Stopped by on a Thursday to get a full set for my daughter who was going to her first homecoming dance on Saturday. There was a 30 minute wait and I wasn't in the mood to wait after a long day of work. I asked to make an appointment for the following day, Friday in the afternoon/evening. Understandably, Friday afternoon was all booked. They asked me to wait the 30 minutes. I decided to wait, since the price they gave me for the full set with gel overcoat was very good: $30. We had stopped at 2 other places and I just couldn't keep up with all the extras they wanted to charge... just give me a price! As we were sitting to wait, I felt the need to ask if they take credit/debit (I just get these feelings some times), they said cash only. We headed to El Super, bought some items, got cash back and headed back to wait for the nails. Lisa worked on my daughter's nails. When my daughter told her she wanted a pointy/oval shape, she informed her it would be $35 instead of the original $30 price (quoted by a different worker, not Lisa). I accepted, and I appreciate the upfront information, as opposed to getting surprised at the end of services, without having a say. I could hear Lisa having a fun/lively conversation with my daughter throughout the process. Experience as a whole was great, will likely come again! read more

I'm not a big reviewer ... I forget or get lazy lol but I had to comment on this place. I went here today around noon for a pedicure and gel manicure and had one of the best customer service experiences. This place isn't fancy by any means mismatched chairs low quality nail colors with some opi and orly mixed in ... its nestled in a shopping center with a donut shop, dominos pizza, taco place and subway ... the smell of food is intoxicating not in a good way... but it does what it needs to do - provide a great service. Kevin did both of my treatments - he was awesome and the only one working at the time. Even when the phone rang he politely excused himself to answer and take appointments and because he was so awesome offering water and helping me choose a gel to match my toe nails I didn't even mind. The massage was just the right pressure and the attention to detail was amazing cleaning up my cuticles. At $34 its a steal. I've paid $60 at high priced salons and have had less professional service. I'll definitely be back! read more

For the price of $20 for gel nails I don't mind that they didn't have a million different colors to choose from. They had enough and I found a color I'm happy with. Tina took her time doing both my hands and feet and that's what mattered to me. The place could use some new chairs and such but for the amount I'm saving I don't mind those things. For both a spa pedicure and gel manicure, the total was $34 total and they don't charge you to take the gel nails off if you get them back on. I appreciate that, I really do. I found my new place. Cash only! Head over to El Super to grab a snack and get cash back. My gel mani and regular pedi was $36 + tip. Not a large color selection but I am not picky and the small selection was plenty for me. I appreciated their input in helping me select a color. My mani and pedi happened at the same time. Pedi was awesome, comfortable massage chair and she even used the callus remover. They use plastic liners to hold the foot bath water, yay cleanliness! The ladies were so nice and talkative, we had a wonderful conversation. Never have I talked so much with anyone at a nail salon, it was such a pleasant change! My only gripe was that the nail polish wasn't applied very close to the edges on all of my nails. Anyways, next time I would just mention it to make sure I get exactly what I want - I am sure the ladies would be receptive to it! read more

This is a busy place with 3 workers. Walked in but could not help me without an appointment. The appointment was 90 minutes later. Not bad, eh? I'm a guy and don't need fancy nails. I do have toublesome toe nails that need attention or I'm in trouble. I sat in the massage chair and Wendy did her work. She cut, scraped and rubbed. Friendly, clean and professional. I'm a fan of this place. The actual establishment is very simple as far as decor. Don't go in there expecting to transported to a spa in Beverly Hills. But what I like is that they do a good job and its quick. Its best to make appointments as they can get busy. Especially since we all have places to be and things to do rather than waiting around. Simple manicure is $6, so I can't complain about that. The have other services, like waxing at reasonable prices. read more
