salads, sandwiches, and bakery items. They also offer pre-made foods and catering. I am so happy that I found this place and recommend it to everyone! read more

This food was okay. I got the chicken Caesar salad and wasn't too impressed. I think they boiled the chicken because it had no color whatsoever. I was expecting grilled chicken and would've even settled for pan fried, but colorless chicken definitely threw me off. read more

This is a somewhat preliminary review, since it feels like BeanZ & Co. is still getting up to speed. Their main entrance isn't open yet, so you need to enter through New England Pasta Co., which shares the same space. Inside, it's very nice -- bright and open, with lots of little tables that were packed with people enjoying lunch. There wasn't much room to wait while ordering...you have to kind of awkwardly stand right next to one of the tables, where you're also in the way of workers coming and going from the kitchen. But the coffee I got was quite good...clean and bright, with no "over roasted" or stale notes. One other note: parking was a bit of a challenge, as the front lot isn't that big...you may need to either park in the back or in the plaza next door. read more

Extremely family friendly, excellent staff in great location on rt 44 in Avon. I enjoy the eclectic variety of salads, sandwiches, etc. and the coffee is excellent. Before Christmas, they had a Santa Claus come in for the kids and it was very cute. It is wonderful to come to a restaurant that embraces the community and people with special needs! I love this place! I was really disappointed when Truffles in Avon closed cause that was one of my go-to lunch places, but BeanZ totally lives up to the same standards. The staff is so nice and friendly. The sandwiches are delicious, I highly recommend the gourmet grilled cheese with avocado. I haven't tried the baked goods yet but they always look super yummy when I go in. Very nicely decorated environment as well and very clean and well-kept. Great lunch today at a lovely restaurant with a great purpose. They employ adults with disabilities who do an amazing job. I enjoyed the healthy living salad with the chicken add on. Deliciously spiced chicken. The fruit: blueberries strawberries and blackberries were fresh and sweet, reminding me of summer. The Cappuccino was perfectly prepared. For dessert I grabbed a chocolate cranberry scone which was fabulous. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed a leisurely 2 hour lunch with occasional check ins by the staff but never feeling rushed out the door. Love this place and will definitely be back to try out other menu items and their great selection of take out meals in the freezer section. read more

I usually stop at coffee shops to do work and relax. I had high hopes walking in since one of my friends works here and told me how welcoming and diverse the staff are. I was not disappointed. Right when I walked in, I was hit with a comporting and sunny vibe. The employees are extremely professional and refreshingly positive and down to earth. I ordered a duffin and hot cocoa and let me tell you; WOW. Hot cocoa is my weakness and I've been looking for a spot that can make a cup that reminds me of being a kid. Very sweet and filling. The duffin was delicious as well. Plenty of seating inside, as well as plenty of windows for the place to be bright. Nice touch on the table cards: they all say wonderfully positive sayings. Glad to see the tip jar was overflowing at only 12 in the morning. We need more inclusive coffee shops and businesses around and I'm glad BeanZ and Co are leading the way. Unfortunately, the multitude of foods I have gotten from them have all been prepared in a less than appealing manner. Lettuce leaves are left uncleaned and untrimmed so you are left with browned edges and wilted leaves in your $13 salad. The fruit is clearly not fresh. Adding grilled chicken to a salad will give you a mouthful at most of the protein option at a price leaving you wanting more. Extremely underwhelming for the prices overall. This place is the ideal coffee shop, in every way. The coffee is phenomenal, there are always new flavors available. The food and especially the breakfast sandwiches are to die for and they even are environmentally friendly and use paper straws!!! The store itself is large and has ample seating.
