I was previously frequenting the Arden Sacramento location but this location is closer to work and so I started coming here for the convince. I'm glad I did, as Harinder has been doing a great job reshaping my previously botched brows for prior said location. She really listens to what I ask for and makes good suggestions where needed. Her technique also results in little redness and pain which, for my thick brows and sensitive skin, is a nice bonus. She was recently unavailable at my last visit, so I saw Jenny instead who also did a nice job. One thing I'd like to see going forward is the option for witch hazel after threading. They do have cooling gel available, but I find that clogs my pores and causes breakouts. I have to keep a small bottle in my car and apply it myself post-treatment which is a bit of a drag. read more

Raised prices by $2 after the CV19 shut down! Over plucked and totally botched the shap of brows. Just needed to follow the natural arch and keep the same shape and clean brows. The inconsistency with this location is beyond annoying. The location at Sunrise mall is closed despite the what yelp says. Next time I'll try Roseville; my preferred locations out of the chain. The staff there usually does a better job of adhered to customer request. Not everyone wants hoochie eye brows. Honestly feel staff intentionally does exactly what you don't ask for at this location. Also made an appointment, now mandatory, and they don't know how to keep them. Bunch of customers came in and my appointment got shuffled around. If could would give no stars. I love my brows!! Kuldeep is so sweet and she did an amazing job! Scheduling was really easy. I had a 6:30 appointment but I came a little early and she was able to take me right away. I even learned something about my brows! My left brow has always been sparser after I get them done and she said it's because my hairs are curlier on the left, so she didn't trim them because they're needed to cover the space. Just had my first trip back after a LOOOONG break (since before covid I think), and although I didn't have an appointment, I still had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming when first arriving, they let me know that I needed to sign in as well as how long the wait would potentially be since I was a walk in on a Friday evening. They had 3 chairs being used and were quite busy with appointments. I only had to wait about 25 minutes before I was seated behind the chair. While I waited, they made small talk that made me feel welcomed still. Kuldeep was amazing and she was very nice when it came to me being a big ol' cry baby baby when she did my eyebrows. I havent had an arch in years and now I do :) I will be coming back again to see these lovely ladies as I was very happy with this visit... but maybe this time, I'll make an appointment!
