So far so good. It's been a great experience. Started the day at a did dealer. Felt welcomed here and was greeted when I walked in. Offered coffee and water. And even though they don't negotiate they worked out a great deal for our first Kia.... Nice atmosphere and their service has been great.

First tip, when you go through the doors, ask for "Wick". Picture a salesman who is both personable and honest, and actually partners with you in the process. Sounds too good to be true, right? To give a bit of background, I am very wary of salespeople. From having bad experiences at dealerships before, and even sitting in on timeshare presentations to get free goods in Vegas, it is easy to spot tactics and feel sickly when noticing that they're being used on you. And so I was ready to put up a negotiation and fight. But, there was none of that with Wick, and so I didn't have to be on guard. When stepping through the doors and meeting him to putting the final signature on paper, he seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and wasn't pushy. He wanted us to make the right decision and didn't want us to make a decision that day if we weren't ready. I think it's because he's a family man and understands a wider point of view of the many factors to consider when making a big decision like this. Although it's a one-price dealership (no negotiating the price), they do provide dealer discounts on some models when you look online. And if you bring in a trade in, they will give you a competing price to major places like CarMax. Wick was very open and honest about these things and was even able to negotiate with his manager to beat the price of CarMax. Also the streamlined process of the dealership meant we worked with Wick through the options and financing. He walked us through all the "extras" and really informed us of what things were included in the buy up options. Without even having to tell him I was a visual learner, he drew diagrams on paper to show and explain. And when we politely declined these things, he didn't try to push, although one of his coworkers did. We were in and out of the door with keys in hand much faster than anywhere else, and we didn't have to be on guard or put up a fight. We actually left happy and excited to show our toddler the new "BIG BIG BUS" he'd be riding in style in. If you're reading this, thank you Wick!

Beaverton Kia was fine for test driving. But the buying experience was lackluster. There was no room for negotiation so no reason to purchase from there than anywhere else that might have a better price. We ended up purchasing from Weston Kia and couldn't be happier.

Oregon law states that only one owner on the title must sign the odometer reading when selling a car to the dealership. However the sales weasel Bill Daniels required me to have my spouse come and sign the odometer reading as well. There isn't even room for him to sign on the line. Not only is this unnecessary LEGALLY, buy also a huge waste of my time and energy but incredibly patriarchal, how dare I THE OWNER AND SOLE DRIVER LEGALLY SELL MY CAR WITHOUT MY HUSBAND'S PRESENCE. The truth is this car and KIA corporate have failed miserably to stand behind their vehicles and honor, the MANY MECHANICAL FAILURES, RECALLS, AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES. Getting rid of this problematic and mechanicallly defiecitant vehicle will end up costing me in the long run. But I am now certain that no one I know will ever hear a single good thing about owning, selling or dealing with KIA. Save yourself a hassle and buy ANYTHING BUT KIA, EVER!

Bought a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee here. Sales guy was fine, the sales manager is very slimy.

Carlos went above and beyond in helping me on Sunday. I would definitely go see him for a new car.

Absolutely zero stars. Literally walking is better than using any of their services. Please go anywhere else than this place.

Finding a…read morecar repair shop you can trust when moving to a new city across the country is more stressful than finding a new doctor! I considered going to the Subaru dealer in Beaverton but I gravitated to Brock Automotive because of their stellar, glowing reviews. Glad I did. First, scheduling online is easy and they text you confirmations and reminders. They also respond to texts quickly and efficiently. Note that you will likely need to drop off your vehicle as they are very busy - another good sign! - and though I needed to leave my Subaru overnight, the repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time for the services required. What I also like is their system of 'needs attention, could wait, and doesn't need work' that is color-coded on their estimate sheet by Red, Yellow, and Green; as well the costs for the repairs are clear on that sheet. You can then decide what you want done, approve it, and they will begin the work on your car. My estimate is just what I paid, so zero surprises. Immediately walking in to their shop office, I was greeted cheerily and nicely by Coy--I felt comfortable and relaxed. Picking up my car, I was greeted by an owner, who was equally as cheerful and nice. My car was waiting for me right out front when I exited the office - everything was clean just as I'd left it. Awesome friendly people.

Mistakes happen but good establishments own up to it and take care of their customer. I recently took my 2010 Porsche 911 to them for a simple oil change and brake fluid flush. The first error was that they overfilled the oil which they were good about fixing with a drain and refill. But the tech who tried to fix it forgot to put a crush washer on the plug and I was leaking oil from my drain plug. I got it rectified at a different shop that found that the crush washer was missing and I had to redo the oil change. The general manager Mark and the owner's son James were fair and honest and refunded me a portion of my bill and gave me the assurance it wouldn't happen again and that they would personally oversee things if I were to get the service done again with them. To be completely honest I wasn't expecting a mistake like this for a simple oil change but mistakes happen in business it's about how you react to it.
