First time coming, I had used the app to schedule an appointment and chose a person at random. Upon arrival(5 mins before my scheduled time) there were two ladies talking. I walk up to the cash register and they continue to talk to each other not greeting me at all. I look at both of them and then they apologize and ask me to sign in. The woman I had scheduled with wasn't on the clock yet so another woman ended up doing my brows. I told her it was my first time and I have never gotten them done before. I forget her name, but she was really fast and it was painless. Explained to me why she had left some hair out of place. Gave me tips on regrowth. As badly as I wanted to tell her I just have naturally thin brows and prior to coming in I haven't plucked them in months, I just let her give me the advice anyways. Miss Harinder is the best I've ever had in my 11 years since I started threading. She did my entire face and she was extremely professional & courteous. This place is great, use to get my eyebrows waxed at European wax, never again. The hair doesn't grow nearly as fast as it does after a wax. Madina is hands down the best threader, always super thorough, very nice and engaging. My brows are Alway perfect after I come in, love her work and this place. I hate this place! Today was the last time I will ever go in there. My BF is so frustrated with me, because I give them chance after chance and there is ZERO consistency and 80% of the time I come home upset. The only reason I keep going back is because they are super close to where I live so it's convenient, but I'm done. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and have never had an issue with the shape, or have bled before I started going here. Today, I went after about a month, so I know they were pretty grown out. The girl commented on how bad they were and that they were uneven, from my LAST TIME THERE! So I said, yes I know that's why I'm here, now please fix them. After she irritated my eyes because she kept threading the same places over and over, she had me check them, and they looked terrible. They were again, not even, the line looked messy, and they were not cleanly threaded. I told here that I didn't like them. She told me to sit back and kept on threading. I looked again, and the ends were super thin and the middle was bushy! She called over her colleagues who told her what to do. 3rd time and they looked awful. One of her colleagues offered to finish them for me. I had to wait for her to finish the person she was working on then she cleaned mine up. Then made me pay. I left with red, irritated, mediocre looking eyebrows. with tears in my eyes I went home and my BF said, I don't want to hear it. Just tell me you wont go back, and this time, I'm going to listen. There are other threading places. Avoid this place due to their lack of consistency. Who trains these girls!?!?! read more

I'd say about a year and a half and I was very scared to go and get my eyebrows done out of the fear that someone would butcher them and I'd had to re-grow them out again but Jenny did an amazing job and immediately understood that keeping the thickness of my eyebrows was very important to me without even mentioning it. I normally don't update my reviews if I still have the same opinion. Here I'm updating for two reasons. The first reason is that they always do my daughter's eyebrows and she loves them and the second reason is that I walked in today and they just put themselves on the 5 star "as good as it gets" category because of Raima. I told her what I wanted because I had grown my eyebrows a bit in order to reshape them and let me tell you, they are the epitome of perfection in my eyes. If you saw me you'd agree. Seriously not even celebrities eyebrows look this good. I'm not just saying that. I got so many compliments that I looked her name up on my receipt just to update this review. Today was a bit more painful than usual when Raima worked on the lower part of the eyebrows but I'm guessing it was because of all the extra hair. When I looked up to see my eyebrows my first thought was, I can totally learn to love this kind of pain. Then Raima put some cooling gel and massaged it in and I was good to go. I usually walk in to places and that makes it difficult to get the same person. At a place like this it also seems like the turn over is another challenge when trying to get the same person. I hope to see Raima again. My daughter loves how Harinder does her eyebrows and will not let anyone else do them so I've gotten my eyebrows done by Harinder too and I absolutely love her work. I LOVE this place! If you haven't tried threading for facial hair removal, you have to try it! I found threading after I realized brow waxes gave me little white heads along my brow, gross. They are fast (even if you go on a weekend and there are people ahead of you, you probably won't wait more than 10 min), cheap ($10 for brows!), and do such a good job. They listen to what I ask for, and confirm a few times through the service. I've never had a bad experience here. It is super clean, they are friendly and have a great reward points system. I have been to this location twice now and will definitely continue to return. The first time I was in a rush and arrived 15 minites before closing, I could tell there was a wait sonI hoped I could be fit in. Thankfully they did, there was a bit of a wait (even just before close) but, it's completely worth it. I used a coupon both times, which made it even more affordable. Medina did my eyebrows both times and she works quickly (this does not mean quality is sacrificed, she is just GOOD at what she does) having the client check her work along the way, you are offered aloe vera gel once she is done and then you get an eyebrow massage! My eyebrows look amazing, I feel so refreshed and relaxed when I leave!
